If I have kids, I would visit here with them! This place was so adorable. Lots of gnomes!We had blood orange and strawberry. It was good. They have “Gnaughty Gnome” which only for +21. I want to try this next time I visit.

It was OK. I think because I heard about it from friends and others they hyped it up a little too much and set my expectations at a higher level. The Gnome cones are ok as they seem to melt really quick while there. They use all natural syrup flavors so the taste for me was kind of bland. I ordered cherry and I was expecting a taste explosion of cherry but instead I got a fizzle of flavor for a second or two. Kind of pricey for a cone or even a small ice cream but you are mostly paying for the novelty of it all. Great for an Instagram picture or shoot with the Gnomes but you could probably do the same at your grandmas house or in your favorite store where they sell Gnomes. 3 of 5 stars for me. 😕

Cutest place ever! You feel tiny because the door and windows are HUGE.Snowcones, ice cream, Popsicles.... so fun and the theme is FABULOUS!Bathrooms were clean too. There were 2 gender neutral restrooms.

I’ve given this place a few tries and I’m just not that big of a fan. All the flavors I’ve tried Just have the same “sweet” flavor you know how la croix has a very mild flavor ? This is the shaved ice version of la croix

Very cute and welcoming warm atmosphere with a niche gnome aesthetic! The snow cones are very light and airy in flavor as opposed to the typical artificial snow cone which is nice but it felt as if there wasn’t enough flavor to it which was underwhelming. Definitely would go visit again to try other flavors and would definitely bring friends here 👍 although it isn’t your typical snow cone place it’s unique and worthy of a visit or two

Deep dive on the gnome theme here is really fun. Shaved ice and popsicles merit being the main attraction but I hope that they will diversify the menu in order to draw more business. What food besides snow cones do gnomes prefer? Vegan? Maybe with an emphasis on mushrooms?

I came here with my family. I was expecting a great strawberry flavor but it wasn’t flavorful at all. Could barely taste the strawberry. The smallest snow cone was 4 bucks also, so pretty pricey for a snow cone.

This place is adorable! The shaved ice is perfect and the flavors delicious. Daisy the gourmand shitzu prefers plain ice flavor, this reminds her of her home in Tibet. Lemon-lime is mine and it was fruity tart perfection. High sanitation levels and a delightful staff made this a wonderful Sunday excursion in beautiful downtown Denton.

So cute but the flavor is lacking!! I get it’s ‘natural’ but out of the 3 flavors we got none of them tasted much like anything. Thankfully the prices of the cones weren’t way expensive but I was expecting more.

First time here. Friendly staff, clean, and the giant Gnome out front is super cute. Not your normal snow cone flavors but very good! The shape of the snow cone is a Gnome hat which is so cute. Great place for kids.

I was really excited to try out Gnome Cones and was unfortunately extremely underwhelmed! We got a total of 4 different flavors and two of them were super plain with not nearly enough flavoring. My kids immediately said that theirs tasted like nothing. When my husband asked they said thats just the way they taste because of the natural flavors they use... Lesson learned, and we wont be back, but wanted to share for people who are coming expecting the traditional snow cones flavoring!

Theme is the only thing keeping the rating high. Each flavor taste like absolutely nothing. It’s just colored ice.

Love, love, love! I have no idea how they get the ice so finely shaved- it’s almost as if you’re eating ice cream. Pick your favorite flavor and add some fresh cream or coconut cream. They also have adult cones. We’ll be back for sure!

I am from wisconsin and have been hearing about this charming place for years from my sister and friends who live in the DFW greater area. I was so pleased to get to visit! It is right out of a story book. The decorations are rustic and imaginative. The food is creatively named and delicious. I have never had a snow cone that had such rich flavor! I tried the trolls blood and some sweaty yeti! This is one of those small businesses that make you feel like youre part of an experience, not just buying food. All the small touches make this a magic getaway from every day life.

Cute place hidden off to the side of the square. Love how everything is made fresh and with natural ingredients. Is kinda expensive though but I understand you pay more for natural and recyclable.

Flavors aren’t potent (artificial) like I thought. Still pretty good and refreshing. If I had known the flavors were all naturally made before I went in, I probably wouldn’t have been so quick to dismiss it. 4/5 for flavor, but 5/5 for good vibes, chill atmosphere, and awesome decor. 🍄🧚‍♀️

Well its adorable for one! Love the concept & the fact that the sno cones are naturally flavored - no high fructose corn syrup or artificial ingredients. So at first they might seem a little mild & not sweet if you are used to traditional sno cones. I love blood orange w/ coconut cream & they also have alcoholic ones!

If it wasnt for the theme, it would have gotten 3 stars, but the theme is great + the high pitched voiced the staff uses over the megaphone are funny! The ice cream is ok ... Vanilla is normal, and no I didnt try anytjing else. Yes going to Baskin Robbins is probably a better shot if ice cream is what you are after.

Really soft ice, decent if not particularly strong flavor on the goblinberry. I couldnt really tell any difference on the naughty gnome with alcohol so will probably just get regular flavors. Nice atmosphere and I appreciated things like paper straws and lots of preventative health measures in place.

This place is amazing! I heard about it from my mom. She said everytime shed pass by it was always busy so I had to see what the hype was about. I got the Piña Colada flavor and it was very refreshing. The snow cones are naturally flavored which is a plus. The place is decorated with little gnomes and they have games that you can play with family and friends. Sorry if some of my photos are blurry.

Experience was fine, I suppose save for there being no air conditioning in Texas in summer. Their cones are definitely not what I think of when I want a snow cone being more akin to a packed slushie with a texture of being creamy even though I ordered without any dairy.

Cute decor. Friendly service, well shaved ice. I was spoiled on New Orleans Snowballs. Comparatively, gnome uses watery, kool aid-like syrups and watered down toppings

We love this place. Open year round is perfect for me, I can eat snow cones when its freezing outside. I love them. Wish the flavors were a little sweeter but over all is great. Love the atmosphere too. Very welcoming.

This place is super cool. LOVED the atmosphere. My pre-teens loved this place. They loved looking and counting all the Gnomes in the place. Flavors are fun and tasty. Staff here is very friendly. I like when they call your name (to let you know your order is ready) over the loud speaker, the staffs voice changes and sounds like a little elf or in this case a Gnome. Its the little details here that make this place fun.

We went randomly because my wife wanted a snow cone. This was the only place we could find in February. We then proceeded to finish our snow cones at home and later that night ordered more on Uber eats! The flavors arent too sweet and taste a lot more real than other snow cone places. Their wassail was amazing too!

This is a fun place to take kids while at the square. It is cute and quirky and my favorite place to go for hot chocolate in Denton. They top your hot chocolate with blue whip cream.

Docked 2 stars because it wasnt what we expected - not enough flavor and pricey. Hubby was craving a snow cone and we happened on this place after dinner at a nearby restaurant. We didnt really know the story behind the place and joked that it was the Lacroix of snow cones while we were eating them. The fam is used to the artificial uber sugary stuff, so to look into it further its understandable that the all natural flavors are more subtle. Good concept, cute decor, just not the snow cones from childhood. If thats what you are looking for, you might be disappointed.

I always heard people talk about Gnome Cones. but i never tried their cones until recently. but first, honestly, this place is just so fairy like.🧚🏼‍♀️you have lil gnome figurines & plants all around the shop, & itsss so clean & calm. oh yeah plus up above in the ceiling they have cute vines🤩🌱 okayy so i got a strawberry flavored cone🍓& my friend got the pina colada one & okayyy ngl but his was so delishhh. also theres a huge gnome at the door, ..perfect for all the pics you may want to pose for😂😋 and oh at Gnome Cones they even have a tiny display where they sell random goodies. but in all the cones are so tastyyy.. the ice is smooth & pretty enjoyable.😊

Can’t say enough about this place. Wonderful cozy experience for the family. Would be a cute date night as well. Fireplace, homey Christmas feel during the holidays. Amazing hot chocolate, perhaps the best I’ve ever had. Gnome cones are personally crafted and delicious flavors. Great job.

I have had been very curious about this place for quite some time. The giant gnome outside is rather eye catching. My boyfriend and I decided to stop in last week after a late breakfast and Im so happy we did.The inside is so cute and charming! Its like a little gnome garden/ forest inside. Whats super cool is that there is a little hand washing station in the seating area outside of the bathrooms for everyone who gets sticky hands after eating a snow cone. The employees also speak into a microphone to make their voices higher when calling out orders which is really cool!We got the sweaty yeti, which is a coconut flavor, and the cotton candy, both with cream on top but you can also get coconut cream or ice cream. The snow came in cups with a gnome face and it was packed in a point to resemble the classic hat they wear. They were very yummy! What is super cool is that they also have popsicles and drinks!I am super excited to go back and try more.

Most unique snow cones in the world and Im from Hawaii so I know about Shave Ice! My son took me here and it was the highlight of our family visit.

First time going today. 1st of all can we talk about how sweet the girls working were? I wish I would’ve got their names. Super friendly, gave me recommendations, and greeted us as soon as we came in. At the request of my MIL, one of them even sang happy birthday over the cute gnome intercom. 2. The snocones flavors tasted like the actual fruit and not artificial junk. Highly recommend just to come hang out and cool off from the hot Texas heat.

Loved this place!!! They are adorable from start to finish. The decor and flavor names are themed to perfection. The workers were knowledgeable and welcoming. The flavors are not as strong and sickly sweet as regular snow cones which I find wonderfully refreshing. Prices do seem high but overall well worth it for the experience. I hope this company is able to thrive and expand (to Houston).

There is no other place like this around. Such a unique setting. When your name is announced over the loudspeaker to come get your gnome cone the Voice comes out sounding like a gnome. I love the atmosphere in here. Plenty of board games to play with your children.

Oh my good gracious I have never been to such an adorable place to have a treat! Ever! The gnome cones are delicious, I highly recommend the Blood Orange with fresh cream. There are gnomes inside, outside, hiding in the rafters, and even the counter you order at has been made to look like a tiny gnome home. Ther tables and stools look like mushrooms so you feel tiny, and a little finish yourself! They sell stickers and swag, treats, games, and other fun gnome related things. There is a sink in the middle of the shop to clean sticky little fingers, and lots of games and activities to play with while you enjoy your treat. Take your family, a date, or go by yourself, just go!

Cute place, squeeky voices over the intercom, snowcones shaped like gnome hats, and all natural ingredients. This is good, but the flavors may not be what you expect. The lemon lime was very sour, not bad, but not what I expected from frequenting snow cone stands.

Pretty good place. Very cute decorations and atmosphere. $4 for a small cone which is pretty big. Not a lot of flavor options for the snow cones. But they have soft serve and other options as well. Parking sucks because it is off the square so walk here if possible.

Top notch snow cone joint, the insides are super kitschy and perfect. They use a voice modulator to pitch up their voices so its sounds like a gnome when they call your number. Its super cute and the snow cones are really good.
