Came in without a appointment. I had discovered my tire was almost flat. Went to air it up. Upon inspecting the tire to why it could go flat so fast noticed a piece of metal in my tire. Drove straight to Mavis to have it fixed. I was hoping if they could patch it or if needed a new tire. They got me in. After checking the issue out. Informed me Ill need tires soon. But they will be able to patch it for now. I was so happy to hear this. And they were informative of the process along the way. The front desk/manager was very helpful and the techs got the job done as quick and efficient as possible. Ill definitely be back to get my new tires here!! Thank you for all the help today!!

This shop replaced the tires on our 2020 Sorento a month ago. Our dealer got lazy and blamed seized lug nuts on Mavis rather than do a routine tire rotation. I came back to Mavis immediately since we were set to travel out of state with this car this afternoon, and felt like we were stuck with a problem. After summarizing the bind we were in, the manager, Freddy, got the car in right away, demonstrated that the lugs were in fact torqued correctly, and the crew still did a full recheck to make sure the job was done right. Excellent, excellent job and our sincere thanks!

Came in for a flat tire fix. They were able to fix the tire quickly. Chris was super nice and gave me lots of good information about upcoming services I may be needing on my Volkswagen. He was not at all pushy like some places are that just try to sell you on everything. I will be coming back for new tires for sure.

Ive been going to Farm & Fleet for tire service for years & Im not sure whats happened to that outfit other than its being run into the ground. I needed 2 new tires mounted & balanced....thats it. The car was at home on jack stands. This was what had always been a simple task. Drop off your wheels & within a few hours they were done. I was quoted a week out! Luckily, the fine folks at F&F recommended Mavis. Mavis was out of my needed tire size, but offered to mount them immediately if I went back to F&F & purchased them there. I returned within minutes to Mavis with my new tires & the guys went right to work mounting them! It gets better - the store manager refused to accept payment! He stated he wanted to build his customer base & that I might be looking for an alignment. I was & booked an appt. for the following day! Thats customer service!! Thanks, Mavis!!

Mavis is fantastic!! I noticed my rear tire was a little low, only to discover there was a screw puncturing it. I dropped my car off at Mavis and went to grab something to eat, expecting it to take a couple hours to get taken care of. But they patched the hole in under 45 minutes! So quick, super friendly, great deal. Definitely recommend!

2 weeks ago on a Sunday I needed a tire fixed on my daughters car. I went to two of the bigger chains that do tire repair and one told me Thursday was the earliest and the other told me to come in at 12, when I got there they told me they took more work in front of me and it would be 3 hours, not a good business practice. I left and ended up driving by Mavis which I did not know was there, so I pulled in. I got out of my car and was meet in the parking lot by an employee eager to help and to find out what I needed. They got me in right away and fixed the tire. That is the kind of service that will make me a repeat customer and a business I would highly recommend. Thank you to Mavis for such great service!

Unexpectedly blew my tire, every shop I called had a wait limit of 30 minutes or more. Called up to Mavis and expressed my urgent need to get my tire repaired quickly and immediately received an appointment to come in. Pulled up and in less than 2 minutes my car was up being looked at. In about 15-20 minutes I was back rolling like it never happened. Highly recommended in Dekalb. Fast, respectful, professional and comforting. 5/5.

I chose Mavis for their online reservation system when my usual place wouldn’t answer the phone. That alone is a great feature, and the excellent service was quick and felt very trustworthy! I’m always concerned that places will suggest a lot of extras, but they repaired a punctured tire without trying to upcharge. Would recommend to my friends for sure!

Went there to get new tires. The tires I order. All but one came in, so Freddy helped me out and still got me 4 tires cheaper than their original price. Found out I also need an alignment and back shocks. Once again Freddy was amazing and help me out and kept it in my budget. Thank you guys for everything you did and for giving me a smoother ride.

I had a nail in my tire and needed a new tire and they didn’t have the size for my van, I went and got one from somewhere else and then brought it back tomavis and they got it put on! They were so nice, fast and efficient! This day has been awful and then this happened the night before a trip, Freddy restored my faith in people today, there are good people in the world willing to help! Went in with a slow leak in a tire. I called at 3:30, got there at 3:45 and it was patched and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes! Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly service! I’ll be back for my next set of tires.

Kris at the DeKalb location was great to work with. He was very friendly. I walked right in and he was able to assess the staple that was stuck in my tire. Unfortunately I needed a new tire, but they did not have the winter tires in stock. I am going to have the hole plugged and come back once they are able to get them in stock.

On a Sunday afternoon I was able to have service done to my front passenger tire that needed a nail removed. Within an hour it was fixed and ready to go. I believe you should give Mavis a shot.

I was told by other mechanics that I had a flat tire and the places I went to didnt have time to fix my tire that day. I went here and found out that my tire wasnt even flat. They did not charge me for the inspection and installation. They were very kind and professional about the situation. I am very grateful their professional help. I recommend this place to everyone.

I am from out of town and noticed a slow leak from my left rear tire. It was a Saturday 3 PM and googled to look for a tire shop and discovered Mavis in DeKalb. They were very courteous, able to assess the tire right away and took care of it without delay. I appreciated very much the excellent timely service provided by Mavis Tires. What a great experience! We were getting ready to leave Sunday morning before Memorial day on vacation and discovered a big screw in the back tire Friday night. I made an appointment online for Saturday afternoon and showed up about a half hour early. The immediately took the tire and started fixing the flat. It was already off the car so that speed things up. The tire was fixed and I was out of there in about a half an hour. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone. The staff was very polite and they did a good job and have reasonable prices too. Whenever you want your brakes and rotors done. I recommend people to go here because I love it and wouldnt mind coming back whenever I need stuff done like my alignment or brakes I am coming here for on and nowhere else. Chris and the other that was working on the car help me out and didnt charge me that much for labor. They have good customer service and wouldnt mind asking answering your question and that way more better than going to another dealer paying 365 for the front and 365 for the back and you cant beat 214 dollars for labor and thats a very good deal.

My wife took her car in for tires. Mavis tried to sell my wife two new shocks for $1,100. Her cars shocks are fine, no leaks. They were just dirty from Winter. They also quoted separately for 4 spark plugs, however my wifes car has 8 spark plugs. They have no clue what they are doing. I pulled the plugs, and they are still have many miles left to go. How about $100 to clean a K&N air filter?! Thats what they quoted! This shop is a bunch of crooks! Additionally, most of the workers dont wear masks. The few that do, two were not wearing correctly (nose exposed). Avoid this place, and make the drive to Discount Tire.

I had two cars with a list of problems a mile long I thought I was going to have a real hard time getting back to normalcy.I spoke with Freddy at Mavis, he told me the price for inspection and kept me well informed during the work, when the wheel bearing was changed they even took the time to clean the sensor area for the abs.
