It is a nightmare tondeal with them. Tried to fill script but told they dont have enough there. No problem but they tell us it says they have 500 in stock but they only have 6 on band. Thats a problem. Tells us to see if Sherman has it. Again no problem. We ask if they can call Sherman to see if they have it. Just looks online at counts for Sherman even though they just told us they are way off.still do t have it because they didnt transfer it. Working on 3 hours to fill a prescription
Poor, pharmacy needs help. I wish I could give the lady that work on10-1-21 at 6p-9p zero stars, unprofessional and can do better. Im switching pharmacy if it can get corrected.
Worst customer service I have ever seen. They should close this location or fire all of the pharmacy and start over. They don’t answer the phone or will put you on hold, if they do, until you hang up. They do not fill any prescriptions in a timely manner. If you are sick, you should consider taking your prescriptions to ANY other pharmacy. Went by 3 times, each time it was when we were told to come back to pick them up. Not one time were they ready. We had to come back the next day to pick them up.
My wife and I got our COVID-19 vaccine Tuesday. The shot was painless. I was really surprised!! Excellent service, very friendly staff !Don’t be afraid of the vaccine, it was painless and had no side effects for us.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Pharmacy for 3rd time is out of test strips for mom’s diabetes. I was told earlier in the week they would be in today so I went to pick up. Nope they are out so I asked again when they would be in the girl offered to call and see if another store had them another employee some guy said no her dr will have to call another pharmacy or she has to wait until Tuesday! Wrong dude! I went to Walgreens and have mom’s strips and guess what I will be switching all her prescriptions to Walgreens! Bye bye!
This place has terrible employees. They have no manners, and treat you like your the under dog. Definitely wouldnt be comming here if it wasnt for the fact i had to for a repeat covid test since my first was positive. Dont come here if you have a choice.
Truthfully I wanted to only give 4 stars because most of the staff arent very helpful. BUT... Aaron and Christie are the best pharmacy reps ever! I had a prescription filled incorrectly. It was mailed to me and when I received it I called to get it fixed. The person who answered was unhelpful, rude and left me on hold until I gave up and called back. Thankfully I got Aaron. He fixed it easily. Hes kind, engaging and knowledgeable about all aspects of pharmacy operations.Last year I had to switch all prescriptions to CVS and they had to be filled on 90 day supplies. Christie worked her butt of to get it all straight. Love her and Aaron so much!!
Worst CVS ever, rude employees, they dont care if they make you wait an hour for your test. Dont ever come to this CVS, I followed all of their instructions and still wanted the same information. If I could give 0 stars this would be the place.
Every time I come here and talk to Susan she is the worst lady to talk to act like she hates her day and always has a attitude we get it you hate your job but please be nice
1 star is too high. Dont ever expect assistance from their pharmacy staff, expect to be on hold until it rolls you into a voicemail box that will never be checked. 3 days later and they still never called me back.
You are better off with literally any other pharmacy option.
Understaffed, long waits. They make you use the self-checkout even though a cashier is standing right there.
I went yesterday for my 2nd Covid shot and had an awesome experience. The store was very well organized, the nurse who gave my shot was excellent, and afterwards there were chairs set up to hang out for a bit. Well worth the 3 hours I drove round trip to get this done before the weekend.
Slowest pharmacy in town.
Extremely rude and sarcastic pharmacy staff. The woman I dealt with this morning was condescending and spoke to me like I was an idiot, despite me being polite and courteous. Not sure how they are allowed to get away with being so rude.
Wait time at the pharmacy at the drive-thru and inside counter normally 30min.to 1 hour. They never have enough medications on hand. This store is a terrible pharmacy that is way understaff.WALGREENS IF YOURE READING THIS...THE GOOD FOLKS OF DENISON WILL WELCOME YOU WITH OPENARMS! PLEASE OPEN A WALGREENS IN DENISON AND I PROMISE YOU YOU WILL GET ALL OF CVS CUSTOMERS.
Great staff! Very patient and great communication. They always seem super busy but still pretty efficient. Out of stock issues are dealt with quickly. Awesome place!
Made the mistake of calling too close to closing time and was rudely berated by the pharmacist. Her tone was horrendous and this is the last prescription I’ll have filled at this location. I hope she finds a better way to speak to her customers.
Im baffled by how the lady at the service desk handled my wifes prescription order. The employee appeared distracted, disinterested and unmoving when we approached CVS Pharmacy to get her scripts filled. We arrived at 830am and she promised it would be ready by 945am. It was 15 minutes till 11am that we received a text that exclaimed my wifes prescription was ready. Upon pick up, not once did she ID my wife. There was no appearing motivation to move with a sense of urgency nor was there care and concern present. It was a dry and bothersome transaction that left us feeling like we were a hassle. This experience has deterred any further plans to fill any upcoming scripts with this company.
Beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Total lack of communication. This place has ZERO concern for their customers. I have never in my 21 years of disability ran out of medication, waited weeks for medicine to be stocked or had to do my own research in finding a pharmacy that had the medicine my doctor prescribed as often as I have here. Beyond that, the staff leave much to be desired in customer service. I am finished with this pharmacy, I would drive a thousand miles to another before I give them a penny more.
They use to be great but obviously need some new staff....Cat answered the phone extremely grouchy with attitude. When she told me they just got my prescription and havent had time to enter it yet I said thats odd I was sitting next to her when she called it in at 1 because I work for the Dr that called it in she laughed sarcastically and said well we just got it....I said ok well could you tell me how much my copay will be she sighed with attitude and said I cant tell you that because we dont have it in!!! I think yall need to find employees that enjoy their job and want to help because you can tell in her attitude she doesnt want to be there!!!
The people are friendly curtious and very helpful to your prescription needs
Yeah Ill be around.
They have no idea what they’re doing. They’ve tried giving me the same meds under different doctors name giving me incorrect doses and never catching their own mistakes. This pharmacy is putting their patients at risk for poly pharmacy and medication error/overdose.
The price is always different on my prescriptions. Service is better than it was, thats not saying much.
Worst pharmacy they hardly ever have medicine on hand to fill a prescription. it must be managed by Richard Manassas
Dont go here if your children really need their medication. Even on a Sunday morning when almost no doctors offices are open and there are most likely very few prescriptions needing filled these people are still a hour or two behind. No one even in the store and they still have at least one hour wait. Worthless, get someone in there that actually wants to work. Better yet put them on commission that way they actually want to do their job instead of just collect a hourly pay check. Completely useless.
Their employees are rude and lazy. They continously make me tun put of my medication. Something is wrong EVERY fill, and they never bother to fix it. Ive been loyal to CVS for years. Finally switched. Cooperate should really pay this location a visit.
Horrible customer service they dont even care to try to figure out that they made a mistake ! Had to drive up to this place four times in one day to finally get one prescription it got called in a 9 in the morning and didnt get it till 430 wasted my whole day driving back and forth getting the run around and they finally figured out they put my birthday in wrong and apologized but on top of all of it my dentist had to call them three times and told them they had the wrong date and then they told me to head up there that they would have it ready when I got there just to get told it wont be ready for another hour !
This Pharmacy may be helpful but it is continuous always two hour wait for any prescriptions brought in no matter what time what day they are understaffed and its just ridiculous
Do NOT go here to print pictures. My photographer sends emails with your photos in a gallery and i have never had to have a copyright before since I have a private email with my photos and private conversations to attest to my pictures being mine to print. The employed would NOT let me have my photo christmas cards today even though I had a direct conversation with my photographer to show them about getting cards printed today, but no copyright in hand. Its ridiculous when you can clearly see the pictures were paid for by me and sent to me and directly talked about making christmas cards with my photographer!!!!
I get photos off my phone ppl there are always very helpful
Always busy...Staff is helpful and kind...Store clean and stocked...Quite place to shop.
This place is horrible. There is always a long wait even when no one else is in line. I tried to refill my son prescription and was told I had to wait a few more days before I could. So a couple of days later I put in for a refill. I waited 3 days to go pick it up and get there wait forever just to be told it had to be ordered and wasnt there.
They have always be friendly and helpful to me and my family 👍👍👍👍👍
Out of stock on my meds, fine I get that. Couple days later called to verify and was told that it was going to be back ordered with no idea when they would get the meds. Didnt call or text to let me know this. I would have waited until they original date to find this out. . I asked them to call the CVS in Sherman see if they had them in stock, they did. So they would have let me be without my meds just so they could keep the sale. What does that tell you. Stay away from this place.
A great place, and a very useful store to have in the area !
I have currently been on hold for over 10 minutes. The customer service at this store is terrible. I called the manager, Laura I think was her name, she told me she was too busy to help me. We will transfer all of prescriptions if anyone ever answers the phone
Service is slow, bring a chair, used to be a great place to get your prescription not anymore counter help rude
Terrible.
The pharmacy was great compared to the Cvs in sherman. The one in sherman said they didnt have my medication and I spent 2 days calling every pharmacy in sherman. The Denison
Horrible, rude, incompetent...will be transferring all prescriptions before there needed to be picked up again and I will never ever step foot in another CVS
No associate in view to help.In shampoo aisle, there were several leaking. And any CVS the check out process is soooooo slow!
Had my prescription for over 2 days and is yet to get it filled. Employees are rude and unknkwegable. Managers are unwilling to do anything. A corporate call is in their future.
Employees are friendly, but rushed. They could use more pharmacy help
Does not send all of the medicine home that you paid for
Good
Have shopped This location for 15 years.Recently the normal quality of service has greatly diminished! This is directly related to the pharmacy.Impatient staffers. Lack of empathy and very rude in many cases. On the day I visited I could not speakBecause of a tooth issue. I presented my Drivers License as proof of identity . Thought it was a hood idea. The pharmacy tech grabbed it out of my hand and shoved it back at me complaining!I could not explain to her why I could not speakShe was very much off base in her reaction to me over the DL. I left when i was told “ you’ve got to be kidding” it would never be 3 hours to prepare a prescription here? That to me reflected on the senior pharmacist in an off handed way. A negative way.I went toThe front of the store to make 3-4 simple purchasesI spoke to a store employee who hat i knew, and went over to the photo area to make a few phone pictures off my cell phone. Another store employee came over to assist. After about 30 minutes i asked the one staffer fo you have a way to call back there before I leave to see if my prescription is ready? She did call and it was. WhenI returned to the pharmacy the same rude clerk of waited on me. This time she just pointed to the counter where she wanted me to stand and i gave her my DLShe got mad again and complained to the clerk standing next yo her regarding the DL issue. Speaking under her breath knowing i could not hear her.I stayed calm and managed to keep my BP downLong enough to exit. All this was incident #1.Tuesday afternoon 11/05/21Incident # 2 was with my Fiancee when she went up to this same CVS toPICKUP an RX for me on Fri. 11/06/21We waited for 4 hours thinking that was surely enough time to fill the relatively small prescription. 1 tube of ointment. When my Fiancee arrived she went inside rather than the drive up. After 1/2 hour she was waited on and told,,, “ you’ve got yo be kidding not at this pharmacy, maybe tomorrow “ . The clerkStated boldly “”” I have 15’pages of prescriptions to put into the computer and you guy is at the bottom of page 9 “””She returned home with a bad attitude and told me to change pharmacies.
