Counters were installed today by Bill, Branden, and Mike. They were courteous, timely, and efficient. Time will tell how the counters hold up, but very pleased on day 1.

We were able to see our countertops before they brought them to the house. Jenna was great!

We had a wonderful experience. From calling to check on the status of our countertops (multiple times) to the end of installation. Bill, Dylan, and Kevin installed them - great to deal with from the phone call about arrival time from when they walked out the door. Very clean, polite and efficient.

The two gentlemen that came to my house were great! Very polite. Did not do a very good job cleaning up though. Once Inspecting my countertops I noticed the seam was noticeable. Right in the middle of the counter. Looks terrible. The amount of money I paid for me not to fully satisfied.. disappointing

Beware, beware, beware! Easyfit was contracted through Home Depot to install sink and countertop. After 1 year and 3 months the sink came loose from the countertop (picture 1). Easyfit said it was outside of 1 year warranty. Does any reasonable person think a sink should fall off the countertop just over a year from when it was installed?!!! Further, the plumber they sent used his own drains instead of the drains that came with the high-end sink I purchased (picture 2 - still in boxes). They would not come out to fix either issue. Horrible experience!

The counter tops were installed on time and looked and fit great.

Very disappointed in the service we received we went picked everything out and couldn’t get a quote. We called 4 times and always had to leave a message and no one ever returned our calls.. Guess they didn’t need our business.

We want to give a huge shout out to Easyfit for the job they did on our RV kitchen remodel. Our project started out small, just wanting to change the sink, but we soon realized we couldn’t find a replacement that would fit the existing hole in our countertop. Once we realized we’d need to get all new countertop, the problem of matching the Corian that is prevalent in our motorhome became the issue. We just happened to see Easyfit as we were driving somewhere else and decided to stop. They were already closed for the day (and really, folks are supposed to make appointments), but as I was at the door reading their information, a guy stepped out, asked if he could help, gave me a card, and told me whom I needed to call. I called the next morning and we were in that afternoon to discuss the job. (RV work isn’t something they normally do, but they didn’t flinch at the idea.) We decided to expand our project even more, replacing the “old look” of mirrored backsplash with Corian. We took samples home to try to determine the best match and made an appointment to bring the coach in for measurements. Two days later we were in for the work! They allowed us to “camp” overnight in their parking lot to give the glue time to thoroughly dry (we’re living in the RV). We now have a new stainless steel, single-bowl sink (that seems huge compared to what we had before) and countertop and matching backsplash that match the rest of the RV so closely no one can tell (right down to the beveled edges). Jenna was a gem to work with; her husband did meticulous measuring; her brother did the actual work (and Dusty did a great job—even made a sink cover and a cutting board with the cutouts and “leftover” pieces).In the before and after pictures attached, you might think. “Well, that didn’t make much of a difference” and you’d be right. Except for changing out the mirror to match the countertop, one can’t tell much has changed except the sink and faucet, and THAT was just what we wanted! Easyfit kept the integrity of what we had yet made the improvements we wanted!These folks were SO easy and pleasant to work with. We would not hesitate to go to them again (and will certainly consider using them when we decide to build another home). We are VERY satisfied customers!

My wife and I had been swearing we would update our 1986 kitchen for years, and finally decided to go through with it this year. Got estimates from a couple of contractors, thought their prices were a bit high. I happened to notice Easyfit one day from another business across the road. Called and made an early morning appointment. This isn’t the type of place you just walk into and shop around, as a couple other reviewers didn’t seem to appreciate…just saying. Anyway, their regular salesperson was out, so the manager Jenna Chenault took care of us. Countertops are their main business, but they had a decent selection of both builders grade and higher grade cabinets to choose from (we went with the latter). Long story short, we ended up having them do the cabinets and granite. We thought the price was quite reasonable. The cabinets only took a few weeks to arrive, and the whole install schedule was given to us by Jenna shortly after the purchase. Everything ended up going in exactly on schedule. There were a couple of minors issues with the cabinet installation which Jenna took prompt care of, and it was obvious she was genuinely concerned about the job being done correctly and us being happy with the results. We just had the granite installed last Wednesday...the install crew (Nick, Matt, Mike and Tim) were all terrific, and did a great job. Ive attached a pic here from later that same day. The final trim molding wasnt installed until a few days later on the cabinets, so ignore the gaps up by the soffit. That turned out great, as well! Aside from our overall happiness with how everything turned out, we are glad we were able to do business with a great, family owned company. We learned they are subs for over 30 home Depots and Lowes in Ohio, and do over 50 kitchens a week, so they know what they are doing, but we are glad we ended up working with them directly.

Unfortunately my wife had a negative experience here, we will not be back. We had seen the signs from London Rd and wanted to check out a local option, recently moved here and have used companies from Columbus previously. Had trouble finding them on Google, so my wife stopped in, spoke with a lady there who was apparently very inconvenienced by this drop by and made it clear this was not customary. My wife could have scheduled an appointment to come back, but after the lady was not polite she decided to see what she could and requested to see the showroom and warehouse. Several sighs later, my wife looked in their show room and warehouse. Very few granite options. No help offered or escort to explain. Thats fine, there is plenty of competition, we dont need to come back to Easyfit.

Had quartz countertops installed and everything went very well, from the communication from office staff, to the measurements and install itself. The installers, Kevin and Matt, showed up early and were friendly and professional. They explained everything to me and were very careful in my home. They finished up early as well They subcontracted a plumber to reconnect my water lines and install the new faucet and garbage disposal, and he was also excellent. Would use them again.

Great salesman

I ordered a 60 Quartz threshold for my new shower. The threshold was cut and bull nosed perfectly. It fit great and looks great. The customer service from order to pick up was great. I would recommend Easy Fit to a friend and I plan to purchase my granite counter tops from them when the time comes.

The countertops looked nice but the installer who showed up, introduced himself as bill, absolutely reeked of marijuana. He seemed out of it the entire time. Would go back for more countertops as long as I knew I wouldn’t get the same guy

My wife and I had new counter tops installed by Easyfit, and we couldnt be happier. Everyone we dealt with, from the ladies at the office, to the guy who did the estimate, to the guys who came out to do the install were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. They did a great job, and even when we found a mistake with the install they came out right away and made it right. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and would definitely use Easyfit again in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with EasyFit. They were extremely responsive to questions/requests, professional, and always right on time. My counters look fantastic; they were a pleasure to deal with and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to update their kitchen counters.

Iam surprised by the lack of customer service that I experienced with this company. My first contact was on the phone with “Sunny” who told me to send rough measurements to her email and she would forward on to “Jenna” and she would contact me with prices and my quote. Day 3 no return email or phone call.I decided to maybe see if they lost my number(?). I was told they had my information and just haven’t had time to get to me. She proceeded to give me some information about their products and said I could visit their showroom anytime to see what they have and Jenna would be able to help. I told her I planned on visiting their showroom to see their products the next day. I went to their showroom the day after waiting 10 mins for someone to show me their products I was told I could go upstairs and view them, someone would be up soon. Another 10 mins I went downstairs (pretty sure no one knew I was up there looking around) and a lady from the front office came out and ask if she could help me when I told her what I was looking for she said” well this is a bad time” I understand people get busy, and even forget, but Iwould never do business with someone that doesnt value their customers.

BUYER BEWARE !! My wife and I purchased an expensive countertop from this company. Now, less than a year later the countertop has developed a crack on one of the corners. I believe it is from inferior materials/workmanship of the original product. They say it is because we operated a crockpot on it. ( We have used crockpots on countertops for many years and never damaged one.) Now they want $450.00 to repair their own inferior product/workmanship. We were never told, or received any documents that said you could not operate a crockpot on this countertop. We would not have made this very large purchase with that warning. They obviously have no service after the sale BUYER BEWARE !!!

I had to call them because they did not confirm if they were coming to install my counter. Showed up hours late and I didnt know if they were in fact coming at all. The office closed an hour before advertised, so there was no way to contact anyone. After that, they werent accountable for being late.
