Wearing hearing 6-7 years now with Miracle Ear and moved to Florida. I started coming here earlier this year and I was very happy from the beginning with the testing, to the service and there patience. Came in today explained an issue I was having in my right ear, Ross sat down with me asked me lots of questions, took out my aid and fixed the issue right away. So far so good. Ross Lappin is the Miracle at this Miracle Ear office. He is very informative and provides essential information about how hearing is affected by Diabetes and the heart etc.The brain has to be re-educated to recognize sounds that it might not have heard for many years. Once you have your aids Ross will meet with you as often as necessary to insure that your hearing experience is positive and working well. This is my third pair in the last 20 years and this has been the most thorough process with the best results. Fit is extremely comfortable and hearing feels the most natural. Was unable to hear anyone across the table from me. My son would come in the house and turn down my TV, neighbors complained it was too loud when the windows were open. I knew I was in trouble, even accused my son of whispering. Got my new hearing aids and can hear his whispers now from across the room. Staff at Miracle Ear were professional and kind. If you need hearing aids, Miracle Ear in the San Marco Shopping Center is the place to go. Ross and Desiree are the best--they are so knowledgeable, beyond nice, and will assist you with any issues you may have for as many times as you need them. I had considered buying the cheap ones advertised on TV, or the ones from Cosco, but Im glad I didnt. Who will help you when you need adjustments? Not them! If you can get help, it may require waiting for several weeks to get an appointment and you may need to pay for that appointment. With Miracle Ear, you may pay more up front, but you may get adjustments and assistance for no charge forever!

I came to this location several months ago and I upgraded my hearing aides to Genius 3. I have seen Dr. Ross quite a few times. we finally found that my hearing aides had to be replaced. Dr. ROSS after doing molds for my ears several other things with my hearing aids. We decided with DR. ROSS that I needed to get an iPhone. then when he set it up on April 6th,I said WOW. It took me a while over all these months but it was worth it. I was at one point ready to throw in the towel but Dr. ROSS would not let me do that.
