Very awesome place. The cookies are so awesome especially their double dozzie cookie cake which is my favorite. I got that for my birthday and it was so awesome.

I purchased a small heart shaped cookie last night for my grandson with his name on it. I ordered, came back in 15 minutes, and it was ready. When checking out she asked if I wanted to tip my decorator, which I think was actually her. REALLY?! So, that wasnt included in the cost already? Tipping is getting ridiculous. I was wondering if this is a corporate policy?

I went here for the first time the other day. Needed a cake for my husbands birthday. The gals were nice enough. The cake decorator was really nice and did a great job on the cake.I would have given 5 stars but I docked it because both my son and myself got sick from it. I dont know why. Ive had cakes from the company before but theyve been at different locations. This place in the golden triangle mall made us sick. 😔

Truly the WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. Not only do they not greet you or smile, they just stare at you like you’re stupid when you’re trying to order. I have gone to this cookie place for many years, and it’s recently just went down hill. The staff is rude and unfriendly, they literally look like they HATE their lives being there. I’m not the only person who has received such negative customer service, and for that reason I will never be returning. I love their cookies, but the staff makes me never want to eat at a Great American Cookie again...

Absolutely the Worst Service! I ordered 2 of the chewy chocolate cookies now I know they are supposed to be soft to a point but this was disgusting. I grabbed one of my cookies and I couldnt even hold it, it was falling apart because of how gooey it was. I asked the girl (about 16-20 year old) if I could exchange them and she just said that they are supposed to be like that. Come on do they not realize we could get food poisoning from this! It didnt look like she wanted to change them but I asked her if she just would. She changed them and from what I know they are supposed to take the bad ones away. But she said what am I supposed to do with that come on man I guess they want to get sued for serving uncooked cookies that could give people food poisoning.

I got a chocolate chip cookie and a brownie... they both tasted like they were a week old. Dried out and stale. Customer service was good, but the product was horrible. I’d much rather go to Insomnia, they’re freshly baked & cheaper!!!

Ashlee and Lexxy were working and very disrespectful. I had to ask multiple times to get a cookie and when I got the cookie they didn’t ask for my loyalty number and half way out of the mall I threw it away because it tasted very old. Never coming to this location again!!!!!!

I come up every couple of weeks for a fudge double doozie (I always order three) that they have always made for me. Never had any problems and tonight they tell me manager explicitly said no they cannot do it. I have done this countless times for years now. Will be sending a copy of my past charges to this location to corporate to voice my displeasure with this change and letting them know they lost a regular and repeat customer with this short sighted change. Very disappointed because it is a regular craving of mine that they stopped.

Bad Customer Service. I special ordered a cookie online and when I picked it up it was nothing like the order. They did not read the order at all, not even close. They seemed like they did not care
