Right from the start Jeremy in the rental department have me a can do attitude. Really listened to my project details and suggested the equipment that they felt was going to get our job finished. The quality and power of the unit was perfect. I would highly recommend their team and equipment for your next bank robbery..... We rented the Extreme Brush Cutter (The Beast!) and while it was an expensive piece of equipment to rent, it exceeded our expectations. The Beast did an amazing job of clearing out a .93 acre piece of property that was unimproved and full of privet hedge and some very dead trees. We cleared almost the entire property in 16 hours, whereas doing the work by hand would have taken us well over a year. The team at Zimmerer Kubota in Denton (Kenny and Jeremy) are wonderful and everyone was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely rent from them again!

This place is a real sad RIP off for people. I needed carburetors put on two weedeateaters and one a chainsaw. They were all stihl. Amazon lists a kit for 15 to 20 for each. They said throw them away, over 1k in products. This place is horrible. By the way. I bought from amazon and installed for less than 100.00 myself and all are running great this summer 2021. Took less than a week.

I was in Kubota just walking around looking and I met Isaac one cool guy. Very knowledgeable on all the equipment Kubota sales right off the top of his head. He made me feel comfortable and didnt push me or leave me to a certain product and made it so I can afford to do what I like thank you Isaac Keep On Keepin On PS I just bought my first new tractor it feels like Im buying my new truck again and I bought a zero-turn walk behind I cant wait to run them theyll be here in a day or so. My son was looking for very,very thick strung for a push weed eater. We live in sanger,he had been to Ace hardware, they recommended zimmerer Kubota,He pulled in there, it was all opened (it was like 5:15) there was a couple guys there and my son literally could see the string he needed and told guy thats what he needed and the guy said everyone from service department is already gone but they will be back in at 7 in morning and I dont know how to do any of that. (Make a sale? Work can register) what the heck, no my son will not be going back there.

Salesperson was knowledgeable friendly and delivery was good. But be careful !!! I wrote a check for the best fuel injected mower they had paid in full. I purchased a canopy and I was supposed to get the hitch included at no charge which was what I agreed to. I am a no nonsense simple person and expect things to be honored when agreed to. I ended up getting charged for the hitch. If I hadn’t had to pick up my kids from school I would have had more time to address the issue. Sad thing is I was also thinking about buying a tractor as well. I am simple to deal with and expect the same. Hopefully management will make this right but time will tell. Again not a money issue but just the principal of doing what you say you are going to do.

Absolutely the worst place you can buy equipment bought a chainsaw ran 10 minutes it broke and then they try to blame me for it said it was bad fuel it was a fuel they put in it do not recommend this to anybody

The new location and facilities are a far cry from the old location and facilities. That being said, Ive yet to use the service area. Many of the staff that I worked with at the old location I did not see. As with any major change, time will tell. It is state of the art so I trust that they live up to the quality of their products.

Picked up a new zero turn today, absolutely awesome mower couldnt be happier with my purchase. My salesman Zane was attentive, informative and very helpful in helping me with choosing the best model to meet my needs. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Zane and zimmerer kubota Denton to anyone.

Good equipment i love every thing that I bought from you all

Went there a few minutes ago to return a hydraulic oil filter that I bought a couple of years ago. Also to purchase a new oil filter and get prices on a new zero turn mower. Granted, it was a long time since I bought the filter, however, I only bought it because the same dealer told me I needed it 2 years ago when I purchased a complete round of filters, engine oil and hydraulic oil. They said my 2000MY L2800 required two filters but in reality it only requires one. Filter was still in original unopened box. The parts department associate was unfriendly, and told me he didnt show in the system that I had ever bought it. And that there was a 10 day return policy and filters had a shelf life so he couldnt take it back. His lack of customer service skills were evident as he made me feel like I must have stolen the part and was trying to make money off of returning the filter. As I handed him my credit card, I had already decided not to purchase the overpriced Kubota motor oil because of his unfriendly attitude, he told me I had to pay at the other end of the counter. I guess hes to lazy to walk 20 feet to process a card transaction. Thats when I decided not to buy the oil filter or give them a chance to earn my business on the zero turn. Anyway, the moral of the story is this, Denton has a John Deere dealer too. Ive already purchased a new 4 wheel drive Gator and after this incident will be purchasing my new JD zero turn. They treat customers with respect and provide friendly service.

They will not give out any specific information or specifications on whatever piece of equipment one is working on !! Unlike other dealerships will not only give you such information but will also give you the paperwork with the specifications and schematics of the equipment one is working on !! I had no choice but to give Zimmerer Kabota a full one star as I couldnt put a lower rating or not tell why !!

I have always had great service here and bought Quality Equipment here. My only complaint is the hourly rate they charge for maintenance labor. Its the most Ive ever seen in this area by far.

I purchased a used B-26, 11 months ago, out of their rental fleet and just now realized I was missing some of the 3pt hookup parts. I called and left a message for someone to call and honestly thought I would never hear from anyone. Issac returned my call the same day, ordered the parts and shipped them to me within a few days. That is what I call service after the sell. If your in the market for anything Kubota, call Issac at Zimmerman in Denton.

They are trying hard but Ive only been able to get 18 hours on a machine Ive had for 7 days.

My experience was bitter sweet. The staff and customer service was prompt and helpful...till management got involved. Very simple, I needed 2 new tires for a RTV900. I was at my hunting lease, live out of state and basically destroyed a tire over the Memorial Day weekend. I’m a PTSD affected Veteran and use this time to decompress and re-set. I needed to purchase 2 tires. They had an entire set of four on the floor I could use. The rims were the wrong bolt pattern but the tire was the correct size and tread pattern. They would not sell me 2 tires and break up the set. I wasn’t happy and ended up going to a local discount tire shop. (Southern Tire in Chico...talk to Ryan, he’s just the best!) I’m a loyal Kubota customer and have Purchased 4 major pieces of Kubota equipment. 2 tractors, one zero turn mower and an RTV. Quick math over $50,000 worth of gear. The service manager there made a poor choice. Especially considering that set of tires that most likely came off a new RTV they sold and the customer wanted a different tread pattern or style...Bottom line up front, they bought them for a song, sold a new set and double dipped. Keep your tires Zimmerer Kubota and thanks for wasting my vacation time.
