Horrible customer service!!! It was male and female on a shift of Halloween night 31/10/2021. I walk to the store around 9:30pm, wanted to order a milk shake, bathroom was locked and employees told me that I need to buy before I go use the restroom, stuff was very rude, stuff didn’t have they are badge with a names on a T-shirts and when I asked to provide they are names - they are didn’t answered, they are was very very very rude! Do not recommend this location, stuff is unprofessional and employees who was on the shift need to be trained or faired. Male employee was sitting on a table behind the counter, this is completely against the rules.

Great place to eat ice cream, not only the ice creams are good but customer service is excellent, we had the dulce de leche sundae and we switched the bananas for Oreos. Excellent!

The ice cream and sherbet was delicious! Also they had outdoor seating.

I unwittingly came 15 minutes before close and after realizing it. I apologized and was going to leave but Daniela sunnily insisted that I grab some ice cream. She proceeded to give me a great recommendation as we discussed our similar taste in music. Good ice cream and even better customer service.

The Haagen Dazs ice cream is great! One of the best dessert places on atlantic avenue. The workers are friendly and the flavor selection has never dissapointed!

Exactly what you expect for Haagen Daz retail icecream store! I had an icecream sundae with hot chocolate sauce. Fantastic! You cant be seen in public eating bread products in Boca, but you get a pass on icecream.

Ordered chocolate ice cream through grub hub, and rather than calling and informing me that they didn’t have the flavor I ordered, they just sent me whatever they felt like. It’s not that hard of a job.

Rude server. I understand that you guys close in 5 mins but show some respect and try not to rush customers with hand signals.Scooping ice-cream out of a tub takes seconds. We were just trying to figure out what flavor we wanted.

Love it. Highly recommend you try their mango smoothie and float.

I’ve owned an ice cream parlor for the majority of my life, up north. I visited Häagen Dazs of Delray Beach and ordered four kids servings...two cups and two cones. No toppings. Kids small $5.99 and they up charged $1.20 for the waffle cones. It’s crazy you are charging $28.21! Last time! FYI you won’t be at that location for a long with those outrageous prices.

Store just opened and it very convenient. Always serves great ice cream. Biggest problem of location is parking. You want it, deal with it.

One of the best ice cream shops I’ve been too. Service was great, taste was insanely good. Very clean location, and staff are well trained.

The ice cream was a bit too sweet but very good. The lady who served had a bad attitude and I thought she was tired (FYI it was 9:00 p.m.). Besides that, there are lots of flavors to choose from and it is good.

Unfortunately I cannot leave 0 stars because then I cant leave a comment so long story short. Ordered 2 dazzlers through uber eats found tiny black hairs all over the wrapper and whip cream called the store the owner picked up he was dismissive and rude and said hewasnt going to deal with me. Conclusion haagen dazs is no longer an option for me. Sorry not sorry
