Wise mans service

Had lower unit serviced on Yamaha 250. Very good price, kept to scheduled time and 3 staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Gave excuses of being too busy to do the first service on a new Ranger boat. The owner asked where the new boat was bought then he got mad and said that the boat needed to be taken back to San Antonio for service and that he didnt have time to do it. Another person left the same review in Yelp. How does someone stay in business with that attitude?
