Freedom power sports Denton was one of the best experiences I have had. When I walked in I was greeted by a young lady named Emma who was very helpful in getting me what I needed to purchase from parts. She took her time with me and made me feel comfortable and while I was there I thought about trading in, I had some finance questions so sh was able to get me over to Leslie in finance who I could tell had a lot of finance experience. She answered all my questions and gave me several options. I will definitely be going to them for my future purchase and telling all my friends and family to purchase there!

Ive been looking for a Yamaha SMAX for few weeks now and have a line on one at another dealer for $3,799 out the door (MSRP) but they wont get it for another couple of days. I called Freedom since they had one on their website (in stock) for $3,799. I called to make sure it was the out the door price like the other one. They wanted to add another $1,463 to the price!! $5,263!! Ive seen other dealers since Ive been shopping that want to add $500 or so to the MSRP and I dont even like that but nearly $1,500 is outrageous. I wont do business with people who try to take advantage like that.

Ok, first of all, I LOVE THE BIKE! I found this bike listed on another site, but I was then directed to the Freedom site. Although I live about 250 miles away, this was the exact bike I have been looking for, so I rolled the dice. Carl, (the salesman), not only took the time to text me additional pics, he answered all my questions and took a deposit to hold the bike. I drove about 4 hours on a Saturday to look at a bike that I had never even seen or heard running. Carl and the whole gang were very kind and professional, and the bike was just as described. They helped me load it up, and after another 4 hours home and a fresh battery, I was riding the bike to the corner store to fill it up. Thanks again Carl for a great experience, and I hope to see you the next time Im in the market for a great used bike! Bo

Went to visit & sit on my someday CAM AM Ryker 900 lol.... Seriously the bikes are beautiful. The guys working there KNEW the bikes and were NOT pushy high selling. They let me & my brother check out different bikes and l left sure that lm definitely buying one from them someday in the near future. Store was clean & abiding by Covid19 protocols.

Here’s a 5 star review to the guys at Freedom Powersports of Denton. Was able to walk in, draft a deal on a Seadoo, with my employer and be off in a few hours same day. One associate that stood out was Robert Clark. He’s informative, more than the salesman in the craft, and was happy to do our thorough walkthrough of the craft and trailer.

Would not recommend this dealer, being from Oklahoma I dont pay Texas taxes, this dealership had me pay Oklahoma taxes, took 2 months to get my money and they still charged me $120 doc fee for not doing anything

They had the exact bike I wanted with super low miles for a decent price. Im way out in Oregon, but have made successful large purchases in the past from afar, but that was because the companies I purchased from were honest. That does not appear to be the case here. I was told the motorcycle was “basically brand new” with no issues whatsoever and after some back and forth, we made a deal and I was covering shipping and all that. When finalizing everything, their sales manager, Billy Leonard, had to send me a second set of documents because he forgot the AS-IS documentation. Because it seemed weird to forget and then suddenly remember (I know this is a standard doc when a vehicle is out of warranty, so not necessarily a red flag), I again asked if there were any issues with the bike. He again said there were not, it was inspected by a certified Indian Motorcycle Master Tech and everything was great. He even said he would buy it himself. No problem. I couldnt find what I wanted by me and they seemed good, so I went for it.Once I signed and paid in full, things got less good, but not necessarily bad...yet. I had to call them so many times and nobody seemed to have any idea what was going on with my title for weeks. They would say someone would call me by the end of the day and nobody would, so Id have to call the next day. That happened so many times I couldnt even give a number because I was in a time crunch. When you buy a vehicle out-of-state, you only have a small window to register it before you incur additional fees. In my state, that window is 30 days. 3 weeks after purchase, I was still calling them to try to get this into my hands to transfer it and only then did someone FINALLY tell me that they didnt even have the title. Had anyone let me know this, I wouldn’t have been spending all my time contacting them and when I mentioned that to the woman I was speaking with after the weeks of no real answers from everyone else, shd DID ultimately rush me the title as soon as she got it with little time to spare. Needless to say, the motorcycle shipping company I used actually got me the motorcycle faster than I got the title, so I had a motorcycle sitting here with no paperwork to show that it was mine.Cut to the first ride I took. I ended up with fork oil all over the front of my left shin, on the gas tank, down the left fork, and on the tire. Luckily, not on my brakes. I figured maybe dirt had settled around the seal from being in a shipping container for a couple weeks, cleaned it up, cleaned the seal, and there were a few little specks of dirt so I figured it was no biggie. Took a little ride around my neighborhood, and it seemed fine, but didn’t have time for something longer right then. Since I don’t have days off when the DMV VIN inspection place is open, I asked my husband to take it over for me the next day and to check the seal when he got back. Sure enough, more oil. I emailed the person I’d been dealing with at Freedom Powersports and *crickets*. I asked if there was any front-end issue that wasn’t disclosed to me because if they straight-up lied to me, their AS-IS disclosure is bunk.I called my local-ish Indian dealer and asked someone in their service department about it since I don’t have space to be taking apart the front end of my motorcycle. They said it sounds like I need new seals and there really arent many reasons that a 2017 motorcycle with only 3k mi on it should need new seals but they’ll take a look. I can’t get in until next weekend, but if they need to be replaced, it’s a $500 repair on a bike that was sold to me as, “basically a new bike.” They also said they’ll look over everything else and document any other concerns. I’ll update this after I get over to the Indian dealer next weekend, but I’ve bought and sold large items long distances before and it’s never been quite as complicated as this, and I’ve never had any mechanical issues that I couldn’t get answers about right from the start.UPDATE: first oil change showed that both oil plugs are stripped. This sucks.

First, let me say that my salesman was amazing (Rebel). He was extremely friendly and the office manager was friendly as well, Wendy. I think the technician could use a bit of customer service training and maybe a work uniform that way customers know who he is. I went ahead and purchased the bike I wanted and Rebel, I cant say enough about. All around great guy and he will definitely be the man Id want to buy from again. I will definitely recommend him in the future and my buddy is wanting a bike. I will be referring him to this dealership. Keep up the service guys!

BEWARE - They sold me a 2011Honda NT700, with 5K miles(Low for this bike but with a catch). Sales agent did not disclose the fault with the bike and sold a faulty machine that would not start within a week and costed me $900 to repair with a new Starter part, the bike had to be towed to another dealer. The Service manager Mat did not disclose the facts of the bike before selling, only after the sale I was told that the bike was not being sold since 2016.I was fraud ed with this purchase and they refused to cover part of the repairs.I was not able to ride the bike for the season. If they care about their customer and work with integrity, they would call me and settle this matter mutually.Very Unhappy Customer and BBB should be aware.

Went here to get oil, filter and gear oil for my machine. after having to go find someone to help, he passed me off to someone that had no clue about their products and was asking me questions. Absolutely will not be back.

Hands down worst experience buying a bike from them. First they lost the keys to the bike and promised to get a new set ordered for it. 2 weeks later still no keys. Called them and they said they were too busy and couldnt get around to it. 10 mins after I called them they finally got the keys ordered. The title I got from them had the wrong address so now I have to get it redone at the dmv. Had to actually call them and find out the had my plates in several days before when they said they would call when they arrived. I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOONE DEALS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
