Colby is a great guy and a great teacher! Ive been playing drums for over a decade and he not only explained techniques to me that Id never used before, but also provided great practice material between sessions. He knows what hes talking about when it comes to music and the lessons are well worth the money. Very chill dude and Ive had a very pleasant experience 9 lessons in so far. Glad he teaches all ages and skill levels as well.

We walked into the Ghost Note and were completely blown away. The guys in the store were so friendly. What started as window shopping quickly turned into drum lessons for my niece. Colby is an excellent instructor and is super knowledgeable and informative when it comes to anything about drums or music. The Ghost Note is THE place to be if you are looking for lessons or anything drum related in Denton.

These guys did their famous 5-min drum lessons at an event that we threw and they were the HIT of the event. All the kids (and even parents) wanted drum lessons. From beginners to wanna-be-rockers, these guys are the real deal!!

I went here to get all my heads replaced since it was relatively close to home. I could have done it at Guitar Center or outsourced it professionally, but when I walked in I was floored by their prices. To give an impression of what youre dealing with, I have a 7-piece kit: 5 toms, a snare and a kick. I had them put coated ambassadors on the batter sides and clear emperors on the resonant sides of all the toms, a coated emperor on the batter side and a clear emperor on the resonant side of the snare and an Evans EMAD and EQ3-black on the kick. The whole thing cost me a little less than $300, nearly half if what Guitar Center was planning on charging me. Plus if you buy anything from them, they include free installation and tuning. Its well worth it, and these guys are awesome!
