I love the smell of all of the leather products as soon as you walk through the double doors. Theyre got a decent selection of leather cowboy boots, belts, belt buckles, hats, jeans, shirts, and everything I just mentioned in womens also. Their staff has an amenable attitude when it comes to helping you find what youre looking for. I recommend this place for any of your cowboy or cowgirl needs!

Good, went to pick up order i made online, to ship to store, i walked in to look at boots, young lady came up asking to help me, i showed her my phone notification of order having arrived at store, she said she would go get it, wow she quickly came back with order in sealed shipping plastic bag, she said i could open it try check out the boots as i did. I asked about other boots i was also interested in, even if they were not in my size, i wanted to look at quality, she looked, brought them for me to check out she was great. I asked about boot care products, she showed me some, i purchased, My experience was great,Knowledgeable staff, note other young man staffer also came by offering to help,Told him the lady was already helping,All staff at this store was friendly and helpful, will return, and spread to word, that its good place to shop..Keep up good work.

Decent boot shop. Im not one for chain stores but boot barn Ill make an exception for. They dont pay their workers commission and thats important to me. Because really its ME that is paying their commission. The cost gets passed on to me as a customer and all. Plus they have great deals on their blemished boots and other products.

I hadnt bought a new outfit in four years, and figured it was about time. I spent close to two hours here, deciding on different items, and was helped frequently by the knowledgeable staff (Competitive jeans? Boot jeans?). I normally shop at Wamart and the like, but after trying on the clothes, especially the pants, the quality difference was obvious. Different cut options means my new jeans dont sag in the rump, or are too tight for my thighs. Now I have a nice new outfit to wear for Mothers Day! Highly recommended, would visit again.

Help was good but i do not recommend buying their house brand Cody James, in the store boots felt great but wear them two weeks at work and they shrunk up to the point that i can barely get my one foot in without a ton of force. Now im most likely out 200 bucks........

We bought a pair of boots paid over 200 for them the young guy was going to stretch them out he lost them the district manager said he would mail us new ones and give us a tracking number and now it’s Jan 3 no tracking number no boots they stole from my daughter I don’t care it was 3 days before Christmas the post office was open and there is no reason we have no tracking number I guess I have to call my bank and report fraud 200 is a lot to lose since it was fir my daughter Christmas

Boot Barn is a store front that benefits heavily from its website. Stores remain small and rely heavily on employees recommending customers order their purchases. On the one hand, its conivinient. However, Amazon prime offers the same service, on many of the same products, for less and free shipping. It would be nice if Boot Barn would stock a greater supply of merchandise rather than continually recomending an online expirience that in all reality, does not benefit the consumer.

We like some of the Clothes & Boots. We were looking to spend about $500 between us in there. Salesperson would not let us browse in peace, would not go away, she was like a Boomerang, she kept coming back, we overheard someone previously telling her to leave them alone. The only Shop we ever go in where you need to find a member of staff to unlock a Fitting Room for you, each and every time you try something on. When trying the smallest item on it has a security Tag on it, the Doors have anti social Cow Bells on them which are so very loud and intrusive to inform the Staff if youre leaving the store so they can stare at you and see if youre stealing something. So between the high pressure selling, the overly zealous security, and the locked fitting rooms it easier to go over the Freeway to Cavendars. Let me shop in peace, and dont treat me like a possible thief, because Im not.

Complete waste of time! Came in for some boots, sales girl told us 20% off today. Found the boots we wanted, right boot was stretched out from sitting on the shelf so long and being tried on multiple xs. No worries she says well order your boots as they did not have anymore of the right size. She has us purchase a gift card to purchase the boots online. Gift card was for more then the boots and she neglected to give us the card after purchase nor did she give us that discount. Boots are delivered to my home...WRONG color. We proceed back to the store to return boots. No one tried to make it right. Needless to say we took our 200 dollars elsewhere.

I couldnt even enjoy looking around because the 2 females working at the time kept coming over and just staring and then they would call for security scan in the area I was in and then when I finally got fed up with the stereo typing and harassment Im trying to leave and one of them gets in front of me and looks me up and down and tries to block me from leaving. I will never shop there again

Completely rude staff. Walked out after 5 minutes of being there. I was going to buy two pairs of boots for the oil field. One of them which would be Irish Setters, when asking where they’d be, the rude female employee cut me off from speaking and told me to go to Academy. I would have been open to change to a different brand if properly sold on quality and comfort. But horrible employees, hopefully wasn’t the owner, ruin customers experiences and make them not want to buy or ever come back.

I can always find what Im looking for and the people are great, no pressure just a great place to shop!

Store is ok the girl manager is not very great. When I go shopping I like to see team work and knowledgeable workers. i went one day and it was a great experience but went back to buy a pair of boots and had to order the correct size because they didn’t have them there that was ok until she charged our cards four times for the same product. With her being the manager she should know how to order them. Got home and waited a couple days to see if the money was back in our accounts because she had told us it would return within a couple days. we then had to call corporate to fix the issue because it wasn’t returned. corporate was very helpful and sounded concerned about the problem they refunded our amount but don’t think I will ask for her help anymore. Not sure if I really want to shop there any more because of that experience shouldn’t have to go through that much work for some one else’s mess up.
