My husband and I took our 3 kids and 4 of their friends to TPH last night for my daughters birthday. We all had a blast! It was such a fun experience! The actors were great and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!!

It is fun for all ages! Just scary enough. Be careful being the last one in the group. My only complaint is the waiting in line but I know that is expected for the amount of attendees. Maybe go before Halloween weekend or paying extra for express.

We tried calling them before going. No human to talk to. Web page says they will accommodate any group up to 5,000. Waited in line for over 2 hours to be told that our group of 7 was was too big! NO accommodations were made for us and after asking what the hell they called security on me. It was just me and my wife and children! They expected us to split our family into two groups on our family outing! Are you kidding me! Oh, and NO REFUNDS! Not to mention that my son got hit by a paintball while standing in line. We will NEVER come back here again!

This was my Boys (9 & 11) first haunted house experience and it did not disappoint! They loved it and had fun, a couple of times it was noticable my youngest was hesitant, the actors would back away or move to the side to show no real danger. The walk through was a good little walk and at the end because of the package deal we got to do the zombie bus and shoot real zombies! Highly recommend getting the package deal and buying extra bullets, its only $5 more and totally worth it!

Fun experience for a first timer, would recommend to newbies. Definitely a good place for a date or a spooky evening. I would like for possibly more jump scares and a few more workers.

Lines are always long at haunted houses, my advice is to get there when doors open or less than an hour after. We got there at 7:30pm tonight, little bit of traffic waiting to get into parking lot, not a big deal. Parking is free at least. General line for the main haunted path was about an hour - not bad. We are granted in and part of a group of 4.Good - the beginning was effective as you walk across a bridge. It then takes you through an abandoned house/funeral parlor, there is creepy ambiance and a song I recognized from horror film favorite The Strangers...digging it. Attention to detail here at the first 1/3 of the walkthrough is okay. First actor we encounter is effective, he is located in the medical area.Bad - the experience does not take place inside the Parker House due COVID protocols of social distancing we found out - even though youre packed in a small amusement park line area. Dark Hour haunted house in Plano still operates 100% indoors, so to me it sounds more like they didnt have the budget for the house this year. Regardless, its still a decent pathway they have constructed and easy to follow. Its definitely more family friendly than scary though, which is disappointing.Ugly - Actors were pretty sparse - I think I counted 8 or 9 total, but felt more like 4 or 5. Where are the creepy actors? I felt like the ones we encountered were not putting in any effort (except for the first one - kudos to him for trying). At one point we encountered a regularly dressed high school aged kid trying to scare us in the cemetery area. Just terrible. No costume or anything.By the time the walk was over and we were past the chainsaw guy at the end, I felt disappointed for this place. The location has so much potential to become something more. I visited The Parker House when it opened in Lewisville for the first couple of years. It was leaps and bounds better than what I observed tonight. I recall actors actually giving their all, and a far superior creative direction. Even the demon at the start of it looked much more foreboding, now it just looks sad as theres a piece of it hanging off at the entrance. Two stars for at least attempting to create an outdoor haunt. Management - youre missing major elements of what made Parker House so good years ago. Please do better.For those reading this looking for a much scarier, more creative Haunted House, I recommend Dark Hour in Plano or The Cutting Edge in Ft Worth.

The haunt was good the lighting was amazing come on out and enjoy yourself

The haunted house was pretty scary. Lots of jump scares and a few strong and cool strobe lights (in case you’re epileptic). A lot of UV reactive things at the park witch is dope🤙🏻🤙🏻 but the best thing was they gave 200 free paintball shots for leaving this review😎

The house was not a house. It was outside. The actors were not in costume, but more like sweats and Walgreens Halloween make up.The Zombie Hunt included NO zombies. They had dummies/mannequin set up and absolutely no live zombies/actors in the hunt: We drove from Arlington and nothing from the video was actually part of the evening. Very disappointing

The price was good for multiple attractions. There was no wait (on a Thursday), which is always a plus! Walk through was lengthy and not a short experience. Would wear shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty because it is a dirt/gravel path. You do not actually walk through a house but it is around the house. Recommend leaving a review for extra paintballs for the outbreak ride. The ride is not very long so don’t spare the paintballs, use them! Would recommend to friends.

I definitely recommend to anyone. Parking was easy, not too crowded, staff is friendly. The lines went by really fast. The actors were great.

Spend your money on something better this was the worst haunted house I’ve ever been to. Couldn’t see any of the props or actors and it was FAR too short and mediocre for how much we paid. Not to mention we were lied to about the wait times. Complete waste of money.

This place is awesome! It is out in the country side of Denton, you get to go through the house and also walk outside. Lots of jump scares, but still good for kids. I would 100 percent recomend!

Felt like it should have been a little longer and it would have been cool to go through part of the house. Lady at the gate was awesome and very friendly. Zombie paintball ride was fun but short as well, the zombies could have been better but was still fun. My kids had a blast for their first Haunted House. I would recommend for people that dont want to be too scared and people that like jump scares.

Save your money and go somewhere else. There was a line on busy 380 just to get into the parking lot. There were no staff members coordinating parking until you got to the front entrance. We waited 3 hours to get in and it was not worth it. There were a total of 4 actors throughout the maze. We skipped the zombie ride we paid for because we were so over our poor experience and just wanted to leave. It’s not worth the time or money. I’ve never seen an event so unmanaged and uncared for.

Dont waste your time and money. We stood in the line for the zombie paintball for awhile as it was not organized at all. They mentioned on their site about getting an express pass to beat the lines however they would not honor the express passes on the Zombie paintball, but only on the Haunted House*, so people spent extra money for no reasonSave your money for any other haunted houses other than this one unless you like walking around a salvage yard which is all this was. Went here a few years ago but now will never go back again.Go to Dark Hour instead.

Just when I thought they couldnt get any worse.I think it would be fair to describe Parker House as a scam at this point, taking money without delivering and then claiming everyone is out to hurt their small business. It was not like this years ago! They say there are too many guests and that there is nothing they can do to improve wait time (even with fast pass!), that it is the fire dept. fault they can’t do in houseZ Actors seem bored, staff quite rude and paintball was a joke.Update: they’ve started desperately emailing their friends to give 5 star reviews here. don’t be fooled.

My birthday is on Halloween so I have done numerous haunted houses every year for 45 years. This BY FAR is the worst waste of money I have ever spent. I bought the fast pass bundle and still was made to stand in lines FOR HOURS!!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN!!!

I feel bad for seeming like I was making fun of the place by making small jokes along the way, but the actors played along with it and I really enjoyed myself. Felt bad for the actors since it was freezing cold outside. Cant wait to come again next year!

I really enjoyed this place. It really made me scream a lot, unexpected jump scares. I love the atmosphere and the music they put on. I really loved the characters the actors portrayed. I loved how they stuck to their characters, I found them very interesting. I would definitely go here again. My favorite part was when there was a lady hiding in the corner and when I came through the corner she came at me and I was super scared. For $35 I think it is pretty worth it
