We didnt actually get tires here, but I give them 5 stars because they were so helpful. We were traveling through New Mexico when we got a flat tire. They didnt have the tires we needed but called around and found somewhere that did. They really saved us a lot of time and frustration looking for tires in an unfamiliar area.

Our alternator died when we were passing through on I-10. I came to Big O first thing on a busy Monday morning and they worked us into their full schedule and got the repair done by the time we had to check out of our hotel. I’m so grateful to them for getting us back on the road quickly!

Ive been driving from Silver City to Deming Big O Tires for several months-Ive gotten great deals and great service every single time. Every person Ive dealt with from the girls in the front to the techs in back are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!I dont know if its normal for them but it seems like every time Im in there they are bombarded with emergency flats and Ive never seen them turn someone away. They also get them back on the road quickly while not effecting my service at all. Keep up the great work 😊😊

I have been a customer for Big O Tire for a long time, prior to being a customer in Deming NM location, I lived in Las Cruces NM and was a customer there.I was a happy customer with Big O Tire in the Deming location for the past 3 yrs. until now and have bought 2 sets of tires from this location. However today I had my car taken in for an alignment check, Big O had done an alignment not even 3,000 miles prior on my car that had tires on it that were not even 1-1/2 MO old. We noticed a tire was bleeding air so we decided to get it repaired at our local place down in Columbus NM but the tire place noted that the tire was bleeding because of them being worn out to the wire. So I obviously bought the car new tires not at Big O, however I did call them to let them know about the incident, I assuming something had gone wrong at the time of alignment. I wasnt even upset I had lost a set of tires. All I wanted from them was to fix my alignment and make things right. I obviously knew this could go two ways, blame the customer for the issue or they fix it. They claimed the car had been hit, or involved in an accident or that it had gotten a large pothole which in return the alignment thrown off. Which none of the above had happen. I do have to mentioned that at the time of the initial alignment repair they had told me they needed parts replaced before completing the alignment which I agreed for them to repair and proceed. Which later claimed a never mind no parts only one part needed to be replaced. they showed me the paper work of when the alignment was done that the car left from the big o facility with a good alignment, this doesnt mean that the alignment couldnt of been thrown off because of a poor service. For those of you who know me, know that I like to do things right always zero shortcuts.... Anyway long story short Im very dissatisfied with their service that cost me not only a new pair of tires but another alignment which I will be taking my car and money elsewhere. It deeply saddens me to write this review, but customer service is the KEY to any business. I dont play pointing, when I know that they car was not involved in an accident nor mistreated in anyway. there was no reasonable answer from Big O Tire to me of why I should pay them again for the alignment nor of why my alignment was off other than blaming me for the issue.

I work for big os and Ive never had a better employment the owners and my co workers are great people very family oriented and professional Im enjoying meeting new people everyday I would like to send out much love and respect to my work family at the deming big o tires thank you for the opportunity. 5 stars

Truly appreciate the kindness and honesty of strangers. We had an issue with our tires wearing oddly. We had Big O check them out, but instead of having us buy new tires, he suggested that we check out the wheel bearings and tires when we get to Florida. There was no eminent danger.The tires are only two years old.Thank you for your honesty!

I cant say enough positive things about this Tire shop. I came in to get the air pressure in my tires checked in our RV before we began to drive back home from NM to NC. Paul, discovered I had a blown tire on one of my dual tires in the back. They actually had a new tire in that size in stock. If my other tires were in good shape I would have been able to just go on my way in about 45 minutes from the time the problem was discovered. But their service and their prices were so good, that I had them replace all 6 of my tires. Thank God I did...It added another day to our trip home, but it was definitely worth it for our safe return trip. Paul discovered my front tire had a nail in it. That could have been really bad at high speeds. Everyone I dealt with at this store was professional and excellent. I would recommend buying tires here to anyone.

Big O Tires in Deming, NM came to the rescue when we blew a tire on our motorhome and limped into your store just minutes before closing time with another tire starting to separate . Your staff rounded up the tires we needed & stayed late to install them. Gave us some much needed peace of mind. Thank you all so much!

Driving from Texas to LA and came out of the Holiday Inn in the morning to a flat tire! Topped off the tire and drove to Big Os. Got immediate service, taking off the tire, patching it and then had us on the road asap. Excellent Service! Excellent turnaround! Super Happy with this store and its employees!!!

Its been 3 1/2 Years since I NEEDED your help. But, Big O came up in conversation and told them my story. So, I decided to come here and tell it. My car hit a 5 gallon bucket lid, causing plastic pieces to cut hoses, puncture the radiator and break the fan blade. I was towed in late in the day...and they started on my car the next morning and had me back on the road later that day. In this situation they couldve taken me to the cleaners, but instead got me a generic radiator and did only the necessary repairs and go me back on the road for under $300. Much respect for this company. They of course, were super friendly. THANK YOU.

We needed a new trailer tire. They had it in stock. They mounted it and sent us on our way in less than 1/2 hour, and the tire was a heavier-duty version (Load Range H) of the one it replaced (Load Range E)...for less than the cost of the original! Great service, friendly people!

I want to be a customer but always have to double check now, After tires rotation stripped and missing lug nuts almost loss tire The border patrol saved me by pulling me over at check point. I felt wobble but missing 3 studs and being towed home another friend went back because loss hub cap, missing lug nut on vehicle after rotation. Get your sh** together. Your a local company doing lots of business.
