Purchased my first gun here. I was immediately sold solely based off of Ian and his great customer service. I was informed about various types of guns even the ranges they shoot. Love this place! I swear I already wrote a great review of this place a few years ago, but its gone.. I was in there getting some info on something and they were so helpful! There was also a young man about to turn 21 and WEX gave him great tips and pointers for a first gun acquisition. With the current state of the market you tend to have to visit multiple shops too see everyones inventory. Being new too the state, and a fairly new pistol owner. It has been a interesting experience. Brandon (the owner) and Eian gave far better experience than I had received in about 98% of the other stores in the area. The entire transaction felt transparent, I felt beyond welcomed and look forward to returning.

I could not be more pleased and impressed with Charrie and Ian. I took their Basic Pistol course and worked 1-on-1 with Charrie. The fundamentals that she taught in the classroom were practical and translated directly to our practice session at the range. As an ALASKAN resident, I am a little leery about using gun dealers outside of AK. WexGuns hit it out of the park. The provided the gun as described, I received it around a week after I purchased it and they kept their word during the deal when an error was made and it was going to cost them money. No hesitation buying from with them again. PS I am not a local guide as Google states.

I’ve been at the store for three recent visits. I’m a new buyer and they were extremely thorough about answering my questions and introducing other questions for my benefit. The Wex guys know a lot and they have slowed me down to assure that I purchase the right gun to fulfill my needs. They’ve even suggested that I consider some lower cost equipment.Each time and each representative at Wex focused on the same purpose: to add to my knowledge and to do their best to assure I considered many options before buying. It’s evident to me that the entire store operates on Old School principle, create a customer not a “sale”. It’s a 2nd generation family owned business that’s stayed strong because they’ve created Customers who return, over and over!There’s other benefits shopping at WEX Gun Works. The store has a very comfy leather couch to sit down and hang out. The environment is very relaxed, and you feel very welcome. The store is a mile from the Delray Beach. Icing on the cake: so far as I’ve seen, great selection and their prices aren’t bested!

The knowledge that the folks have there and the patience is absolutely fantastic. They are not trying to just sell you a weapon of any kind they want to make sure you know whats comfortable for you and what works for you. I can see the instructors are very serious about what they are doing but yet they make it enjoyable if you havent been to their store you need to go and you will absolutely be as impressed as I was.

Very laid back and chill atmosphere, which I dig.- They have a nice selection of gear in their retail shop as well as on their web store. Their prices are definitely on target, coming in below most of the other shops around and online.- I ended up purchasing what I was looking for and the process was easy and fast.- Only problem is I wish I would have found them sooner!
