Amazon does not treat me like a shoplifter. So when I go to shop I weigh this in to my decisions. I shop locally less and less. I was in to trade back a part and also was looking for oxygen sensor safe carb cleaner. I was trying to find this rare item spending some time. I also dont dress well when Im working on on my car. A female employee profiled me as a shoplifter and was suspicious. Just another reminder to shop Amazon which has all of my auto parts. Why be treated like a lowlife?

My mom needed a battery and was concerned over having to install it. AutoZone always delivers! Battery purchased AND installed for her.

Our alternator died as we were passing through on I-10 on a Saturday. I went in to this shop Sunday morning to get the part and Manny was very helpful. He ordered the alternator for me and told me to come back at 6:30pm that night to get it. The part was not in the store at the promised time (the driver makes their own schedule, apparently) but Eddie went to get it and delivered it to our hotel at 9pm on a Sunday so we could get the repair done and get back on the road first thing Monday morning. I couldn’t be more grateful! The knowledgeable, helpful employees really made our bad situation much better.

On my way home to Pennsylvania from my Winter adventure in the Southwest my transmission imploded 10 miles West of Deming New Mexico.This Auto Zone has done everything in their power to get me a replacement transmission in this time of covid19 shortages.A Special thank you to Rudy the manager of this store. What can I say about an auto parts store with NO FUEL line in stock? The employees are usually friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, thats a big part of why I usually shop here. But when you need something basic and they dont have it, what can you do or say? Kinda like Taco Bell without tortillas or refried beans.

Cynthia was very knowledgeable in the part we ordered. She gave us high end prices to low end prices and which ones were in stock. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Cynthia was also wearing her PPEs due to the virus going on as we were.

Needed front wheel bearings, seals, and power steering pump. Happened as fast as i could speak. Great experience. Thank you, Nadia for all your help.

I purchased windshield wiper blades here yesterday. The associate, Nidia S was helpful and kind. She found the right sized blades quickly, adapted them at the counter to fit my truck, and then replaced them as well. Very satisfied and grateful.

My boyfriend called ahead to see if they would read an engine code on my car (which came on unexpectedly) as I am enroute on a long cross country trip. They were more than willing to help me as soon as I pulled in and already knew why I was there as soon as I said who I was. Very attentive and respectful of my needs. They also gave me alternatives to help me get to my destination before I addressed the actual non critical issue. Excellent customer service.

We are so happy that AutoZones now have code readers that will come out to your vehicle take the code and put it in their computer and tell you what is wrong with it. This is the second time that we have done this and the reason Im giving it a 4 is because when our first glow plug went out, at another location, they not only told us what it was but looked up where it was located. Such good customer service it should be commended.

This place was great! Friendly atmosphere with a lot of laughter and very helpful service. Was a highlight in our long day of driving on the I-10.

Excellent. I was there from out of town and bought a battery after returning a rented fuel pressure tester. There was some confusion getting my deposit back, partially because I didnt catch it, and partially the cashiers mistake. I was able to call them and speak to a manager (over 1000 miles away), he found the cashier had left the extra money I was supposed to get back, in the safe and I received the money today. Extremely honest people here, dont bother going anywhere else!

Blew the hub and wheel bearing on my Jeep Wrangler and the staff was more than helpful. I was able to repair the the whole thing in the parking lot.Thanks again guys!

We were travelling from Phoenix, Ariz., to Huntsville, Ala., when our battery died in Deming, N.Mex. After the second text from Roadside Assistance about a delay, we called the local AutoZone. It was a 5 minute drive, but 25 minute walk from our location to the store, just as it was getting dark. Luckly, the manager was about to leave for the day and was kind enough to bring us a battery-- he even installed it for us since we didnt have a single tool in the truck. He was careful to check our IDs and Card info, and go over the receipt - which made us feel very secure. We were back on our way within minutes of his arrival (even with the guys discussing the game). Even though he was on his personal time, he would not accept any gratutity. We made sure that we went straight to the store and bought jumper cables, etc. The staff at the store was just as wonderful as the manager. We are very thankful that he was able and willing to come to our rescue. Thank you guys so very much! Roll Tide!
