My car looked brand new after lol having a kid can get pretty ugly for the back seat - they detailed the inside everything smelled good & looked cleaned. I’ve been wanting to get this body work done to my car forever I left smiling from cheek to cheek. I’ve never been this satisfied with a shop before...no hidden agendas and extra fee’s - they did what was in the best interest of the customer (me). I’m so glad I took a chance with them. The work done was great and another body shop quoted me almost 2x as much and claimed way more work was necessary but in the end they were honest and stopped at what they thought would be sufficient for me and got my approval. They even detailed my interior before giving me the car back! Totally not on the plan but I got the car back in better condition I gave it to them! More than I couldve asked for. I would and definitely continuously recommend them to anyone needing body work. Being honest and knowing it didnt need more and asking if it was okay before just doing the extra unnecessary work and just charging me for what I had no idea didnt need to be done made me a forever customer and will always recommend them for this. You dont see that often nowadays and it goes a long way. Thank you!

I was very sceptic at first. After talking with Mary gave great explanation on what will be done to my vehicle could not of been happier to have picked them. They really have dedication to their costumers and service! Will be returning to them! A big plus they are very family oriented, have their kids in the business as well great kids to have while u wait on your vehicle, they keep you entertained.

Excellent experience. Had an emergency issue with some work another body shop did. This was the only place in town open on a Saturday. Lionel was great in explaining how he was fixing it. They took it back and fixed it immediately. I was in and out in 20 minutes for a very reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend this business.

The owner of the establishment is very professional, and knowledgeable of vehicle repairs. My vehicle needed front end repairs, and once completed it looked good as new! Definitely will be coming here for any future repairs.

When I was looking for a place to take my car to in DeKalb I instantly looked on google and the ratings. DeKalb Body & Auto Shop had good ratings and they have lived up to it! Being an NIU student, they were very accommodating and gave me a great deal! Their service was quick and professional. Mauricio and his staff are very friendly and I would recommend this shop anytime! Great Experience!

I came to DeKalb Body Shop & Collision with parts I found on my own, and they were still willing to help me out! The parts I had were not perfect, but you could never tell with the body work that was done! The guys at DeKalb Body Shop went out of their way to install my parts and headlights, and did an awesome job at a very reasonable price!

Really great shop! Nice and honest workers. Point on Google maps is a little off, it is not on the corner it is actually down industrial drive on the left.

Maybe this place does a good job, maybe they have fair prices, hell, maybe they even have an auto body god working for them. I dont know. Despite my best attempts to give them my business, theyve given me every indication that they dont want it. Between not calling me back, giving me the wrong hours for when they open, and not being opened a half hour after their signs claim they should be, Im out of time and patience.

This is a great place. Not only did they replace my daughters window. They fixed her drive shaft but got it towed for us all on a Saturday. I would recommend this place to anyone

They got my car in the same day, were very kind and welcoming, went above and beyond the problem that I asked them to fix! I would definetely recommend this place to all living in or near the DeKalb area!

Reasonable pricing. But if you folks can get the easier stuff searched online (mine was a passenger side mirror ) you can save quite a bit for what is a 10 minute work at most.
