Very unsatisfied with the baby registry at this location. 8 out of 10 items scanned were not even able to be added to the register because they were not found by the bar codes. The service desk ran out of the welcoming gift bags provided to expectant parents upon filling out a registry. Isles were cluttered and overall dirty.

I had such a great experience at this target. Arik provided A++ customer service when I had a inventory question. I was in search of an item for weeks and he was able to find it for me after many minutes of searching. He had a great deal of patience when assisting me. I have gone to other targets before and felt like I am a nuisance when I have a question. I am a district manager and providing great customer service is what we pride ourselves on at my company. Arik thank you you did just that at target. You did such a great job I am still talking about it.

Target is an Excellent, clean store with easy to view products.

Terrible management, carts and displays block emergency exits, shelves never fully stocked, and employees unwilling to help customers-- especially elderly ones. Worst store in the district. Jeff needs to address the issues.

The young man in electronics was extremely helpful and quick to come over and help. Better than Best Buy. Everyone in the store was friendly and greeting and smiling. Being very sanitary conscious during probate is obvious. It was a pleasant shopping experience today.

Dont drop a trailer at location DeKalb, IL target drop my only trailer at target and 6 days later still not unlocked ..The 7th day and my trailer is still not unloaded and no information on when it will get unloaded 14th still not unlocked

Dekalb, IL store in particular is doing their best sanitizing in-between each customer at both self check outs and regular and keeping carts sanitized. I have been to other that do not and will not go back to those.

Target has stepped up and delivered at a time in need. Allowing contactless shopping online and bringing it out to your car efficiently and easily. Theyve adapted to times- updating their technology and providing for pandemic needs.

Quick efficient pick up in store. Did not receive a receipt for item purchased. Would prefer pick up outside but your website didnt allow me that option.

Well designed and fully stocked location.This target store is a little smaller than most stores of its kind, but it’s still well stocked with plenty of variety. The only strange thing that I encountered at this location is that there are no alcoholic products whatsoever on site. The employee I spoke to said it was because the square footage in the building didn’t allow for enough display area.This location also has a Starbucks inside which is always fun! ☕️

This place has Pokemon cards you can sell them for money at The Gaming Goat in DeKalb Illinois if you have a big box you can have $20 $40 $60 $70 $80$90$100 dollar bill I actually love this Target store it has batteries wide selection of anything you need body wash dish soap about anything you need

Just left Walmart where masks are optional. No one in Target was without a mask. If I never say anything good about Target again, Ill say they take the law seriously and, more importantly, your life.

If I could I would rate this store a ZERO! Every time I come to this store I deal with very rude team members. For example today we were buying some men’s clothes that were on sale. I guess they didn’t put the correct signs in the correct locations. So when I went to go pay they obviously rung up different prices. When I challenged it the GSA up front told me. “I am sorry sir but people tend to put stuff in wrong places but that doesn’t make the item that sale price.” I proceed to explain that there is a whole wrack signed with these clothes there. She responds with “ you know what you could have done is take a picture or a video and showed it to me. But since you didn’t I can’t honor it.” Then I told her can’t you ask a team member to check? She responded no “I can’t call anyone to check for you but you can go check!” Excuse me I won’t be coming back to this pitiful store! Unacceptable service and management could care less how she spoke to me after I spoke to a manager about that team member. This store is a joke!

The store is fine. This review is only for the Starbucks, which only seems to ever have one person on staff, even during peak times. Much of the effort the employees expend is either making coffee milkshakes for college students or flirting with them. The guy in there today couldn’t even figure out how to explain the credit card terminal to the girl who was repeatedly, futilely inserting her card and pulling it out because she didn’t know how the chip readers worked. Avoid this Starbucks at all costs.

It is the holiday season and this saved me a tremendous amount of time that was greatly needed. It was great to shop at home, pay using my Target card so I got the discount, and have the needed item brought home and wrapped within a short period of time. Love Target!!

The deals but most important the employees. The person that helped me at checkout was very nice and very helpful. This was my first time getting the target deals, buy this much get a gift card, and this employee was very helpful and explained the way it works.

Angelica helped me find chalk board markers that were in 3 different aisles. Bringing me one, so I didnt have to go to that aisle too. She was super helpful, friendly, and awesome.

Friendly service

Not coming back in when untrained staff decides to follow you around the store to sometimes as close as a mere inch from you while youre trying to shop simply for the fact that you took your coat off and are carrying it around with you. Ive worked in retail a long time I know what loss prevention looks like and how they work. Here, they dont and appear poorly trained at best.

Good for household stuff or Nerf guns. Terribly small Mens section for clothing. Decent pharmacy and friendly staff. Unless youre looking for a lamp, this store is a physical embodiment of Jack of all trades, master of none. But there is a Starbucks. So you can buy any coffee you desire and half of the rest of your shopping list.

I always find what I want and employees are very helpful. If I cant find something I can always ask an employee and they track it down for me. They are helpful at the self checkouts when I use pharmacy coupons, gift cards, cartwheel and a red card, sometimes all in the same shopping trip.

Great Target has a Starbucks inside and in the parking lot. It does have a grocery section but its fairly small. The store is clean and well organized. When you first walk in there is an area of dollar merchandise and I always find fun things.

Always clean. Employees always help with whatever I ask and never make me feel bad for asking a question. This is my happy place!!

Helpful, responsive staff. Prices are a bit higher on pretty much everything (especially food so loses a star). At least from January 2017 to May 2017 Bananas have been .29¢ a pound! Thats crazy cheap. No idea why, but might as well pick some up if youre there.

Been reading some of these reviews. I think they were in the wrong store. Ive never had a problem there, that couldnt be solved by calmly speaking with a manager. Their staff is the greatest. My only concern is that the scooters frequently lose charge within 15 minutes, but this could be the high use.

Whoever was at the self check out this morning overseeing transactions, if I say I dont want a target red card, I dont want one. Dont pressure me or say, dont you think its time you get one? NO, Im already in the battle of identity theft, when I say no, I mean no. I left in mid transaction being I got tired of being hounded. And then to argue with me over a coupon I have, that is valid, and was accepted by the system, then to use cartwheel?! I just did the same transaction a day before in a different store with no problems. So you wont let me save money and you want to push me to get a card. Wont go back.

I saw a couple ‘black friday’ deals I would love to score, but not willing to withstand the chaos. Put the items in my cart and did s store pickup. All of my items were ready by 5pm on thanksgiving. I picked up Friday morning, went straight to the customer service counter and waited for one guest in front of me. Got my items and escaped all the chaos going on in the rest of the store. There were several people working at the customer service counter providing the online pick up orders. Happy I still got the discount and target made it insanely convenient. Couldn’t love target anymore.

My wife and I were shopping for our grand kids with 14 gifts to be found. I dont like shopping. As my frustration level was elevating a young man named Daniel appeared and said can I help u. I explained to him that my wife and I had a long list and was not having much luck finding the items ier were looking for. Dan said lets have the first request. Talk about a personal shopper!!20 minutes later we were checked out and on our way to dinner. Thanks Daniel, u are a credit to retailers every where.

This store manager made strides to fix my issue. A bit of background: I recently moved and damaged the lamp shade of a lamp I had bought at Target a few years ago. No big deal, I know Target sells replacement shades. NONE of the replacement shades fit my lamp (they are uno fitted), only the lamp shades on the other lamps fit (they are euro fitted). So they are selling lamps with shades that they dont have replacements for. Again, I didnt think this was that big of a deal, but after going in at least 6 stores around DeKalb and spending hours of fruitless searching online (you would not believe how hard it is to find a specific lampshade fitting, so be careful with your lamps!), I came back to Target and spoke with the manager. She took one of the shades off a lamp and charged me the individual lamp shade price. Im not sure if anything can/will change regarding selling items for which there is no replacement, but a very positive outcome in this instance. I will be glad to continue shopping here.

Target is the polar opposite of Walmart. The cashiers are friendly, the store is neat and organized, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant.
