The people working in the pharmacy including the main pharmacy tech guy are super slow they have you waiting for very long time in the drive through and in line person

Takes forever to get COVID results out of this location. Not to mention the 55 minutes waiting on the drive through. Pharmacy department is very slow.

Terrible.

This is the first review I ever write because they seriously have the worst customer service ever they were so rude to a customer in front of me including the pharmacist! They like dont get paid or something because they dont like helping people/ doing their job. And they seriously never have stuff in stock sometimes it just cant wait! Please do some attitude adjustment and be better stocked! Its not the first nor second time. If you hate your job quit for the love of all thats holy.

Good, but sometimes they dont have my medication and it takes too long to get it.

Zero skills for a customer service! Poor management! customers should not be treated the way that I was treated! a loyal customer to Walgreens! Shame on you!!!

Not a good pharmacy to go to Waited over an hour on the phone trying to speak to somebody in the pharmacy and at the end they hanged up never spoke with anyone when I went in I told them what happen All they said were sorry and gave me a look like if they were too good to be answering the phones and they were really rude no respect towards customers

There are about 8 people working in back of Pharmacy, wanted to pay for items, Customer service experience not friendly and not helpful at all. It seems people there are cursed, also experience people looking at me like they had no love in there eyes. Felt very uncomfortable Id rather shop Rite Aid or Walmart in Delano.

Yesterday I waited 45min in drive thru. Monica who does the drive thru is by far the rudest representative Ive met I even called ahead of time our prescription was ready.the only reason we waited in the drive thru is because I have 2 special needs kids and its hard to get them out of the car when its just me .So I call the pharmacy Monica answers we been waiting in drive thru for about 20min so I asked do u know how much longer its going to take to get the cars Infront of me and the wait she rudley replyed I have no clue Im busy with customers I said Im a customer to and been in the drive thru and were in the sun and I have a son with a heart problem thats the only reason Im waiting u dont have to be rude and she hung up wow .I just dont get it how its either your prescription is ready or its not next customer by far the worst service ever.im going to try Walmart pharmacy this hassle isnt worth my sons health.monica needs repremanded and not to work with customers.
