This place really worked with me and my family. When I first walked in, the furniture we wanted was available and the manager Tyler, already made me feel like I was at home. He was amazing! They were all amazing. Dropping off the furniture was quick and easy and so very helpful with moving other things in my home I needed.

Was a really great place until the new manager came along. When my appliance broke, I had already paid for the month, had insurance on it and they said they could switch my appliance out. However, I said I would like to just get the money back for the rest of the month, which was almost 2 weeks, and the manager said she had to go through the director. When I spoke with Stephanie, the manager, she informed me that she was about to have a video conference with the director, and would have to call him back after the conference to see if she could refund it. She is the manager and is allowed to make these decisions, but supposedly now the director refuses to get me the money back that I spent and didnt even get to use the appliance for the week. The appliance is not even in our possession and the still refuse to give my money back. Needless to say I had to go to Aarons in Denison instead.

I have used Rent A Center before when I lived in the Dallas area, but RAC in Denison is extremely unprofessional they will call your momma, grandma, aunt, uncle and cousin over a $5 late fee. Once I paid my stuff off, I told them to kiss my a$$.
