A Christian Glass installed the shower door for our newly renovated bathroom. Jessica and the crew helped us to go over the different options, and they were very helpful to get the right product for our project. We are very pleased with our purchase and the service. I would definitely use them again in the future.

HORRIBLE!A-Christian Glass installation crew is awful. The installation looks like a blind 10 year old installed our doors. They bind, leak, and are not installed to Palm Beach County code. They left a 1.5 gap at the top of one door which is supposed to have a buck (filler strip). They simply caulked over the area leaving an impact door installed not to code leaving this opening susceptible to blowing out in a hurricane. I have had to hire another company to come out and remove the one door and re-install properly once a permit is pulled. The second door is not what I ordered and they insist it is. That door was so poorly installed I am afraid to open it as I have to throw my entire body into the door to get it to close.I am a real estate developer and this is absolutely the worst company you could hire if you are looking for doors installed to Palm Beach code (so they keep your family safe), they are not a company that deserves your hard earned money, and their customer service is deplorable.Update to the companies reply: I ordered a fully fiberglass door with no exposed wood. What they delivered was a door with exposed wood on top and on the bottom. The companies response is not accurate. In addition, how can you correct a poorly installed door when you do not have a capable installer? Just look at the photos! They are a joke! Stop blaming others and take responsibility! BTW, you have 8 other reviews on the internet to post untruthful responses to and more coming.

We just used Christian Glass for the installation of our impact windows. Our house has many windows so this was not a small job. The installation process was extremely neat and organized. There was zero mess at the end of each day and the installers were completely professional and well trained. We had to make minor adjustments after the Installation and Jake who we communicate with was always receptive and sent someone back to the job for all issuers to be resolved. I give them a 10.

Salesperson came to my house in a rush, provided me with a quote and I decided to get the work done with them. Salesperson was supposed to send me the application thru my email the same day It has been almost 2 weeks never received an email from him. I called the company multiple times and they said I was going to get the email and it has been days without it and no phone calls from them neither. I’m really disappointed

I had hurricane impact windows installed in my condo last week and I’m very happy with the results. A-Christian Glass has been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Their Sales Rep, Jake, was very professional, punctual, and answered all of my questions (and I had many questions to ask)! Rosa (from their Scheduling Dept) was very communicative during the scheduling process and answered all of my questions, as well as the crew that came out to complete the windows installation. The crew was very professional, punctual, and extremely clean! I would highly recommend A-Christian Glass!

I wish I can put ZERO Stars. STAY AWAY from this company at all costs. Our process started in July and we are not in October and still do not have everything. We were lied to about installation. The windows have been sitting outside since we dont know when that they dont even look new. It has been a nightmare since it started and the lies and miscommunication within the company and to us is ridiculous. What we were told was never done, the installation is very unprofessional, the crew tried to cover things up and thought we would not see it, cracked walls, destroyed my landscaping on top of so many other issues. Everyone just keeps pointing fingers at each other but we are the ones stuck with a disaster in our house.

I had my front widows installed by another company (that is fairly well known in Plantation/Ft. Lauderdale), so I had a real basis for comparison when I had A Christian install impact windows and sliding glass door. A Christian out-shone the other company by a mile. Their people communicate well, both on site and from the office, and that was very important to me.I am totally happy with the quality of their work and follow up from the office.The name is a little different, but this is a real professional company. I have no problem recommending them.

I had impact windows installed and the 2 installers I had, were so polite, friendly and did excellent quality work. It was scheduled for 2 days, and they got the job done in 1 day, and did a remarkable job. They even cleaned up after they did the job and left my house clean. They sent a guy out to my house who arrived late, (always a bad sign) and is completely creepy. He spoke English very poorly and had invisible braces. I could understand him but he clearly isnt comfortable speaking English. I wish I remembered his name. He is very effeminate and flirty. He seemed far more interested in a dating my sons than doing his job. He used the f word casually as an adjective. My twin sons were very uncomfortable with his over enthusiastic appreciation of their fitness level. My wife and I are in disbelief.Their bid was 24% more than the next highest bid. We obtained four bids and were very careful to compare apples to apples. To make matters worse, this creeper/predator drove across the grass when he was leaving putting huge tire marks on our freshly watered lawn. To make himself even more sketchy and downscale, he offered a 10% discount if we paid all in cash. Legitimate businesses dont offer such huge cash discounts. Legitimate businesses report all their income. It doesnt cost 10% to deposit a check or swipe a debit card.Id avoid this company completely or at least insist they dont send out the guy with the invisible braces and way too much interest in your sons. Hes super creepy, and cannot drive. The other three companies I contacted were all polite, prompt, and didnt send a creepy predator into my home.

The A in A-Christian Glass is for A in service. From start to finish they were true professionals. Ive dealt with Jake Dabble and he was extremely helpful, understanding and put his best foot forward with the price. I highly recommend anyone looking to install impact windows, to give them a shot!

From the beginning our experience has been terrible I would not recommend . My wife and I have been slowly replacing all the windows in our house as we have been able to afford them. A year and half ago we ordered 6 windows and had an ok experience, nothing great but ultimately we go the product we ordered. Back in January of this year we ordered 3 more windows and a glass hurricane door. The first problem was the door came the wrong size! No big deal we adjusted the frame we had built already and they gave us a small credit. The next issue came with communication, it was very difficult to get any kind of knowledgeable person on the phone (except for one) and she seemed to be the only person in the whole place who knew what was going on. We called and called, left voicemail after voicemail and very rarely had a response, never a timely one and it was always up to us to just keep calling back. After getting our windows, several of which were to go in our new baby’s room we noticed that they had ordered us completely different windows then we requested or that we ordered last time. We purposely went to the same sales person at the same company (despite cheaper prices for the same windows elsewhere) to ensure we got the same product. All of our windows came without the Low-e something we clearly had in our initial order and were promised by our salesperson who said “dont worry I have your old order I will copy it exactly”. The only difference should have been in the size. Now not only have we paid thousands of dollars for the wrong size door but also windows with the completely wrong glass. Without the Low e glass in the rooms they are 100 degrees all morning as they are west facing windows, we haven’t even felt comfortable letting our baby in sleep the room yet due to the heat. When I notified the company of this, I tried to speak to a manager several times (apparently they don’t have one) none were ever available to speak to me or call me back. Finally after dealing with the only employee I ever managed to get on the phone there they arranged to have a field manager come to our house and check out the windows. He clearly saw the difference and admitted they were not the same windows. He told us he would discuss the issue with his boss and get back to us, a month later I have not heard a word back from anyone, I have left several messages and have tried to be patient. This type of customer service and total lack of responsibility is hard to comprehend. Additionally one window came with no screen and one window came with a damaged screen, still waiting for these issues to get resolved as well. Bottom line DO NOT deal with this company! You will regret it!EDIT: The company has gotten in touch with me. Their resolution is to replace the glass in the windows to the appropriate glass that should have been ordered the first time. We are happy with this resolution and will report back after the job is complete. Thank you A Christian Glass.

A-Christian failed to properly service a claim with PGT WinGuard to replace a defective hurricane window pane in a window manufactured by PGT and sold and installed in the summer of 2018. A-Christian and its personnel refused to process the replacement of the defective pane under PGTs 10 year warranty. Its personnel have refused to return phone calls and discuss their failure to cooperate in having PGT replace the defective window pane. A-Christians customer number is 18-0335. At the moment, PGT has not taken any favorable action to replace its defective hurricane window pane under its 10 year warranty. To date, I spoke with Brett and Makenzie at PGT without success. Brett acknowledged receipt of my claim from A-Christian.

I have used A-Christian Glass services on windows and doors for a few properties now, I keep coming back to them because of their excellent customer service, professionalism and honestly they were the lowest from any other quote. Ron and the whole team were always there to pick up the phone to answer any questions or concerns. I would not used any other company at this point, I highly recommend them.

In two days, they installed three different size windows and a floor-to-ceiling 4-panel sliding glass doors. The quality of the installation and the materials they use were absolutely impeccable! When the inspector came over to approve of the windows and the doors, he said he had never seen such thick glass material and said they were one of the best in the market. On top of that the people that did the installation while extremely friendly wonderful and answering questions and they spent a long time to make sure everything was absolutely done right. they were willing to stay late in order to finish the installation in a timely manner. It was wonderful to see how professional . The person from the sales department who sold me the windows and the doors was absolutely professional his name was Jimmy. He not only had a consultation session with me three times to make absolutely certain that I would get what I needed, he also recommended the material that was more practical to where I live. I contacted the company through their website for a window estimate after they were closed for the day. The next morning the receptionist emailed me back and asked me to call the company. I called and explained I needed to replace one large window and would potentially be interested in replacing two other windows. The receptionist literally laughed at me and said “yeah we don’t come out for just one window.” It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Just becauseI’m not replacing every window in my house means they’re too good to come out for my job? Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t use them anyway after that.

Im so sorry I cannot put ZERO stars. Dont waste your money and time with this one star company. For 8 pieces of glass they told me after 2 weeks they just ordered the materials and will take other 2 weeks to complete the job. Paid in full and very hard time to get my money back. I dont think they will refund. Plus, I have to wait a lot at front desk, they take all calls and let me wait always like crazy.Vary bad experience.

A-Christian Glass is an exceptional company, from step one in sales right through the county inspection. Our sales rep, Mike Wilson was professional, informative, and responsive and walked us through the entire process. His estimates for delivery and installation of our impact windows and doors were right on target with no surprises. The staff kept us updated. When installation day came, a crew of four men and one woman, led by Ray were on time and worked feverishly until they finished at about 7:30pm. They were personable, polite, and professional,. They covered all of our furniture with plastic and cleaned everything up before they left. When the county inspector came for the final inspection today, Ray was there to lead him through and answer questions. A-Christian Glass is the real deal and a class act. I ordered an exterior sliding door that had shattered. They initially told me 10 days. It took over a month and I called almost daily to try and get updates I left dozens of messages and spoke with the receptionist several times who assured me I’d get a call back soon. When they finally scheduled the instal, they acted like I was unreasonable for being upset it’s taken three weeks longer than they said.Some of the worst customer service and professionalism I’ve ever dealt with. Will make sure no one I know uses them again.

The salesman never confirmed our original appointment and showed up late. He rushed through the meeting gave us a verbal quote when I specifically asked for a written quote. This was my first red flag. He began taking about some product that ships from Columbia, a commercial product that was not applicable to my application. Then he kept switching back and forth between the commercial product and PGT products. It became frustrating that he seemed confused. I went to check on something inside the house and when I returned he had disappeared without leaving a written quote nor has he emailed me the quote. This lacksadaysical attitude sent up another red flag. I have chosen to take my business elsewhere before its too late.

Great services and assistance, if you are interested in remodeling your windows, this is the best options for those in the palm beach county, they work with several manufactures to offer you the best price. Ask for Ron, Joe or Craig and youll find the best service. Highly recommended.

Having worked in the construction industry, I came across many window companies. A.C.G. is as good as they come. From Mike Wilson in sales to the installation to final inspection they handle the entire project professionally and efficiently, and that is the reason I trusted them with replacing the windows at my own home.

Ron and his crew are not only extremely professional, but they give you that personal attention which every customer wants. Ive worked with Ron on several commercial projects and if he can do more, he does. I recently had Ron remove an existing storefront in a 5-star hotel and replace with a new impact system. He was ahead of schedule and his pricing could not be matched. Dont question your decision to use A-Christian Glass, question why you wouldnt.

From beginning to end we couldnt be happier with the product and service from A Christian Glass. Ron knows his product and his customers. He guided us to the best product for our door and window needs. It was installed by an excellent crew, guided by Miguel Pena, a true professional. The entire company went the extra mile for us and we appreciate it!

Sadly, the company measured all of our doors wrong (2” off each - this was not a small mistake), did not finish the perimeter of the door frames and installed the wrong door handles and locks. Had to send several reminders to get the right handles replaced. The company wouldn’t give us a credit for any of the errors made for measuring wrong, or the fixtures that no longer fit on the openings. Overall a fairly terrible experience. I’m not one to write reviews but this is a buyer beware.

Everything about the experience was excellent, except when I found out at the end that my new door was not actually Miami-Dade Code approved. The sales person did not point out that there are different types of impact doors or even offer me that as an option. Technically, where I reside does not require HVHZ code doors, but I am always looking to install that level of protection. Otherwise, the people who did the work and inspected it were completely EXCELLENT and detail oriented. Fantastic experience with the office staff as well.

After speaking with 7 different companies, A Christian Glass left such a strong impression, that I went with them. From start to finish, they were extremely thorough. I would definitely use them for other work after they completed a stellar project with my impact glass. Now that its getting cooler, Im finding it easy to open my windows and enjoy the cooler evenings.

We are flippers and recently completed our 14th Reno. This was the first time we used A Christian Glass and my feedback is I wish we would’ve used them earlier in our flipping career. This was a difficult job because the house had its original windows and doors from 1964. Their customer service was very attentive and their installers were impeccable. They were also clean, polite and their attention to detail was incredible. I highly recommend you use them!

Not my favorite company

Incredibly disappointed with this place. About 5 months ago we decided to put impact glass through out our house. We shopped around and ended up choosing this company because of their reviews. Unfortunately they did not live up to them at all. They order the front door wrong 2 times setting the project back by almost a month and a half. Not only that but when they installed the front door crooked leaving multiple areas that were not air tight and had to come back 3 different time to make it right. When they were knocking out the old windows there were shards of glass falling Into the bushes and I explained to the project manager that we have 2 dogs and all the glass needs to be picked up now once a day our dogs are bring my girlfriend and I shards of glass in their mouth. And to put the icing on the cake 5 months later we still have not had an inspection from the city because of the multiple delays that we have had working with this company. I thought that there would be much better service seeing that we spent a fortune on new windows and doors. Would definitely recomend looking into a different company when it comes to installing new windows and doors.

A-Christian Glass installed 23 windows and doors, 7 of which were 8 foot wide 2 panel doors and all of them functioned perfect;y. Product they helped us select is high quality and they used the finest materials to install it. All personnel, from Mark Borden of sales to Felix Capo, who did final touches, were pleasant, professional, easy to deal with, simply put NICE PEOPLE.

I have used this company for several customer projects involving both custom mirrors, and custom glass. The customer service has been 5 star - the accuracy of the quotes is spot-on and the items were ready according to plan, if not earlier. Installation appointments have been timely and went smoothly. I made a measurement error on one of the custom pieces, and they rushed a replacement for me. I am very happy with this company and will continue to use them in the future.

I had a terrible quoting experience with them and decided not to use this company for my whole home installation. They have a 20% off advertisement in the paper, but the salesman who came out to my home explained that it is a gimmick to get them in the door. He just marks up the windows to show a discount. When his quote came in, it was 30% higher than the other quotes I received. He also personally offended me with a stereotypical comment he made to me about being a woman at home with a baby. I felt judged and taken advantage of. Im not sure if I just got a bad sales guy or if it is a company culture issue.

I rarely give any review 5 stars as nothing can be perfect. This is an exception. The entire process from the first contact thru this review could not have gone smoother or easier. The estimator did a great job and had a suggestion that was great.The office staff made a change to my order without hesitation.The product arrived when they said it would.The two installers took their time to get the shelves in exactly the place we wanted them and also suggested a position change that made sense and we took their advice.A have no hesitation to use and recommend this company.

I highly recommend you look elsewhere. The company at one time had a very good reputation, but that has declined significantly over the last few years. I just wish I would have known that before doing business with them.The initial sales meeting was positive, however that is where the positive experience ends. Installation was terrible, glass all over the inside of my house and all over our yard, they claimed it was normal. After speaking with others in the industry, this is the furthest thing from normal, they did not bother to place anything below where the windows were shattered and thrown down into the yard to catch broken class or inside the house to prevent the shattering of windows to spread glass throughout my living room (still finding glass 6 months later). They did a terrible job of cleaning up as well as that glass became shrapnel when mowing the lawn. Tried calling sales management and service management, no call back.The installers chose not to validate the measurements to make sure that the windows they measured for and delivered actually fit the openings. Ended up with very large gaps around the window that they then tried to fill with caulk, which didnt work as they were greater than 3/4 inch. The employee they sent out to measure did a horrible job and measured all wrong. They did end up replacing 2 out of the 6 windows (one of the surrounds was also cracked from their install), however they refused to replace the remainder and I waited 3 months for someone to come out and review the concerns. I cant even begin to explain how much time I have had to spend following up with this company and time spent away from work while they install and then re-install.Even though this job was not completed, they were persistent and threatening trying to collect their final payment. Staff is terrible, rude and unprofessional.

A-Christian Glass was one of the best companies we have ever worked with. Not only are their products excellent but their service can’t be beat. We replaced all of our windows and doors. The installation crews were unbelievable ...I have never had service people so thoughtful. Not only did they sweep every night but they moved furniture,covered everything and even washed the floors. I would never use anyone else.

I recently replaced my patio sliders (3rd floor) with Hurricane Impact windows. I had to stay on top of them a bit but once the work started it was finished in 3 days. There was a team of 5 the first day and a team of 6 the second day. On the third day 2 workers came to finish caulking and cleaning the windows. The work was immaculate and I couldnt be happier.

They did our Hurricane windows and doors. Love the windows and doors. It was a mess while it was happening, and they could have been a little more careful with the exterior stucco but overall a nice job.

I had hurricane glass installed on the first floor of my home and they were extremely professional, clean, prompt and completely clear on what the project would consist of. I know hurricane glass installation can be tricky and even can get messy however, when they finished for the day I wouldnt have known they were even in my home. Very Happy with A Christian glass sales and service. They accommodated to all my needs and concerns. The process was not easy though. Dealing with HOA and the city permits. It held up the job for months. Christian glass told me how long the installation would take. They were right on the money with scheduling. Even with weather issues. They got it done. I was impressed with the installation crew they sent. Clean and professional. My new PGT windows and slider look amazing. I would recommend them for your home.

I am extremely please with the product, service and employees of A Christain Glass. I had previously used another company for part of my hurricane windows and it was the worse experience of my life. A Christain did a great job from beginning to the end. A lot of the job is dependent upon the installers and I am sure that I had the best. They did the job right and cleaned up every day. The order was correct the first time around and came in earlier than expected. I am very pleased with this company and will use them again.

These guys did a great job on my new windows. Their prices are a lot more competitive than other estimates I received. They were installed with minimal effort on my part and I would highly recommend to others.

Dis a terrible job installing my windows; put two in crooked and cracked a window sill and gouged my walls. If not for a friend who knew the owner, it would never have been corrected. When I refused to pay the balance until repairs were made, they threatened me with a lien on my home. Workers did not speak English and left my home with broken glass and plaster all over my floors.

Ordered these windows PGT so nothing special took like 4 months for the windows to come in then, These jokers did the install and within 3 weeks, 1 window gets a stress crack, and they cannot get their act together to get it replaced, they told me they need a picture of the full window I told them it was on the way, I sent it and yet they never got it and then they never called me back to see why, and sat on it for 2 weeks until I called to get status on the replacement, Now they are like well it wont get fixed till sometime in Jan. because they are shutting down for the holidays... Do yourself a favor and pick someone else or if you do pick them get yourself some aspirin for when you need service because youll need it.

Jessica in the Shower Glass and Mirror department goes to the N’th degree to make sure your project is perfect!
