Well I never take the time to give any feedback in this case I will Ismael from Delano Autozone took the time to help me out incondicional great Attitude in all my time I have never been help as I did today this what he helped me no engine light on so happy 😁👍

The male customer service agent was a great help to my husband and I. Unfortunately couldnt say the same for there female coworker. She couldnt complete any tasks herself and which was not due to a disability. Which is disappointing because they should hire men and women who are capable completing tasks and are better trained. So other people are not pulled away from there own tasks or customers.

Very friendly staff and helpful too. They detected the issue in my car and gave me the right parts to fix it. They have a bit of everything even paint pens if you have some minor scratches on your car.

Kind of a mixed bag. They help detect that the battery was no good. But did not help install it. Which is weird because they stated on their website they install batteries for free. Unless their policy changed which I can understand.They did provide tools but they they didnt even bother checking which actual tools were needed to install the battery which made it very frustrating. The tools were wrong or incomplete.

Was looking for what I was looking for, which I thought they didnt have and I found it.

Evelyn was a wonderful assistant she help me with my battery terminal and what can I say she was wonderful

Staff could be a bit friendlier, sometimes I feel like they get mad or they get bothered when asked for something.

This place is awesome. My battery was dead and would not charge they swapped it out with no hassle

I watched a work install a battery for an older customer in the heat and not complain once. They tried paying him and he refused $40. Great to know I shop at a place like this. Customer told me Oreilys told them to go next door to Autozone that they work on cars.

I had no experience buying car parts, they walked me through it and within 2 days I had my car fixed up. Highly recommend

They have no clue what they are doing I had to spell out the name of the part I was needing and then when they had to call another store to order the parts to transfer over the damb manager started flirting with the other store person on the phone I feel that they need to step up there customer service

Well i called for a price check and availability on a part i did request to hold and be ready for pick up so i dont take to long cause they are always busy at that location so when i get there to my surprise was n ok t busy at all happy o see that but disappointed to find out the person who supposedly had my items on hold did not do it at all very disappointed but other than that my experience was over all good would of gave full stars but some one didnt full fill my request

They normally have the parts.somewhat knowledgeable.you have to know who to talk to.they did not honor their own battery since i was not the buyer of battery.disappointing

The place is clean and very well stocked but more then 50 percent of employees are eye candy that dont know where a sparkplug belongs on a car or truck.

So far the times Ive been there its been great they been so helpful

Ehhh like any other nothing special....theyve given me a wrong part that didnt fit and couldnt get the rite part and because i threw away the receipt they couldnt refund the cash so i can go somewhere else to get it and ive gotten a water pump wiithin the same month it went bad and i had to change it and now that 1 is starting to go out that will be the second 1 in less than a month and a half

The staff is friendly and the products are easy to find, but the products themselves are covered in dust.

Very grateful to the man who helped me put my alternator, I went to oreily three times and they never helped me and told me that he will grab a mechanic. I went to autozone once and the flyer came out and looked at my old lady trophy and so he got in and realized the alternator he occupied and no failures. And yet he came out and put on the alternator and checked that I was charging

They are very friendly to assist you and the parts I buy there come out of very good quality

I took my battery and two boys found out and could not go into the store and went to the manager I thought he was going to send me somewhere else but he himself put the battery on me and I train the other worker a good job to keep returning the one from Red was Eduardo and thanks that he was for his manager, serve my expensive
