This review is for a recent service of my vehicle that was performed at the Ram Country service department. For purchase I dealt with Ruben, as well as the manager Bill. They were very pleasant and offered me a great deal and was open about the incentives and passing them on to the customers.For service, I made an appointment with Juan over the phone to have my bedliner put in. Dealt with John when I took my vehicle in, and am glad that I did. Had one of the best experiences in the long history of servicing all my vehicles, luxury cars included. I’d especially like to recommend John Waters, who has truly went above and beyond foe his customers. He actually listens to his clients and always try to understand what exactly they are looking for. From talking to him and seeing him interact with his customers you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and not just putting up a front. Not only is he considerate enough to sanitize your steering wheel and interior for you especially during this sensitive time, he is very timely in calling to inform you of the service status. He is also very knowledgeable about Ram Care as well as the Warranty Forever coverage that Ram Country offers and informed me a few benefits that I was not aware of.Further, he is extremely handy and actually fixed a little crooked metal fastener underneath my truck bed cover himself after I pointed it out when service was complete. Another quality that impressed me was he followed up with me very promptly even after I picked up my vehicle, for a completely different issue. I know many service advisors in other dealers would have just conveniently “forget” about it, but he not only called me back the same day, it wasn’t even a few hours after I picked up my vehicle!Because of John, I will always come back to Ram Country for my further vehicle service needs. Service on my truck started on time, work was done in a professional and timely manner. Service personnel were curtious and friendly. I highly recommend this Dealership.

Took my brand new Dodge Durango to get serviced for an oil leak. That afternoon was called back stating the oil leak was coming from a brake line but that it was not covered under warranty was per the warranty administrator that coincidentally happened to be there while my vehicle was on the lift and was told repairs would be over $2,800. After flip flopping back and forth I was then contacted by the service manager (I believe it was the service manager by the name of Nadia) stating the same thing and that I should file a claim under my car insurance since that’s what it’s for. She said anything that warranty doesn’t cover then that’s what your insurance is for. I wasn’t understanding how the vehicle could not be repaired under warranty since it was brand new and I had not caused the damage to the steel brake line. Well my insurance adjuster obviously denied it since no outside source caused the damage. Then to top it off my vehicle was pretty much held hostage when I was told to pay back a portion of the rental vehicle that FCA had authorized and they had arranged through Ram Country which I only had for a few days and if I didn’t pay it back then my truck would not be released to me. So anyway I paid the rental back to Ram Country to be able to get my truck out and towed to another dealership (which I had to pay for towing as well). The other dealership inspected my vehicle and quickly determined that the brake line was a factory defect but also saw that nothing had been run through warranty previously by Ram Country and were not understanding why I was given such a hard time. Needless to say this other dealership had absolutely no problems repairing my vehicle through warranty. My vehicle was at ram country for weeks on end with no repairs and ended up costing me over $500 out of pocket. At this point I’m assuming that they just wanted more money by having me pay for the repair. I’m glad I decided to take it elsewhere.

Want to say that the sales experience was better than I imagined. They helped me and mike Martinez and frank the sales manager were really attentive and concerned about my experience! I was impressed how much they cared about my experience and in helping me. Frank said he and his staff wanted to turn around the image of the dealership and it’s reputation with the community. I have to say after all the help they both showed me, it won’t be long at all! Well done guys!!!

The experience my wife and I had was great and so welcoming. They asked all the right questions. We wanted something with plenty of space but thats not to big of a vehicle. They pulled up with a Jeep compass and we took it for a test drive. My wife and I just fell in love with it. The touch screen radio with navigation And after signing all the papers, the sales manager himself took the time to take our picture with our new Jeep and posted it on Facebook. Everyone was very nice. Best experience we had buying a vehicle.

Only have experience with the service department. Called for an appointment they let me have what worked for me. I showed up for just an oil change and tire rotation. Although the last time my truck was serviced I was informed about a recall but there wasn’t a fix at the time. Juan (awesome friendly guy by the way) talked about ordering the recall part and getting it done while I’m in town. I’m down. It needs it. So ok that. We talk about my next big service coming soon. I’ve recently started having issues with pulling. Juan gave me all the information and sent my keys back to get started.About three hours in, I’m a patient girl, Juan tells me “Oh hey they actually had the recall part here so they’re taking care of it now. Should be coming out quick.” Super cool!All in all great service. It was slow and should’ve only took 1.5 hours but they fixed the recall, did the oil change, and the tire rotation. My only complaint would be that I was told of the recall fix before waiting so long then I could know that I’d be there longer than anticipated.

Horrible service department, took my truck in due to my mirrors not folding in properly and the reverse camera blacking out. I left my truck all day only to pick it up and be told the mirrors will be ordered and come in later and they couldnt get to the reverse camera. Finally after two weeks the mirrors arrived they called my husband to schedule an appointment to take it in. When we arrived I asked what exactly are they going to fix and they said only the mirrors, they completely forgot about the reverse camera. When I argued and told them I cant be coming back and forth dropping off my owning vehicle and leaving it over night without them being able to provide a rental because they didnt have any, they said go ahead come and pick it up and bring it in the next business day so we can check the camera. Still they are not offering a rental just saying they can give us a ride back to work or home. They act like we have all the time in the world to just leave our ONLY vehicle at the shop for 2 days and dont care that we work and have kids to take to school. They want me to figure out how to get around by borrowing a family or friends vehicle. Its not my fault your service department is SUPER BACK UP as the girl keeps telling us. I was looking forward to buying a family vehicle from ram country but after this Im just going to find another vehicle somewhere else. Im super disappointed with ram country.

This dealership is awesome. They wanted our business and it showed. They worked extra hard to give us a good deal that we could not have gotten elsewhere in Del Rio- believe me we tried. Scam Country has the worst service center. Damaged my vehicle. Didnt tell me they damaged it. Gave it back to me that way, i myself found the damage.Took them 3 months to repair the damage they caused. Dented my vehicles right side door and refused to pay for it. Trust me i had so much trouble getting my vehicle fixed. They dont care about your vehicle. Go somewhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE! The people here are quite nice but very manipulative! They ran my credit SEVEN TIMES, after I specifically told them not to because I had no interest in purchasing a car, only wanted advice and to review my options. I authorized them to run my credit with Ram ONLY not 6 other locations. Their recklessness caused my score to drop 30 points. After the event, I contacted the manager and he completely brushed me off and gave me the run around. Now, I have to wait two years to clear discrepancies from my report due to carelessness and disrespect. I have never been so disappointed in such service before! You have been warned.

I have to go there again for unfinished inspections but would have been better to check them in one visit.

I bought a car from them on trust because they delivered it to San Antonio. It was a car the GSM traded in. All the tires were bald and I discovered there was no spare on the side of the after getting a flat. So far I have spent almost $800. Fixing issues I should never have had. When we called them they would not return the call. Will never do business with them again!

Out of towners beware! Cost me almost double for what my local dealer charges for same service. When same problem occurred after leaving Del Rio, they promised to send us a check as reimbursement for what the next dealer charged us to fix their mistake. Two months later after numerous pleas for the check, we gave up. Wont ever use or refer anyone to this dealership again. Military folks beware!!!

At first, we had a problem with negotiating a price. After initial frustration, they made good on their promise and accommodated us for our inconvenience.Generally, you write off a company for that, but a good company fixes the problems that happen from time to time.

Awesome service department. They washed my truck, filled the washer fluid, and vacuumed, all with just an oil change. This is how a dealership should treat their customers. Very involved in community, too.

If i could give it 0 stars I would, the customer service there is horrible, the service department and managers are the worst. We purchased a brand new vehicle from there, we had issues with our vehicle and the service department wouldnt return our calls once they had our vehicle. The managers gave us the runaround as well, our truck pretty much just sat there.

Crooks, Thieves, Snake Oil Salesman. I was purchasing a dodge car that was advertised to have Uconnect (Bluetooth) installed. Luckily I checked-there was no Uconnect in the car. When I asked about the discrepancy, they told me they would fix it- but it added $500.00 to the sale price. They did not back down from the markup, and I really wanted the system, so I paid. The install was terrible, the system barely works because they did not use the factory channel to install the microphone, instead choosing to sticky tape it to the spot in the car where an ashtray should be. While installing the system, they disconnected the USB connection to the stereo. I did not notice for about two months, but when I called to explain the situation they told me it was probably just disconnected during the Uconnect install- a mistake they would gladly remedy for another $110.00. These people are the worst representation of a car company I have EVER seen, and I have purchased cars from all over the country. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Do yourself a favor and drive to San Antonio. The best thing that could happen to this city is for this place to close.
