Fast service order a grape nerd slushy. So so good. Sweet drink very flavorful.

I love Sonic Drive-in, I frequent this establishment almost daily, for an after work snack. Its open late and it never disappoints. Hot food, cold Slushes. In my opinion a balanced menu, many variations of drinks and desserts. I would never turn down a quick trip to Sonic.

Slow service, food was not what i expected. Hamburger was soggy and bland, the lemonade tasted like sink water and the window person was rude. I will wait for a final judgment because i think they were overwhelmed because of the covid..

This local sonic is ridiculous. If your order a Cherry limeade they include ice close to the top and no lime or no cherry inside. And don’t even think about asking for onion rings they never have it because “they’re out.” And on the plus side the customer service sucks.

Ordered the Coney Footlng Chili Dog with tots, food was nice and hot and staff were very friendly!

Service sucks not good. I was waiting at the drive thru for a good 5 minutes I could here the employees but they would not assist me. I then decided to drive up to the window and I could see them in the restaurant and they did not come to the window. It was breakfast time and I was on a work route with a short amount of time for a quick break. Due to their incompetence I was unable to take a lunch. Thanks Sonic for the poor customer service. I will no longer be a regular customer.

I love to drive my car to Sonics in DELANO California for a cold refreshment. On every occasion the drive through is so slow. I have waited over thirty minutes to order at which time the staff a female tells me that the shake machine is broken. This has happened more often than not. The last time she told me her boss overhead her and asked her why she was lying to customers? Also they never mix the shakes properly. I have also been served the wrong order. The service is horrible. The owner has a fabulous franchise but the service and wait time is just horrible. The poor manager is very nice and conscience but he is overworked trying to pickup the slack behind the lazy staff that he has working for him.

The guy handed me back the bloodiest grossest 1 dollar bill then handed me my food after.

Always a long wait and for whatever the reason, they only do DT orders and will not take your order if you drive into the parking spaces. They have no signage indicating that you should take yourself to DT, they have you sit and wait a few mins and then come on the speaker to say they’re only doing Drive Thru orders. Never get the correct order and a lot of the time i order a bag of ice and a shake. Just saying...what happened to the days when they’d take your shake or ice cream out to you if the cars ahead ordered food? This location reallly sucks. Sonic in Tulare is pretty good. Super fast and delicious.

First time trying Sonic overall the food was good. However, during this covid situation noticed employees handing out food without proper protection, no mask or gloves & repeating the order over the food.

This Sonic seemed like a pretty standard fast food joint. The service was fast and friendly and the shakes were good. We has never been to a sonic before, and the drive in aspect was pretty fun. We would most definitely stop in for a snack or dessert sometime again.

Had a fantastic experience in this place with my daughter. The food was served fast and the service is just good. Prices are affordable.

The food was great, and it was given under 10 minutes( mind you we were only 3 cars in the lot) but it was fair prices, if your low on cash I recommend the combos since small items add up very quickly. I ordered a 3 and 4 combo with 3 sides and it came out to 35$Rating 95/100

If you just want a couple of milkshakes. And theres like 2 or 3 cars in front you. Be ready to wait like 30 mins. Seriously, every time.

Great stop after my sons baseball game never disapoints. The sonic double cheese burger is arguably the best burger out there one i truly look forward to every time we stop!!!! Washing it down with a cherry limeade only makes it that much better. Friendly and fast service topped off our experience.

Where to begin for this location. We were trying to order through the app and use its order ahead feature. Before knowing the amount of my order and if the location offers order ahead pick up, I had to buy a gift card to use the feature or know the amount of the purchase. Then what the heck, I couldnt use the order ahead or even order from the app at the Delano location. Unfortunately, the Delano location does not offer order ahead. But what really topped it for this location was the staff member that answered the phone. I kindly asked if I can use the numbers of my gift card to pay for an in person order at the drive up or do I need a physical gift card present to use. The staff member had no clue how to answer my question and kept referencing to use the app. Staff also repeated that he didnt understand what im asking for like 4 times- ___-. To help, I asked if there was an option to input card numbers in the system like a credit card. The staff member still didnt ask for help or knew what to do. I kindly said okay and thank, but I was rudely hung up on. I didnt hear at least an utter of a thank you. But daym this location likes to give attitudes. This wasnt the first time Ive experienced their attitude either. I thought they were busy at this time too because maybe, but no need cause I went to still order my food lolUPDATE: and they messed up part of my order. Lol

FIX YOUR INTERCOM. Repeated my order 4 times and they still couldnt hear me and your service in the drive thru is SO SLOW. I waited over 5 minutes before just leaving. This place needs help.

My brother and I went to go order shakes. He ordered a caramel and when we finally got it we found out it was peanut butter!! We couldn’t help but think about people who are allergic to peanuts. VERY DANGEROUS. Employees need to be more cautious for this is very serious. They’re lucky my brother wasn’t allergic.

Enjoyed the special shakes after 8pm. Was able to buy 4 medium shakes(Oreo chocolate, strawberry cheesecake, and Oreo peanut butter flavored shakes- delicious) The purchase was reasonable paid $9.92. Recommend the Delano Sonic on Cecil Ave near the Vallarta grocery store.

Food is adequate, but it takes a long time for them to prepare. Other than that, its a great hangout place for a small group. Fast food is great here (･ิω･ิ)

Love the Happy Hour on slushes. Pick up the kids from school, race over for a treat. Just wish they would list all the flavors on the menu. Have to ask what they have, or just know it.

The customer service is horrible. They take at least 5–10 minutes on your order. The station where you park your car and order always takes forever for a employee to respond. Anytime I want to get boneless chicken wings it’s always uneven with the sauce all the way on one side and takes a few minutes to cook. An employee was yelling at a customer before also. The food is kinda good but expensive

First time at this location, came through to get a cream slush and some tots. 2 stars for handing us a sticky cup and sloppy preparation of the drink. Slush was leaking all over from top cover. Tots were perfect almost to perfect 🤔....

They never never never have onion rings each time Ive been there its always, were not serving at this time, oh Im sorry we ran out, or my personal favorite, The guy who makes them in the morning didnt make enough. Oh wait this has happen before? Well we just sell out of them so quickly maybe if you get in early youll get lucky. I mean really? Ive lived in a metropolitan area and never has a Sonic ran out of onion rings. Looking to contact corporate and see what is going on.

Only person that was parked and didn’t see anyone else parked to order and it took 18 minutes to get our order which was wrong once it finally showed up. Bathrooms were disgusting, literally looks like the sink and toilets haven’t been cleaned in a few days minimum likely longer.

The customer service is regularly fast, lovely vibes, super nice staff members. Will return here again when I get in town.

Food was great but I waited over 45 minutes in the drive-thru just to get my order. I was the only one in the drive-thru. 3/5 starsEDIT : Once again I was the first one in the drive thru and somehow they still managed to have me waiting for about 50 minutes. I like Sonic. The food is usually good and the place has a neat vibe.

I really liked the idea of a Sonic in Delano when I heard one was opening up. However, after a few years of continuous disappointment, Ive thrown in the towel. The service is by far the worst service in Delano. Im serious. I always get nasty states from the employees. Its like Im being shamed for giving my money to them. My orders are never right. If you want Sonic, go to a different town. Tots and a hot dog for three bucks isnt a bad deal though.

Its the least amount of parking stalls of any Sonics Drive-In Ive been to (3 in Missouri and 8 in California). The cashier taking the order was slow (per usual with Californian Sonics). The food was off from what was ordered even when the receipt and big screen clearly stated it. I recommend you come with a ton of patiences and love for these poor souls with lack luster skills in retail/fast food work.

SUPER slow, rude, and to top it off they forgot our order. After waiting for more than 30mins we finally get to the window, and said they didnt have our order without an apology.

Milkshakes are always down especially during Happy Hour or at night when theyre half off. Drive thru lines are waaayyyy too long.

Ordered a double cheeseburger from the deal menu.Which at almost $3 doesnt sound like a deal but the worst thing was the dried version of 2 patties which only needed less than 3/4 of the bun.Definately do not recommend.

Recieved my $7 Asiago Chicken sandwich ice cold, they gave me a hard bread and the chicken was like taken out of the fridge, for 7 dollars I expect at least something warm. Who ever is incharge at this time 11:40am or the cook needs to get their S**t together.

Sonic Had always been my favorite place to go eat especially since I crave it alot with this pregnancy..untily today when I got my order and my drink had black worm looking animals in it l. Its discusting! Fix it people !

I was so disappointed. I waited 15 minutes and no one would take my order or the other vehicle a few parking spots over. I left and went to Jack in the box. I pressed the call button 3 or 4 times and it would just say I will be right with you in a moment. What is the problem. Do they not have enough employees?? The second time this has happened there. I will not be returning to this sonic.

Customer service is pretty horrible. They dont greet you ever. On one instance I when to drive through and no one was taking my orders I said hello? And a manager answered and instead of taking my order, he asked me why dont i wait until im answered before saying hello. This manager was a young kid and i actually called the store and explained to him not to ask those kinds of questions. Its just not professional or appropriate. Didnt make a difference. Customer service still sucks. Just gotta wait until they build another sonics or get rid of this staff.

This sonic is the worst in the entire nation. Twice in a row I have came to get a slushie and both times they say they are closed when it clearly states that they are open until 12. Its a hit and a miss with what you order from here. I ordered chili cheese fries and a breakfast toaster with no cheese. The breakfast toaster still had cheese and the chili cheese fries looked as if they had been sitting there for hours. I couldnt take it back, because I had ordered ahead on the mobile app, so I could eat it on my way to work.

30 minutes for a couple dollar burgers terrible service waste of time and money
