Went to this location to look for some workout clothes for the wifey. They had an OK selection, but couldn’t find exactly what she was looking for. We ended up going to Ross and found what she was looking for. This location was fairly clean and the checkout lines weren’t too long either.

Have shopped at this Target for years and years but it has really gone downhill in the last couple years. The bathrooms are always disgusting. Last time we were there 2 of the toilets were out of order and the other toilets were all filthy, trash all over the floor, dirty sinks, and smelly. Same thing with the bathroom by the pharmacy! Absolutely NO excuse for dirty bathrooms! Also, super long lines and not enough cashiers. They try to force you to use the self check-out by only having a couple cashiers.

This Target has always been nice. They keep it clean and tidy. Its typically always been slower than other Target locations. Not as busy. We were also there in the evening. Employees are helpful. The produce is pretty good. Aisles and departments are well labeled and have proper signage. Its kind of located behind other businesses off the street so you may not actually see it from the street.

Only visited Spectrum Vision. Dr. Young is very knowledgeable and friendly! He takes the time to explain your examinations/ete tests with you! His communication and people skills are great! The staff a the desk is great as well. Very friendly and keeps you updated with appointment reminders!

The gentleman helped me find the kind of dogfood safe for my dog. In this case, my dog can no longer have any beef, whether its canned dogfood, or just regular people food... He basically just cant have anything that pertains to the sea as well... Thank you, Sir!!!

Came to return some extra bins I bought and didnt need, 8 black and 2 grey, same style. The man at the return center said the grey ones werent coming up in their system and he needed some help. Candy came over and said, we cant take these back. You will have to take them. When I asked to speak with the store manager, she bellowed, I AM a manager! When I asked if she was the STORE manager, she said she wasnt and that he wasnt in the store. I asked to speak to someone above her. Dan showed up. He looked on his phone, and the grey ones were sold online, so he told can to return them at the online price. She did, but didnt give me the sale tax back. When I asked about it, she snidley remarked, Will $0.62 be enough for you?! I told her that would do. She pulled three quarters out of the till and handed them to me. Then she told a young man behind the counter to throw out the bins I had just returned. I could not believe my ears.... I seldom shop at target and now I remember why. I wont be back.

It used to be a super clean location, when this target was newly opened. I used to like the atmosphere here, and the employees were always eager to help you – especially if you wanted to know where to find something. Soon they plan to have a sale to compete with Amazon.

The aisles are well organized and they have a nice selection of items. This pizza dough is our favorite! However, there is a lot of litter around the store from Starbucks cups that people have abandon. I wish it was better tended to. The lines are rather long for checkout and I’d expect more cashiers on a weekend.

I was trying to ask one of the employees there a question. It took her a few minutes to answer me. It seemed like she was ignoring me. She wasnt very pleasant or helpful.

The Denton location bakery is the worst. The cake person is either gone to lunch, gone for the day or they need 2 days notice. They need better customer service.

Customer service staff were friendly, helpful, and offered to help take my package to my car. That was above and beyond. Excellent customer service!

Just accidentally threw away my license outside 10 minutes ago in my prescription bag with my debit card and I came back 10 minutes later to an empty can. First the said the trash was in the compactor which was a lie because it was being cleaned. Then they refused look. Now Im stuck in the parking lot with no way home because Im low on fuel. I even offered to pay them once I got my card back. This place is aweful and stranded me and my 5 year old.

Visited a couple times since it is the closest one but the fist visit was okay except the cashier Allison found more interest talking to q different cashier than giving good customer service. No hi no hello but thats okay shes a teenager.2nd visit was 9/6/2020Had to use the bathroom in the middle of shopping and the restrooms are so nasty no toilet papers on the stalls no soaps and trash everywhere. Also noticed the sheet says 9/2/2020 I guess its not a priority with all this covid going on. But the shopping experience was better than the first one.

The store is well stocked and organized. The problem is the bathrooms. I have never found them to be clean. There is trash and no paper towels. Floors and walls are stained and even around the toilet seat. Same thing with the sinks, they don’t seem to get cleaned. The family bathroom is always overflowing with trash, and the floors are filthy. They really need to hire someone who really takes charge of a thorough clean.

It was okay as I was going to pick up an online item that I ordered. Went to the counter and the customer service representative never recognized me when I entered and approached the counter area. It took several minutes before he even acknowledged me. Then, and only then did the customer service start clicking like it should.

This store treated me as a thief from the start, took 2 toys back that were a gift from a family member for food. We have plenty of toys, need food! Was told they would only trade for toys. Then was stalked, followed and stared at the entire time. I don’t get bothered Easy but this upset me. Go to a diff target don’t go to Denton target for sure

Big shout out to our Denton Target today! Following Covid rules and going the extra mile to keep Denton safe. Personnel cleaning carts at the entryway making sure customers get sanitized carts. The entire store is so clean. Checkout was fast and friendly and between each customers they are sanitizing the conveyor belts. Did I mention friendly! Thank you Denton Texas Target!

Thoroughly disappointed. We’ve been shopping at this target for a long time simply due to convenience. Every time I go Back the employees seem to be even more rude than the last.Seeing employees wearing masks regarding their stance on certain issues going on in our country is beyond unprofessional.The cashier didn’t even greet us or say a word period even after I asked How her day was going. Wouldn’t even look at us other than to look me up and down. But she was sure chatty with the couple in front of us, I have a pretty good guess as to why we were treated differently, but we won’t even go down that road.

In light of the covid-19 pandemic, I want to commend this Target for stepping up their safety measures & sticking to the new regulations. I have been to a Target in Arlington; they were nowhere near the level of thoroughness.To all the employees of Target in the Lil D thank you. Thank you for monitoring the number of people in the store, sanitizing the self checkouts after EACH customer, lining the keypad so it can be wiped down easily, etc. If there was a way to nominate the store to the national headquarters I would do so. Keep up the good work please.

I Ordered this item online. They had a great selection of matching pajamas. It was easy to order. When I went to pick the item up it was already packaged and ready to go. The women that checked me out was very nice and all I had to do was sign. It was such an easy process. I definitely would recommend shopping online at target.

We always have a pleasant experience. The employees go above and beyond to provide great customer service. And most importantly, the store is always clean.

Came to target for a few items with my husband. We were walking into soft lines where we were immediately greeted by Kristen. She told us of the promotions going on this week and also helped us find some cool things! We later saw her again where I had questions about an item, she showed us to that item with the biggest smile on her face. You could really tell she was happy to help. She was so sweet and helpful. I was very happy with her service! I’ll be back just because of her!

Austin in Guest Services was super professional, efficient, and helpful. I ordered online and accidentally chose the wrong size diapers. I called and spoke to Austin on the phone and he was able to assist. He held the correct size for me. Had to do a return on the wrong size to get the correct size fully purchased but the transaction was easy. Get this guy a promotion or raise. Or at least a free lunch lol. Thanks Austin!

Thier cleaning after every customers and the store is clean and waiting in line is very short. Better than Wal-Marts which is not cleaned or not disinfecting after any customers.

This is a great Target. Its always kept very clean the shelves are always stocked and organized. I have never really have to wait in line very long when I come here. The bathrooms are very clean which is important to me because I have two little girls that always have to use the bathroom every time we come here. Its nice having a Starbucks inside here also

I can really count on Target for convenience, and finding what I need. When I dont want to make a trip in store, ordering items for pick up or drive up from the app have always been really simple and quick. As soon as Ive finished ordering from home, I can drive to the store and my order will be ready.Target employees have always been really friendly to myself and my child. He loves to go to the store as much as I do.

TARGET WINS CURBSIDE PICKUP! They were a bit late to the game, but clearly they did a lot more UX research and refinement. Simple, intuitive, innovative app that is incredibly easy for the customer, and gives better information to the employees to be able to give great service without contact. 1) no time slots, and so far they have beaten their ready in 4 hours estimate both times. 2) They text you a link when its ready 3) on the link you hit a button when you leave the house, and then pick what style of vehicle you are coming in (sedan, SUV, etc) and color (that is brilliant IMO) 4) when you pull up into the carryout spaces it automatically registers that you are there with a message they will be right out. 5) Employee actually does come out pretty quickly and makes eye contact/smile/nod but does not make any attempt to physically contact or have you open the window/door. WIN!

We were so pleased with the way this store was managed in the midst of the virus outbreak. We were taken care of quickly, informed of what was or was not in stick. Buggies were wiped down, greeted with a smile from every employee.

So I accidentally left a bag today with some of my items (bestie is in hospice to pass away any minute so ya stressed) and after Realizing that I might have left it I called to see if I had and was put on hold for quite a while and the guy that said yeah the items were put back was just so unfriendly and even worse attitude when I came to pick them up. Ugh

I love this target because they always have multiples of what I need in stock—I’ve never seen them out of something I need. Their app is super easy to use and their employees are always nice and helpful. My only complaint is every time I scan my target app at the self-checkout, the screen takes ten years to load.

I am just writing a review because of all the ridiculous reviews that bring down the store. Who leaves a shi**y review because a place is under construction? thats not really a reflection of the establishment, its temporary. Anyone who complains about their return policy is either really awful or just lying. I go to this target way more often than I would like to admit but there is a reason. I have returned everything from floss to a dresser, they are so accommodating! Everything is always neat and organized, The staff is really nice, they do so much for the customer. Once an employee ran to the back multiple times for me just to get a planter, they always go out of their way to help. No disrespect if they had a bad personal experience, I just dont see it and Im there almost everyday. I think this target does a really good job for running a huge store. So, I hope this finds you well, I usually dont write reviews but some people just judge an entire store off of something silly. I hope this makes up for it. If you have any questions you can probably find me roaming the kitchen isles.

I used to love this store. However, most customers in the store don’t wear masks... at least not today at 3:30 pm. It feels unsafe to me.

My cashier at the Target located in Denton, TX was awesome. She was patient and kind. I left my Target card at home and she took the time to help this slow at smartphone apps person save $63. Kindness can never be overrated, especially during the holiday shopping season.

Ive had AMAZING experiences at this Target location. First, a new vision center employee broke my Ray Ban glasses accidentally. She ordered me another pair but did it incorrectly, so I didnt hear anything back from Target until about two weeks later. A manager called me and explained that my frame was no longer available. She said I could come in the store and pick out a similar pair and shed do an even exchange. I found glasses similar to my old pair, STILL Ray Ban and just as cute. I was so happy to have a new pair of glasses with my new lenses FREE of charge.Another time, I accidentally used my registry completion coupon on-line and couldnt get it back or refunded. The manager at the store gave me a card and her name written on it and told me next time I come in, to explain what happened to the manager on duty, and they would honor my coupon!Target really knows how to take care of the customer! I wish it wasnt so hard to get a job there!

Using Cartwheel and my Red Card gives me the lowest prices. Also, the employees are the best - always polite, friendly, helpful, and working hard. The best overall store that I have ever shopped at, honestly.

Like the store itself but 2 times now they forgot to give me a bag. Loading up twins and another kiddo to drive 25 minutes is not my favorite. Never received an apology. Also multiple times was something on sale and rang up more then tagged. Other then those 2 things it’s a great target to shop at

Store in Denton is HUGE but well organized and very clean. However, signage needs to be bigger, and there needs to be a greater employee presence on the floor.

I gave the bar code to the lady to scan, she took forever to scan it and then once i re-unlocked my phone the bar code disappeared and no one in the entire store knew how to retrieve the code back. Then on top of that the line started to get long and she made like to the customers waiting in line that it was my fault this simple procedure was taking so long. When all she had to do was pay attention and scan the code instead of being in lala land.

Went in looking for a tv, and found a great one on sale. Waited on the employees to finish their conversation (me being an introvert, I didnt want to interrupt) and about 15 minutes later it was still going. Im headed to Walmart.

Their customer service is excellent! I had to return a vacuum. I did not have the box or receipt. I feel they went above and beyond to help me in this matter. Their carts are new and nice. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because I do not like the fact that a man can enter the same restroom as my daughter. I feel that is highly inappropriate.

Do not shop Target. Do NOT. Used the restroom and watched the first employee not wash her hands at all after taking a dump and the second rinsed no soap and used blow dryer. Those dryers suck in all the air around you and blow it all over your hands. #targetstore
