Wish I could give one star. Joe is a thief and will lie to you over and over. Do not buy from him. We have lost $1700 because he failed to deliver our treadmill and never refunded us. He promised for months that he would deliver and then strung us out for another 2 months when he promised to reimburse us. He makes up excuse after excuse. Worst person I have ever dealt with in my entire life.

I have to say, the one stars on here are accurate. Joseph doesn’t follow through. Always an excuse, he even asked me if I was Jewish once 🤷‍♂️. The after-sales service is not real because they never come out to provide it. If you do buy something from them, offer half and if they don’t bite walk away, that’s all it’s worth given the craftsmanship (most of the bolts on my equipment were cross-threaded) and lies and unfulfilled promises they’ll give. It’s basically a scrap yard with high schoolers fixing and assembling things.

Fitness World is the hardest working, has the best prices, and can get anything new or used. They also have the ability refurbish just about anything. Joe went above and beyond to help me track down all of my fitness equipment needs. Would highly recommend 👍

I met Joe and Martha a few months ago and these 2 people are without a doubt the most sincere, honest and hard working people Ive ever met. They went way out of there way to keep my business going. I highly recommend them. They will not let you down.

Worst customer service Ive ever had. Countless missed appointments over several months to deliver products. Its been over 6 months and I still dont have all of the attachments that were promised to come with our equipment. Now I cant even get an answer from anyone. At this point Im not sure I will ever get them without legal action. Buyer beware.

Very different experience from some of these reviews. Went to look at a stairmaster Saturday memorial day weekend. It was in great condition, show room and warehouse looked professional, made the purchase. Charged me under 100 dollars for delivery an hour and a half way. It was delivered on time today. (The following wednesday) They laid down pads on my tile to make sure not to damage anything. Didnt sign or leave till it was ran on several settings to ensure it worked properly. Very happy with my purchase from Joe.

WARNING TRASH COMPANY, and mark the sales man is a coward. Gets himself in a bind and tucks his tail between his legs. Do NOT buy a thing from this company. LIES AND BS. The equipment was reasonably priced and everyone was super nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone whos looking to buy fitness equipment.

***Update 1/1/18: still no delivery has been made by fitness world. Just still lie after lie from Joe. My lawyer suggests that anyone who has had issues with this company file a police report for theft of product for non delivery. Then the county DA can pick it up and put this crook back in jail where he belongs. ***Dont fall for it, go somewhere else! You are better to take your business somewhere where they are honest and not crooked. We are not the only people they have screwed either. Worst business choice ever made was working with this crook. He still has over $10000 worth of our equipment that he has been paid for, hes no showed us over a dozen times on delivering or items, and to top it off the items he did deliver were all damaged or not as promised.. Need evidence or more details let me know

We are a vendor that Joe Never paid. Nothing but Lies and broken promises.. He sold our product and has not paid us. Promised payment and Lied. Joe seems to be a Liar and a thief at this point unless he pays his bill

Very dishonest and will not even return phone calls. Joer has told me at least 5 times he would have Mark call, but this has never happened. This group came out to repair my machine and not only did they not repair it, they put a faulty part in it from another machine and took our working part. BEWARE!!!
