I live 4 minutes down the road and own landscaping company I bought 4 yards of screened loam and it was absolutely horrible roots, bamboo pieces and rocks. I’m very disappointed last year they had the best screened loam in town ! They need a better screening machine and I made a mistake and it was costly in raking and wheelbarrows of pieces of etc. would like a refund !
