After getting a quote from other businesses, I decided to stay with them. Great service. They took very little time to give me a quote. They showed up on time for the appointment, came to my workplace, and had my windshield replaced in about 40 minutes. A very convenient price and with a guarantee included. Totally recommended.

These guys came out to do a rear glass repair on my ford explorer. With the glass being on a latch, I didnt realize the interior light had been on since the glass was broken and the battery died. They waited till I could jump the truck, unfortunately there was damage to the lock it self so they were not able to finish the install. But they tried everything they could to get the latch to release. They were honest with me and told me that a body shop should look at it to make sure the door interior is ok. They were a few minutes late, but they obviously had jobs all morning. So I appreciate how hard they tried to get my window done. Good guys, quick service, good price.

Waited 2 weeks for them to replace my windshield, once installed didn’t properly seal it, thought was done so I paid them. They came back the next day on a Friday to replace the gasket and cracked the glass. Told me they will fix it Monday. It’s Thursday and my calls don’t get answered. Sorry employees and sorry to have used them.

Called and received quote. Called back to schedule and price went up. Still cheaper so I scheduled to have windshield replaced. Took off work all day. Waited all day. Never arrived. Never called. Not dependable. Will never attempt to use again.

These guys come to you and they still undercut the competition. They were over an hour late after the time slot but they had a buttload of glass in their vehicle so its obvious they were busy. Their professionalism and courteousness made up for that and I wound up saving $70 or more on Done Right Auto Glass. I should have gotten a courtesy call when they were late but other than that it was a perfect experience.

Twice I’ve called them to do a windshield repair and twice they’ve been over an hour late past their scheduled time to the point where I had to cancel because they were so late. I’m done trying to business with them. I’ll do business with another company that understands punctuality.

After the hail storm in April 2014, I called that night. They were already booked up the next day, but they managed to still come out and replace my back windshield. They did it super fast and it looks great. It was cheaper than I thought, and the owner was super nice. I will be using them again.

I called ASAP mobile Auto Glass in Denton for a windshield repair on my 1994 Toyota 4-runner. ASAP not only came to me, but they did the replacement at the most affordable price I could find. The service was friendly and knowledgeable, and did a great job in a timely fashion. I called and spoke to a gentleman named tim. Gave me a very reasonable quote for a back windshield and install. They Even came to my place of business while I was away for work to do the installation. Ther was something wrong with the old window seal they called and notified me about it and they made a new one on the spot didnt even charge me for it. Easy and painless. You need auto glass? call these guys first! You wont be disappointed

I was enroute to the Grand Canyon when on I 49 a rock the size of a ping pong ball cracked my windshield. I was stopping at Denton Texas, called State Farm and Safelite could not fix my window until I reached St Louis 2 wis later. Called Tim at ASAP ask if he could do a temporary repair, after describing the damage Tim said no you need to replace the window. I ask if he could get a window the next morning, he said sure and I have an opening tomorrow morning and I take your insurance. Called State Farm, they called Tim got me authorized and Chris replaced it the next morning at my motel having me back on the road at 10 am. All I can say is Thank You Tim & Chris. Happy friendly people. They have my recommendation. By the way it was a PPG windshield made in America.Again Thank You.
