I found it to be very easy. The prices werent bad. Was in and out pretty quick. A lot of things were sold out, but also I went on like Wednesday. No complaints.

It was pretty busy. I picked the wrong day to enter. Line was pretty long. Didnt wait, I just put my stuff back where it goes. Will return at a later time.

Looking for an end of school year party. There were very few party favors. The reply was look online. (Sigh) anyone else wonder why brick and mortar stores are slowly vanishing?

I volunteered to do a fall-themed dog photo shoot for my friends start up TX Dog Magazine. Thats hard to do here in the summer. Well, I found a dog with a yellow raincoat and thats when I knew... I must seek out a single red balloon. And where else do I find that balloon than Party City! When I entered, my nose was attacked with the sent of candy, which is a compliment, and I had to redirect myself back to the balloons. I told the girl at the counter I was looking for a single red balloon. I picked one out. Is this like an It thing? she asked. Yes! I told her. Then youre going to want the other red balloon because that one is too shiny.She inflated the balloon she suggested I get and it was perfect. I will definitely go back whenever I need a single red balloon.

Kind of empty, they run out of party stuff quick. Great customer service 🍭

Not as big as other locations. A good stop if you need to grab something, but if youre looking for something specific I wouldnt really recommend

Got a large amount of charms blow pops because they had blue raspberry, lemonade, black cherry... They are absolutely gross! Not because of the flavors but because it’s old and nasty. Unfortunately I gave a lot away also! 🙄 Shane on y’all for having old candy out there knowing it’s mostly bought for children.

Always has the colors and options available when needed. Prices are a bit high…

It is the little overpriced, and unfortunately they dont have anything with Donald Duck or DuckTales! They do have lots of other stuff though.

Looks like they’re doing a reset. Normally this store is great. I’m sure when the reset is completed it will be great.

Clean, had what I needed

I cannot believe how empty the place is. Made me feel like I was living in Russia, with empty shelves in most stores. Really scary.

Everytime I go the shelves are bare. Asking for help is like an inconvenience to associates.

Didnt talk to anyone. Didnt see anyone except customers. Empty shelves and limited selection.

Update: I was contacted by Marcus the store manager. He was apologetic and understanding at my frustration. He is going to remedy the situation and I am extremely grateful. Thank you Marcus for caring about your consumers!!1st Post: Horrible! First we stood in line waiting to have someone get us a costume from the back. Four other people who came in after us were helped first. I asked someone for assistance and they said just one minute. It took us 30 minutes to see if they had a costume. Finally when we got help we found out they were out of the costume we wanted. We looked around the store and found something else. The costume we chose was hanging on the same hook with about 4 other items that were the same. The price said $19.99. When we got to the register we were charged $29.99. I told the cashier about it. She went to look and came back and said that it was $29.99. I told them it was hanging where it said $19.99. She told me that I had to pay the $29.99. So I had to pay extra because they didnt do their job right putting items on display. She acted very annoyed with me and offered to get the manager but I did not feel like waiting for another 30 minutes just to speak to someone. I will be calling corporate today.

I love their wide variety of merchandise. Lots of cool stuff and a fun place to shop or just go browsing.

It was a little confusing as this was our first visit. The aisles were not marked very well so we had to walk the aisles to find what we were looking for.BUT the gentleman who checked us out was super friendly, and very quick.....it made up for the confusion!! Friendly will win with us every single time. Thank you for the kind employee....it made ALL the difference!!

Well organized, friendly associates

Disappointed to have no one greet me or offer any help. I walked around the store for a good 30 minutes when the store maybe had 5 customers in it. I also believe that they are slow at stocking and cycling out merchandise. There were bridal tank tops that were scattered all over the aisle and valentines day merch packed up in boxes sitting in the middle of the walkway. There were a lot of visual outs in there and I was coming in for something that was specifically out and not stocked.

Im giving it three stars well because it doesnt deserve to Stars but it also didnt have everything I want it so it doesnt deserve for stars. At the same time the people that work there help me out otherwise I would have been walking up and down the aisles forever. In fact actually Im changing this to four stars only because of how helpful the staff was the staff was super helpful

Seeing these reviews that say friendly staff is truly hilarious. They refused to acknowledge me of the three other people in line for about 20 minutes. Worst customer service. Skip this place and head to the dollar tree next door. They have everything you need for a fraction ofthe price.

Mind-boggling in its colorful cluttered state but you can find ANY theme decor you might want here. Aisles are marked so there is little to be done about it, there is just a LOT OF STUFF HERE!Fun to browse. Reasonably priced.

Went in to get items needed for a party. It was 6:15. The sign outside said the hours were 9am to 7pm. Google shows a close time of 7pm. An employee yelled at us as soon as we walked in...were closed! I ask why the hours say 7pm. They said those will be new hours starting tomorrow. Very frustrating, will be spending my money elsewhere.

Horrible experience.I needed 6 plain latex balloons. Went to the counter and asked for those. Was told it would be a 45 minute wait... there was 3 employees standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. There is no excuse why there should have been a 45 min wait for those latex balloons.They lost the remaining of my business for party supplies due to the employees bad attitude as well.

They have a wide variety of colors for paper goods. I was able to find just what was needed.

Have lots of great party supplies!! But the thing I didnt like was that the store didnt have the party theme I wanted it was Hollywood Themed I saw it on the website and I loved that one. We asked an employee but they said they took it off because they were putting Halloween stuff and said it was either leave that theme or take it away to add Halloween stuff....

Nastiest restroom in America. Had I not been pregnant and desperately needed to pee I would’ve never!!

They saved my butt! Manager and employee named Laurel let me in 10 min after they closed, to make my purchase. They were very kind and helpful! I am a balloon and face painter and had driven an hour away from home to paint for a party... Well it turned out that my client wanted balloons instead... So Im freaking out and decide I need to find a store nearby that sells balloons... this party city graciously provided and I was able to go back to the party and be their balloonist.

Went completely unacknowledged for 20 min finally when I asked what do I need to do to talk about balloons, the manager told me I need to pay for my balloons before he will blow anything up. Only I wasnt sure what I wanted or what they had to offer, beyond what I could see on the wall because I was waiting to speak to an employee, so zero help there.. as well as the lady who purchased balloons just before I was about to leave the employee informed her that one of her balloons ripped while they were trying it, so please be careful with how you treat it because its probably going to deflate! Why would you not go ahead and replace what you the employee damaged? Before I left the lady with the ripped balloon came back in with a flat balloon and thats when party City decided to replace their damage the cause in the first place.. absolutely terrible! The party balloons are about $15 a piece if not more.. never shopping here again!

6 Staff members congregated at the front registrar while one young lady attempted to assist over 10 customers. I will Never shop there again.PISS POOR MANAGEMENT

I called to ask for a specific balloon that I see online this store has several in stock. I was told it wasn’t sold there and then told it was an online issue . They lack basic customer service, even if the answer is that is not available the way you speak to customers makes all the difference.
