I called at 8:45 am to get help ordering a new tire for my sub compact tractor. I was transferred to the parts department and was told that they didnt carry tires in stock, but I could order one. I was then put on hold and forgotten for nearly 20 minutes before I gave up and called again. When someone finally picked up the phone again, I asked, again, for the parts department and was placed on hold again. No one picked up this time. I say on hold again for another 10 minutes. For a company that, on their hold message, says they value a customers time and know how important down time is, they sure arent happy to help get me running again any time soon.

Honest and friendly staff. I called in to the service dept at 8:20am and before 9:30am I had a field tech at my ranch working on my tractor. As far as I am concerned they are the only place to go in Kern and Tulare County.
