Great place to get service for my 2006 F250. I’ve been going there since 2007.Marcos the Deisel mechanic did a great job! Very professional, informative and very efficient in getting my truck repaired and back to me within a week for some major engine work that was done. I was very impressed. I’ll continue to go to Bill Utter for all my service needs.
I bought a $32,000 used vehicle from this dealer that had a complete failure in the 4th month of ownership that was quoted $7,300 to repair.Used sales manager Ken spoke to me on the phone and stated that the manufacture should cover the cost being that their warranty was only 60 days from expiration. I pointed out that I bought the vehicle from them, not the manufacturer, and that my warranty with Bill Utter Ford was only 39 days past the 3-month warranty. Ken disagreed, seemingly holding the manufacturer to a higher standard than Bill Utter Ford holds itself.The next part is most concerning. Kens recommendation was to buy a used replacement part and have a third party install the part so that I could get rid of the car. I questioned the morals of this option as it would only put someone else in the same situation I am in, to which Ken responded: Maybe, maybe not.Anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle from Bill Utter Ford should consider my experience before doing so.

I like Ford and how they service my vehicle. They take good care of it. Everything is done in a timely fashion. I also like the preventative maintenance list they give when they see things that need to be taken care of. The pricing is good compared to other businesses. It may be a few extra dollars here and there but well worth having the dealership work on it as they know it better and get good advice as to the next steps. Great Job!!! 👍

We’ve been Bill Utter customers for several years; we’ve purchased and serviced four Fords from them. The service is tops: great scheduling system, smart, friendly and efficient customer reps and skilled technicians. The sales organization is also staffed with smart, helpful and friendly people. Bill Utter Ford is the best!
I am very disappointed with their service. I was disappointed last time too but did not provide a review and gave them another chance. However, it was terrible again. Took my car in on Thursday because the windows were not closing. I had made an appointment a week prior but was told not to bring it in since they were busy and wouldnt get to it till next week so I waited a week. When the attendant went to talk to the advisor, I could see the advisor roll his eyes. When he came to talk to me, he was more pleasant than what I observed in the window. They took my car. I did not hear back from them so I called Saturday afternoon noon. The lady said the windows were not closing due to dirt in the stripping so they cleaned it and it will be $145 for 1 hour of labor. I asked about my extended warranty. She said she didnt have access to it so transferred me. After speaking to another person, he told me he would have to look it up, after a while he said he will have to track down my paperwork and it will take a while and call me back. After an hour, he calls and said they are tracking the keys and paperwork and I can pick up the car after 45 minutes so they can finish the paperwork. When I arrived I paid $100 for deductible and picked up my car. They did not even bother vacuuming it. I feel I was ripped off- Someone should have called me and again this is not the first time. Last time, there was NO communication either. SO there is definitely lack of customer service at this location and I will not be returning.
We are so pleased with the amazing customer service we received from Bill Utter Ford. We had to trade our car in due to issues we were having and decided to go ahead and get me a new car. We were lucky to get Micah as our salesman and he was absolutely fantastic! We purchased a car in July of 2020, and it has had electrical issues along with the horn not working, making it unable to pass inspection, and unsafe to drive. We realized the horn didn’t work when we needed it to. Scary. We brought the car up because it’s under warranty, and they didn’t have the part to fix it, and refused to let us use a loner because they don’t have them anymore I guess? Regardless, we are paying to have a car that’s unsafe to drive, and have our hands tied right now as to what to do. They could at least call other Ford dealerships and try to arrange a loner. It will be a week for the part to come in so I guess I just won’t go anywhere, after the near wreck when someone was changing lanes and I swerved to miss them and nearly wrecked with my children in the car, I’m too scared to drive it. This is really horrible customer service. We were planning on purchasing a car from them in January for our daughter, but we will now be going somewhere else. Also, with all the cars issues, we are really worried about such a new car having so many problems, I’m not sure Ford’s in general are good cars. I hope everyone steers clear from this place, I think the chip shortage has made them do some shady things to stay in business.
I bought my car at Bill Utter Ford. It was a fair experience but sadly that experience has only gone from fair to worse. Ive taken my car in several times for repair appointments and I dont hear back from them regularly to update me. I still dont have my car fixed and i took it in in February. Last I heard, they said they might not get it fixed till late this year. Things just havent been great there. I understand that some things are beyond their control, but as a customer, I take good customer service very seriously. Keep me informed, give me the best experience you have to offer. They have done the opposite, to the point that I will probably never buy a car there again. Very disappointed.
I had a great buying experience at Bill Utter Ford, they had the vehicle I wanted in stock and their salesman Micah had a vast amount of product and program knowledge which helped my make my decision. This dealer ship is family owned and does not add any mark ups or addendum fees, which is the current practice due to supply chain problems, and they stand by their deal and their product! I was very impressed and look forward to future business with Bill Utter Ford.

I greatly appreciated the speed and professionalism with which they kept things going. I was asked for a complimentary car wash and it was a decent gesture. The shuttle service was fluid and clean.Keep up the good work guys because I’m a client for life!
The service advisor listened to my issues promptly got back to me with their diagnosis and kept me informed during the repair process.He was also able to handle two other issues I ask about later during the repair.Overall a very satisfying experience
Service department has always been just ok but this time it was bad. Dropped my truck off, went on a family vacation for two weeks and it still wasnt ready when I got back. I simply dropped it off with just a turbo sound starting to whine only when it was cold - 2016 F150 with 80k and pristine - got it back and it was leaking oil and still not right. At one point they had called and said they needed to take the engine back apart because they found an exhaust bolt that was bad but this is already after they put it together to test it. since you dont get to talk to the technician directly its a little antiquated. Long story short had to take it back it stayed there another week just to fix the oil leak, mind you its never leaked before and I did not drop it off leaking. Then when I picked it up that time my antenna was busted off and sitting in my consul. Im just gonna fix that on my own so I dont ever have to go back there. One last note, my service writer Karina was great but she doesnt go in the back and do the work so she would just call me or update me and was very nice even when I was frustrated. I have always been a firm a believer in fords products and capabilities to maintain and repair any issues with their product. Unfortunately my experience at this dealership nearly cost me my life. I took my company issued truck in for service for the first time at this location. I have had this truck since 100 miles on the dash. It has been meticulously maintained at a ford dealership in South Florida for almost 2 years. The last service being several months ago. I dropped off the truck for service. The usual products were upsold as far as air and cabin air filters. The service advisor the goes on to continue to advise me they found a damaged fuel line leading to the fuel filter housing and that the previous technician must have damaged it. I found this odd as I never had any fueling issues or issues with my fuel pressure. The service advisor advised that they took care of it. This was strange but I went with their word as I have always trusted the ford name. Later on in the day, I went to pick up the truck from service.after paying for it, I started making my way to my first job site. While driving the George Bush turnpike, the truck alerted a message of low fuel pressure and then the truck burst into flames from the engine bay. The flames continued to grow as I was going down the highway and I had to swerve across all 4 lanes to get to the emergency lane to bail out the truck before the flames got to me. The truck burned to ground shortly after. I almost didnt make it back home to my baby girls and wife. This was the worst experience of my life . I can only thank God I was fortunate enough to get out the fire and make it back home to my family in one piece.

This could have been a horrible experience very easily. My hybrid battery was deemed unrepairable/dead and the cost to replace it was more than the vehicle is worth. Im not happy about that, but thats not anyones fault. It just wore out. I patiently waited 6 weeks to find this out due to a faulty machine they had (that wasn’t Bill Utter’s fault, it came from Ford). That wasnt fun, but we agreed that only the diagnostic fee should be charged in this case. It was a mutually acceptable solution which is why Im giving the 5 stars. Not the outcome I wanted with my vehicle, but that is another story. The point here is I was treated right and the solution was reasonable. Thank you!

I needed a 4 wheel drive truck for my new job in Southeast Texas as a forester. They hooked me up with a Ranger Sport Express with only a little bit over 11,000 miles on and great condition. I did need to have the service department align the truck and balance the tires but they didnt charge me for it. Ive bought 2 trucks from Bill Utter Ford and I highly recommend them!

3.5 stars may be more accurate. The quality of the work performed seems excellent. The price of the work is not. Not even close. However, the truck rides like it did when it was new. The coolant leak was diagnosed and fixed and the two other odd issues addressed. However, it doesnt take much to undermine trust. When I was told that my front tires were nearly bald, I nearly laughed. That is blatantly false. I had four new tires put on that vehicle about 9 months ago and I keep an eye on my tire wear. So then begins the doubt, thinking, If they are lying about my tires, what else is misrepresented? Turns out, the air filter, another service I declined, was not that bad. Ive generally had a good experience at Bill Utter for the past 29 years, but I dont think Ill be back.

Jacob, the sales manager, gave us a no haggle price and took the time to walk us through the entire process. Then, Eddie, in finance, was the cherry on too. Traded my Toyota in and at the time felt like I was getting a reasonable deal, until these SNAKES posted my Toyota for 8K more than what they gave me. That is bad business!!! That truck is no where near worth $37,995, it blue books at max $33K-$34K. Don’t trade with these SNAKES!!

Like most dealerships, very sparse inventory with jacked prices reflecting the tight market. However, service department excels and is the saving grace.
Don Swift is the best! We love him. He makes you feel like family. He actually listens to me and he has never made me feel like I’m crazy or made me feel like the “thing” that I’m telling him about doesn’t actually exist - as a female this means ALOT!! He always goes above and beyond to take care of any issue we may bring to him and even on the busiest of days he will find a way to get us taken care of as quickly as possible but without blowing smoke - He is always honest and upfront so we know exactly what to expect. I always feel like Im leaving my car with a family member when I drop it off with him and I know that the ones in the shop are going to take care of my vehicle no matter what - I dont stress or have any worries when leaving it with them! They do a great job in the shop!. Regardless of what I may take my car in for - from a regular service appointment to roof rails to my car horn not working - they always do a great job and will actually explain and show me exactly what they did so I don’t leave questioning what I just paid for and if the problem was actually fixed or not - I always know exactly what they did to my vehicle before I leave with it. Even if I didn’t drive a ford, I would still want to take my vehicle to this team - from Don and the other advisors to the team in the shop to the customer service reps at checkout…they have always been very friendly and very helpful. This service department is truly one of the best!!

The service manager Mike, did not proactively go out of his way to earn the trust of the customer, a customer he knew from a previous dealership. He told us he would look at getting us an additional cost reduction on the engine (long block) repair for our 2019 F150 with 215,000 miles, that was previously maintained only at another Ford Dealership (Sam Pack - Lewisville, TX, advisor was Zac). The request for an additional reduction was made after the quoted amount that included the so called fleet rate for labor but when I came in to pay. He had spoken with my husband that same morning. When I got to the dealership to pay, the final cost was no lower and he just wanted to repeat that we already got a fleet rate. It was upsetting and the routine sales pitch was insulting, especially with a bill of $13,423. Ford can do better at treating loyal customers as if they value our business. We dont have to buy Ford in the future or stay with this dealership. For an American company, it feels like the customer is last, not first. This is from a family that has invested in 3 Ford F150s over the past 15 years and only do maintenance at the Ford dealership. Plus the service manager knew my husband from the Sam Pack dealership, and knows how loyal he is to Ford, and that he was in there every 5 weeks because his job puts a lot of mileage on the truck. We brought that business to Bill Utter, it didnt matter. Just really disgusted now overall with Ford here in Texas, we lived in VA and CT, we had our truck for 400,000 miles and never had to change an engine, they got in crashes and were written off, here in Texas we barely made it to 215K miles. Hope this gets better but Corporate Ford needs to get a better handle on this situation, its the wild west out here with these dealers and the quality of customer service, service advisors and their technicians.
I own a 2013 Focus that started having transmission issues. Being its 8years old, has 140k miles and me being not the original owner I thought I was toast and doomed to get a car payment again. Called up, asked for an estimate and Greg, one of the service advisors, informed me that it may in fact be covered. Brought it in and after waiting 2 months for the part I drove away only paying for the tire I blew just before I brought it in. Glad Ford sticks by their products and so thankful for Greg telling me it could be covered and getting it fixed up. Could not be happier with Ford and Bill Utter. Thanks a million.
I brought my 2020 Ford Explorer back to within a week for a recall appointment. My service manager, Danny Morris, made the appointment for me during a previous scheduled maintenance visit. Once again I was very pleased with the experience. I was given a new courtesy vehicle to drive home. My Explorer was repaired sooner than estimated. Easy in and out. I really enjoy dealing with Bill Utter Ford for service on my vehicle.

I will give Bill Utter Ford zero stars. My Ford Edge has a recall. I made the appointment. The appointment setter told me no problem we have plenty of the recall replacement parts in.What bovine waste! Your department is very inept! After sitting in the waiting area for 20 minutes I am informed that the YOUR service department is out of parts for the repair. OH but they will order in the replacement part just for me. I wasted my time that I blocked out of my day for this incompetence.

They made it easy and painless to drop off my car for service and ensure I had a loaner for the duration of my cars stay. My car was fixed in timely matter and pick up was as easy as drop off! I have gotten two vehicles from Bill Utter with no issues from any one on lot or any where else. But the one time I get an oil change with a brand new car not even 6 months old I dont have oil in my car at all and now have to get it towed, and there was three people working on each vehicle. Always double check everything before you leave the lot.
I, as a customer, have used Bill Utter ford for service on all my cars for over 20 years. I can always depend on their looking out for my best interests in insuring that I have a well running car that will get me safely where I need to go at a fair price for any service. What I also like is some of their service guys have been there for as long or longer than I have gone there and know me and my cars.
Worked with Mike over at Service! Took my ‘13 F-150 in for its recall work, got it done faster than expected and they even washed my truck for me. They got a nice waiting area with TV and an area to setup my laptop. They took great care of my truck even though I bought it somewhere else and it’s 8 years old. Definitely will come back for the tasks I can’t complete at home

First time at this dealership, moved into area, waa going to other Ford dealershipin area. Dropped in for a state inspection and there was no wait. Justin and team very courteous and efficient. Customer waiting area clean, roomy and modern. I dont see any reason to not be a repeat customer.

Service dept could use some more staff some of the staff is top notch - had an advisor today who was pleasant and explained the problem with my tax nozzle- he knew I was out of gas (since I do business there a lot and I have purchased all my vehicles there in the last two decades you would think they would offer you at least one tank to make sure you could get to the gas station but not this guy!!) NOPE he said “ I can’t sell you gas here no ma’am“Since he didn’t offer even to put in like maybe 1 gallon to make sure I got to the gas station I said well do you think I could maybe buy a gallon just to make sure that I can get to the gas station at least! Amazing!! Wow! Times have changed since bill esthers left!
I have been taking my truck to Bill Utter Ford for a few years and have always had a good experience and have always trusted the. Recently, there were a few problems but they recognized it very quickly and went above and beyond to correct it. I would recommend them to anyone.
Patrick is a great salesman. He did not pressure us, answered all of our questions and if he did not know the answer he went and found out the answer. He took his time with us and did not rush us. While waiting for our Bronco to be delivered to the dealership, he kept us updated of the vehicle in transit.The finance and after market departments were great as well. Prepaid almost $1400 for a part, then when the delivery ETA was passed the adviser went virtually silent. Didnt respond to my calls and wouldnt even call back when an operator put a note on his computer monitor to do so. When I finally got in touch with the service manager he said the part was already there.Service manager took charge of the case, and said installing the part in my vehicle was being made a priority, and would be finished next day at the latest. Next afternoon rolls around and he, too, vanished off the earth. After routing through the department operator, I was put in touch with the original adviser, who apologized for dropping the ball on me.The big day comes for me to pick up the car and, shockingly, more silence. I even tried going through the department operator and nothing. I finally got a ride to the shop, where my advisor waved me off to the concierge to pay an additional $960 for labor costs and leave. That is, once they found the keys.So far, the car is running in good condition, which is whats keeping this from being a lone-star review.The official explanation was there had been a bit of an exodus of employees during the week, and the reduced crew had backed things up considerably. Being someone whos career exists on time estimates and deadlines, I understand how unforeseen incidents can shred a timetable.However, their indifference in communicating with me--and presumably other customers--about the situation shred any confidence I have in how theyd conduct future services. Nothing that Ill be stopping by to find out.

Having reserved and ordered the 2021 Mustang Mach E and opting for the Ford Options financing plan, exclusive to the Mach E, the process was straight forward. Cory was professional and kept me informed though out the vehicle production and delivery cycles. After arrival, I proceeded to the dealership to test drive and finalize the purchase. Due to the newness of the product line, this was actually the first one to arrive at Bill Utter Ford, I was prepared for some complications. However, the process went much smoother than expected.Of all the vehicles I have ever owned over the past 30 years, this is the first Ford. When I am ready to purchase another Ford, Bill Utter will be the first dealer I reach out to.
I have a 2016 F-250 diesel. They have serviced my truck since it was new. Always have done a great job. This morning they had a state inspection with oil change and tire rotation done in a little over an hour. I appreciate Dillon Loves attention and customer friendly service. they even washed my truck and it looked great. I know that auto maintenance is a tough customer service business and I appreciate the work they do on my truck. I also appreciate the drive-up fast lane and that I dont have to make an appointment. I just get there at 7 AM! Good job on service today and thank-you.

Casey was great. No pressure, down to earth & realistic guy. I bought 2 identical F150 work trucks at the end of the year. They had what I wanted, didnt try to sell me anything I didnt want. (Neither did the finance man) They also didnt try to force any over priced dealer adds like tint. No pressure dealership.It was a painless experience. I defiantly cant say that with past experiences purchasing trucks over the last 25 years.I will look here first in a couple of years when I need another truck.
The service staff was courteous and our attendance was great! Thanks Johnny! This is certainly not a reflection of him. However, I will be transparent regarding our experience. The prices were less than desirable. The part cost was $38 and the labor was over $450, and it took 45 minutes to install the new part. There is something outrageous about this. I will take my vehicle to Sewell from now on where the service is outstanding and prices are fair.

For the past 4 years, the few times I had to take my F250, Red, to a Ford dealer, my choice was always Bill Utter Ford. We have 3 in the area and after I gave them 1st chance, I was won over.

He requested assistance with eta from team at counter and itseemed like with very little urgency, pizza delivery made a big impact while we waited for assistance. I decided to leave and save time. First time Ford shopper ever. Expected more with so few options on the ground.

Dropped vehicle off on 4/28, was told i would receive an estimate within a couple days. After 5 business days I found out that the part needed would take another 4 days to order in. Now 5/14, I called to check status and found that there is no eta for the part and do not know when my vehicle will be repaired. Ive been paying out of pocket for a rental and the cost goes up day after day. As an area manager for a large distribution company I will strongly recommend not using for our fleet additions or repairs.

No idea what they are doing, it seems passed work is not noted in their computer and then they try to tell you it needs something that they all ready did! You cant make an appointment, they want you to leave your vehicle with them for days until they get around to it.

Ive been thoroughly disappointed with the Ford brand and customer service. I have a 2017 explorer thats been in multiple times for a/c issues, warranty repairs etc. Multiple Ford dealerships, no updated information, Ive had to call every time to check on my vehicle, even though it has been there for 3 days and the 1st day they didnt even get to the vehicle. Total disrespectful to my time and my schedule. I pretty sure Im done with Ford, purchasing vehicles that cost over 50k to only deal with constant issues with a car that has less that 30k miles. 2 Fords, same song and dance.
