We had shopped for stone and fabricator for many months. Our kitchen counter area is quite large with multiple levels and expansive backsplash. Their price was very competitive, the quartzite is exquisite, and the cut/fabrication/installation was of expert perfectionist quality. We are delighted they were able to complete the entire job with two full slabs. The many angles and cuts were extremely tight, and the installers were careful, clean, and determined to finish with the highest quality product. Were also quite glad we chose the quartzite backsplash addition and that Ray helped us understand how it was possible. Most kitchens arent as large or complicated as ours, and they nailed it. Very highly recommended.

Ive been in interior design for 40 years and had a most pleasurable experience with Ray. Since I was doing this job from out of the area, Castle Tile, Ray, was most helpful. The end result made my client very happy and that is the most important part of my job. We hit a slight snag with the seal on the quartzite counter top and he sent his fabricator to immediately address the issue and to me that is most important. In the end the job was perfection. My husband and I recently went to Castle Tile, Marble & Granite to choose a slab of granite for our kitchen. Haas helped us when we were there; he was so professional and kind and PATIENT! He pulled out different slabs for us to look at. There were so many beautiful choices! The next day, our cabinets were installed, and my husband and I felt that the granite we chose would be too dark.We called Ray, and he had us come back to choose something else...no problem. Luckily, they hadn’t cut the slab yet! He was so patient as we picked out another slab. He didn’t have anyone at the store at the time to help him move the slab, so he brought over a man from a store nearby, and they took out the slabs for us to see. That was so nice of him. He was also very PATIENT!!!! We are “those” customers who are very picky...because once it’s cut and installed, there is no turning back.Ray helped us create a template (it’s so cool how it works), and the granite was installed a few days ago. Ray’s workers were so professional. My husband noticed a small scratch in the granite (I told you, we are “those” customers). Ray was more than accommodating...he sent over a man and he was able to fix it. Ray said we didn’t have to pay the balance until we were happy. We were happy!!!! We are happy! Castle Tile has just completed installing countertops in my kitchen for the 2nd time in ten years. I was remodeling and keeping my granite tops from ten years ago and wishing to add more to added areas on my kitchen, which now is open to my dining and living room. I brought my Old receipt into Ray who assured me it would be great. He was so right! You cannot tell the old from the new! The gentlemen that measured and installed were excellent in every way. They were the best of any installers I have used EVER! Due to my add one there were edges that took extra time. We needed to replace a Cultured Marble Counter Top and visited three Granite Showrooms before visiting Castle. We were met by Ray, who showed us some beautiful slabs of Granite and worked with us to make sure the colors would work well with our existing cabinets. when we selected our slab Ray also marked out the area of the Slab that we wanted and when it arrived it was Perfect! The installers did a great job with the installation and when they left everything was spotless. We had the faucets installed this morning and we absolutely Love our new Counter Top. First time Ive done a kitchen renovation but Haas walked me right through it! Absolutely love my new granite countertops. There was a slight problem with my stove not going back far enough to open a drawer but it was fixed within a few days. I am now using them for my bathroom update.

Terrible experience. This place is a joke. Dont be fooled by the nice showroom. RedaRay was rude from the start. I needed a 36 x 26 piece for a kitchen sink I was installing myself. They were to cut the piece, cut the sink hole, and finish the front edge and one corner. I picked out a quartz remnant out back since it was a small piece. The piece I picked was a very light color and was dirty from being outside. Ray assured me that the dirt would come off. I was required to leave a 50% deposit that Ray kept asking if I could pay in cash. I left half cash and the rest on my credit card. Ray said when I pick up the piece I needed to bring cash.I was told it would be five to seven days. I called a week later to check and was rudely told it wasnt seven business days yet and they would call me.When I returned to pick up the piece, it looked filthy. There was a dark line going across the length of it from where another piece had been resting on it outside. Ray had someone try to clean it with a solvent but it wasnt coming off. Then he claimed thats how quartz looks, it has natural discolorations. Baloney. Then he says I should install a tile backsplash to cover it. Then says it doesnt matter because its only going in a laundry room! I didnt want the piece. Ray said I would lose my deposit. I asked if he could discount the balance. They he got confrontational and accuses me of playing games! Wow!He finally agreed to keep it and try to polish it out.When I went back, It was a little better but now the finish wasnt even, glossy in some areas and not others. Ray made no other offer to correct the problem. Instead of losing my deposit I ended paying the full balance and taking the piece. I paid by credit card which Ray wasnt happy about. When I got home, I realized the measurements didn’t match what I ordered. It was a full inch short. Not only is the service horrible, the workmanship stinks.This place also has complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. Go check.
