All it takes is the one employee that is consistently extremely rude and completely out of uniform to result in a negative review for the company as a whole. Real shame this should be a five star review but the weak link strikes again

Have been there 2 times and what a waste of time. There were patrons who were very dissatisfied with the service as well. Apperently employees are not able to do anything there, they send you to a self service kiosk. Apperently, they are not even able to print a lable if you dont have an account with them. They are very sufficient in talking to each other and bugging everyone to wear a mask. Dont waste your time.

Please visit any other FedEx location. Had one of the most awful customer service experiences at this location. The employee who “helped” me, Adam has HORRIBLE customer service. He is unprofessional and should not be in a job where he interacts with anyone. Adam completely mis-gendered me when I walked in. I guess women who were baseball cabs are called sir? Then he didn’t even apologize when he did realize I was a woman. I’ve never dealt with this type of blatant ill- regard for a customer. Then when I did need help he was completely combative. Icing on the cake when I said OK thank you for your help trying to neutralize the situation and actually give better customer service and I was receiving. He had zero response. Didn’t say goodbye or have a nice day or anything.Terrible customer service. Please do not go here!

Small store. Quasi friendly staff, They were overpriced for the services I needed. Transferring cds to a thumb drive.

The manager was loud and talking very rude to the staff. It seems one of young man was in training and looking a nervous wreck because he give the customer the signed receipt instead. Yes the lines are long and could become overwhelming, but be more professional. The guy who tried to help me tried to sell me a shipping box for $8.00 along with packing stuff for a return cell phone. I have the FedEx label and box the company provided for my return. Why must I purchase your stuff? The experience I had to say at FedEx was pretty ugly and I definitely will never return or recommend anyone else to go there.

Atrocious lack of customer service, rude staff, poor managers who sit at the back while his lines build up, a nickel and dime attitude, have very few actual FedEx supplies (never any Ground envelopes, for example) and try to make you purchase others, off the clock as they walk in on the hour, refusing to offer assistance. What a bad name they give a good company. Will never go there again,and give zero stars if I could.

Poor customer service. Woman working the counter with long dark hair and glasses was very rude.

Customer experience are so bad. With no professional skills. This place should be shut down by the corporation right the way. Such a shame for fedex.

My girlfriend and I went in to make some copies and send something out. The fantastic team member to help us out was none other than Vincent P! Our time spent there was a breeze since we had his help. He is professional, helpful, quick, resourceful, compassionate and most definitely WOWED us with his customer service skills! We would describe him as the Hero FedEx, nay, companies around the world need. It was an absolute pleasure being helped by him, fantastic!

I would give ZERO STARS IF I COULD.I been coming here for the past two years with no issues and really nice customer service however the new staff (Besides one girl) has the worst attitudes. At first I thought maybe they just had a bad day however I have came here two days in a row and it’s the same nasty rude behavior. Another lady standing next to me had an issue as well with the rudeness. This office needs friendlier more professional people. There is to many people in Florida that need jobs and would probably be more then glad to help customers with a smile.

The service is really bad and the manager didnt even came with solutions he was screaming from the back to give answers to the employees, maybe more education will be good, prices are so higher, poor service!!

There is only one person that seems to work at a time. The other person is always on lunch or on break. I had to go back several times because a heavy package i had delivered there was not able to be put in my car. NO help! I was told that with only one person, no one can leave the store! i had to keep returning hoping there was a strong male working with no other customers in the store! ALso, the one girl who was there today (march 12-2019) is incompetent. Took her forever to check out one man...she was lost.

The store manager Amanda was a gem! She was very helpful and was multi tasking with other customers. She had great customer knowledge skills and made our visit pleasant. We will definetly use that store again for our fed X needs.

Great service. I had a print out of a couple of addresses with some items to ship and the woman at the front typed everything in. Which is exactly what I wanted. I hate writing stuff down on the old tri-form. Got out for Less expense then doing it online because I had done some things incorrectly. Top-notch service all around.

As FedEx offices go, this is as good as I’ve encountered. All the people there are great and Josh in particular is on his game. Responsive, service oriented, and follows up.

No one ever answers the ... Took 20 mins to get a response.. I literally stayed on the phone just to see how long it would take. I was able to drive to them by the time the girl answered...

I was helping my mom move across country which is stressful in itself, and felt like the service we were given from the start was added stress. I felt forced to leave due to the inconvenience of the whole process. Both of the employees made us feel like they didn’t want to be working or helping us. So we actually walked out and went to the other fedex down the street on federal. Side note: I’m glad we found the other fedex, and highly suggest it if you are moving a bunch of boxes due to the convenience of the automatic doors.

I needed something printed out for my father who has issues with processes. I called in advance and sent an email with detailed instructions(along with my phone number and the files in-case he forgot to bring them). I was troubled to learn that none of the staff helped my father. In the end my father left the store forgetting a step. I called back and the staff member who answered the phone just said he can come back, but Im not going to be here. This is not the level of service I expect from FedEx.

Wonderful!! All employees were alert and quick to offer assistance. The store is spacious for the operation and conveniently located.

Yesterday the employee kicked me out 8 minutes past closing even though I got there at 20 minutes before closing because I was doing a paper label because their system is always down. He said he couldnt wait any longer and I first he didnt even want to help me, I had to think of a way to make a paper label work and he relented.

Great place, staff was helpful and professional and the self service was awesome.You can use a computer to log on to your email, print and scan documents.Check it out.

I dont understand how this can be considered a print facitilty when they dont even have proper machines or scanning abilities. They firat tried to make me use a work station that charges you by the min and it was the slowest machine on the planet, so quickly realized this wasnt going to work so then I had to purchase a beyond over priced jumpdrive, had the guy confirm number of pages, get home and there is two missing!! Call and they refuse to fax or email it to me!
