Went in just going to look, not buy but then Nicholas met us at the door. Told him we were just looking and he was still happy to show us what he thought might help our sleep. We ended up buying and are anxiously awaiting our new mattress along with the adjustable base. Nice people.

Very great experience and customer service! Right from when I walked in Bruce was very nice and helpful. I had a couple of mattresses I wanted to try and he took me right to those and recommended a fourth for me to try. He would explain the construction of the mattress and then walk away to let me try it out in peace. I greatly appreciate being given my space and not having someone hovering over me so I could feel comfortable trying each mattress. Bruce had some good suggestions and insights as well and I felt very confident making my purchase. Highly recommended!

Walking in intending to just get an idea. Walked out with a delivery scheduled. Very helpful the second we came through the door. Asked us what we had currently and what we preferred. Showed us the selections he would recommend and ended up saving us time frustration and bickering. More than ordering online but well worth it.

5 stars isnt even enough! Bruce, who is the store manager for this location as well as the area manager, is by far the best salesman Ive ever come across. However he does it in a way that is refreshingly different, he just has a wonderful and infectious personality. I really cant say enough positive things about him, he was very helpful and patient and answered every question we had with a smile. He was so knowledgeable it felt like I was talking to a human search engine. It is because of him that we will always be a mattress firm customer.

I came to the store to buy a twin size mattress. Bruce and Jason were very helpful and extremely nice/patient with me. I am a one of those people that ask A LOT of questions. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer almost all questions right away, the ones they didnt know they went and found for me. I have dealt with both of them in previous purchases and feel comfortable doing business with them.Customer service will.make or break a store for me. Great fast service. Good pricing and lots of beds at all prices. I needed a good queen memory foam for my daughter and they have 3 choices in foam sizes. 8,10,12 inch and slight price difference. Good sale and if you are a veteran and prove it. 10% extra off. Good sale, 4th mattress that I have bought at that store. No issues.

We were met within a minute of entering the store and given a tour of the options to choose from. All three sales reps were personable and knowledgeable about the mattresses and pillows. I enjoyed my trip to Mattress Firm to pick out a new king-size mattress and bed frame to go with a sleigh bed. At the entrance was a nice set up for hand sanitizing with face masks and disposable pillow covers. I was immediately greeted by a friendly sales person who helped me find the kinds of mattresses I was most interested in-very firm. There was a sign, Help yourself to free snacks, and I did! There was even a Lego set area for any kids who needed to play.

Bruce and Canton were great. We bought a bed from them a few years ago and we needed something softer with more support. Bruce worked with us diligently to make sure our budget and our needs were met! We walked out with a new bed that would be delivered in 2 days! Bruce is a great listener and tells fantastic stories.

Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. I like to be able to try different mattresses out before making a purchase and get a comparison which one I think feels better. I came into Mattress Firm solely to test out a bed that I saw online, but the sales staff was so extremely welcoming as well as warm and polite. The staff was probably the most knowledgeable staff I’ve encountered in the realm of the mattress world lol. They didn’t make me feel pressured to purchase at all, but provided me with valuable information about their products. I went into the store merely to look around and test a mattress, but thank you to both Bruce and Maggie I am a proud owner of a Temper Pedic mattress that I can’t wait to get home. Coming in there and having the realtor show you exactly the bed that you were looking for even if it meant trying out many other beds without her getting irritated or mad we even let her know that we were only doing looking for today because we wanted to check out other mattresses stores as well before jumping the gun and buying a mattress. But she most definitely convinced us the first day so we came back the next day and bought two beds I can’t be any happier with the services and prices

We had trouble with the online Mattress Firm store and after receiving no updates or our mattress we sought help from our local store. They couldn’t see our order (I guess since it was coming directly from manufacturer), but they helped us purchase the mattress through them and got it to us within 2-3 days and our other mattress has still not been shipped, but the online store won’t refund us/cancel the order either. Thankfully our local store has amazing customer service and integrity and is willing to make right a wrong that wasn’t even their doing and accept the return if/when it comes in. We are so appreciative and will definitely be purchasing our next mattress directly from our local store and will be recommending them to anyone who is looking for a new mattress. I cannot say enough good things about Bruce Miller who helped us and is running this fantastic store!!

Visited the Sycamore, IL location and was very impressed. The store was immaculate and visually pleasing. I had my 2 year old daughter with me. The gentleman at the store welcomed us and was very low pressure sales while answering our many questions. He gladly explained all the differences in products and the best values for everything from sheets to warranties. He was friendly to my daughter as opposed to so many sales people that are annoyed with children. Overall I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store, the knowledge and customer service of the employee and the value of the products I purchased. Would definitely recommend this store and will visit it again should the need arise!
