The people who work here are friendly and very helpful. And most importantly, they stand behind their work. My order looked great, but was missing a certain punctuation mark. A simple mistake that is bound to happen sometime or another. Not only did they promptly fix the issue, they also replaced the clothing I brought in since that certain repair could not be performed without damaging the clothing. Thats outstanding service!!! They didnt hassle me or try to rationalize. They just fixed everything and made it all a very pleasant experience. I order shirts from San Bay Studio a few times a year for the Knights of Columbus. They always do great work. We have several styles of shirt and logo on file with them so I can just shoot them an email with size info and they crank them out just fine. In fact I have an order I need to pick up from them today.

I am one of the owners of Denton Truck and Auto Parts in Denton, Texas.We had been looking for a few months to find a good screen printing and embroidery shop to handle our logo wear. San Bay was the one we selected because of (1) their willingness to use our existing electronic files to create their print patterns and stitch programs, (2) the samples the did for us looked amazing, (3) the prices quoted were very reasonable compared to the local competition, and (4) the speed of delivery was flipping amazing.On the final point, most of the competition was saying a 2-week minimum to obtain the finished goods. San Bay was able to deliver in a week.The final product looks really good, even in the intricate detail areas of our logo. We will be a returning customer.
