These guys showed up very quickly to replace a bathroom mirror. They were highly professional, courteous, and finished the job in less than an hour. They also gave us a great price on the glass. Its so refreshing to hire such a quality business, I highly recommend Royal Glass. I plan to use them again should we have a similar need in the future.

I tried to get someone to call me back to see if they fix newer windows. Called two days in a row and left messages with an office assistant twice and never received a call back.- Update- someone called me back on the third day, they were very pleasant and courteous. However, during that time, I had called someone else that was able to help answer my questions the first day and set up an appointment to get the window fixed.

Custom made a piece of beveled mirror to repair my bath. Perfect fit and had the mirror in 2 work days. Great friendly people.

This is a difficult review to write because this company did some things pretty well but were not so good at others.First, communication from them was absolutely non-existent if I didnt initiate contact. When I first called in, they took down my info and I was told Id be receiving a callback later that day. 5 days later I still hadnt heard from anyone. I called back in and was told that someone had a family emergency and I would hear back from them that day. I did get a call from them later, and after discussing our situation we were able to get the process started, but the lack of followup by anyone to just reach out and touch base was a little frustrating.After working with them and deciding upon the model of glass shower door we wanted and paying half up front, Bryan came out and took measurements at our home (Bryan was always extremely pleasant to speak with both on the phone and in person). I was assured the installation would take place in 7-10 business days.On the 11th business day (a Tuesday) having not heard from anyone I called in to see what the status was and got the typical, we were just about to call you routine. They had no available slots that week so they had to push the install out to the following Tuesday (the 15th business day because Monday was Memorial Day). That day the work crew showed up on time and immediately got to work. I was told that a typical installation would be about an hour, but they were putting in a new style of glass shower door they had not installed before so it might take a little longer. 2.5 hours later it was installed. It looked fantastic. We were told to wait 24 hours before trying it out, so the following night we finally were able to use our new shower. It was amazing! Except that they had not completely sealed the bottom rail for our headerless sliding glass door, so water was running out onto the floor. Not a huge deal as I had some clear sealant at the house and fixed it, but still a bit bothersome it wasnt done right the first time.After the work was completed no one, not one single person from Royal Glass, has called or emailed me to check up on anything. Its been 8 business days since the installation and I got notified this morning that they went ahead and charged me for the rest of the bill. No call, no email, no text, no invoice, no anything... just reran the same card I gave them for the deposit. I certainly dont have any problem paying for the work but something about that just doesnt sit right with me...In conclusion, the installation of the shower door, though extremely slow and despite one section not being sealed properly, looks outstanding. To me that is most important by far. The rest is just more disappointing than anything because when speaking to any representative at Royal Glass, they really are extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Im hoping maybe this is just a one off for them and they handle the majority of their customers with better overall service.
