Ordered 3 monograms and all three weren’t done correctly. I asked for circle monograms and got scroll monograms instead. I asked if they could fix just one and they said they would have to patch it and it would look strange. So I asked for a refund and was given a partial refund even though the order receipt clearly said 3 circle monograms.

Planning on ordering more hats soon! My buddy and I have had great success with their embroidery.
