Why cant there be a NO STAR option. Unfor (I know tis the season) the store was filthy even while it wasnt very busy. The ladys behind the counter cashering wernt very friendly at all and the lady whom looked like she was one of the managers looked like everyone there was a bother for her by her non-verbals and poor customer service. Sorry Spirit, youve gone downhill.

Always worth a visit.

While I normally like Spirit and their workers— today my daughter told me that her and her friends were being followed around the store for their entire visit by a worker. While I understand watching teenagers to make sure they don’t get into trouble, this worker stood right at their heels and made them feel uncomfortable. They might of bought something, but the experience made them leave. Disappointed.

Great costumes, wonderful staff. Was very clean and well looked after.

My favorite Halloween store and you know why its my favorite Halloween store because the first time went to Spirit Halloween was 2017 yep that was my favorite Halloween store and it still is today back in 2017 Spirit Halloween had huge space for the Halloween props but now theyre in a small store called MC Sports Center I miss 2017 theres a reason why I didnt have to wear a covid-19 mask life was better Spirit Halloween close on November I dont know hopefully spirit will still be in DeKalb Illinois its hard to find Halloween stores but Party City is gone its no longer with us its hard to find Party City unless you in Rockford youre lucky but remember in 2017 there was no covid-19 if you wanted to know more about why did Spirit move to a small building just ask me the old place that Spirit used to be was Barnes & Noble bookstore oh yes 2017 and 18 I miss those days I just want to go back in time get a time machine I would do anything to just go back in time

Im glad its open this year but I dont mind wearing a facemask but I do miss 2018 and 17 2017 was when I went to Spirit Halloween that was the first time I was inside that store because Spirit Halloween was inside a Barnes & Nobles you know right by Target I wish they still had the Forgotten farmer prop I would have loved to go out that prop yes Spirit Halloween is my favorite Halloween store because Party City used to be in Dekalb Illinois but Party Citys abandoned its nothing but an empty shell spirit is just Simply Amazing they should have gone back to the old location around 2018 but wait a minute I was talking about the one by Barnes Nobles Spirit should have been in there still that would be nice

So far this place is amazing I like to hear they have everything you need for costumes and believe it or not back in 2018 and 17th they had a huge space for the Halloween props and costumes and used to be at the abandoned Barnes & Noble bookstore that place is still a abandoned but hey this place is fantastic I have no problems with the store none at all
