Got treated like I was bothering them. Ive got an account with them. I think Ill probably NOT use them any more so that theyre no longer inconvenienced by my need for materials for my customers. BTW.. Early afternoon, Thursday 8.26.21. The kid was alright. The older guy apparently did not appreciate the fact that I needed him to look something up for me, as if he had evvery item in the store memorized. Thats pretty good. I wont be back.

Rude and unhelpful staff. I specifically sought out this business because I heard they have excellent customer service. When I walked in there were 3 people behind the desk and nobody else in the store. Nobody asked me if I needed anything or bothered to engage with me in any way.After approaching and asking for what I was looking for, the only response I got was “nope”. No effort to tell me where I might find the product, or to attempt to say they could order it, nothing. Just “nope”. All I needed was a simple adapter from one style plug to another; something that you would think an electrical supply company would have or at least know where to get. “Nope.”Do I recommend this company or this location for your electrical supply needs? Nope.

When I need Eaton supplies and need it soon Billy always makes sure Im taken care of. Clean place, quality products and friendly staff. Great place

Even if they don’t have what I need, they always make sure I can find what I need. I’m never disappointed when I go there.

I love this place these guys always take good care of ya. I get a little coffee in the morning get my parts and get my day started great. Billy, Jon and Tom are great, very resourceful guys. Jordans always there to help too. I will always be an Elliotts customer.

This place sucks called in for a will call and it took an hour to get a few couplings. If I could put no stars I would thats why it gets one star
