This a store that caters to the high-end weapon buyer.They have the good stuff 95% of stores don’t carry or can’t get. 2020 was a challenging year for anyone in the gun industry. I haven’t ever ordered anything online from them because I am local but I definitely get treated well. They grew super fast and are making adjustments to better take care of the online customer. This is the solid group of people running the store. Give them a shot.
Bauer precision is one of the best gun shops around. Anything you’re looking for they have it or can get it. Great guys up there and great service.

I purchased a rifle on 9/8 and received a notice it shipped the next day 9/9..it was my bday gift. I paid a premium for expedited shipment. Today is 9/21 and not a single update since 9/9 and NO GUN!??? My FFL guy never received a notice from Bauer either. I called on 9/20 and was told she has no idea where it is or why its not shipped...eventhough I have a shipping notice from Bauer on 9/9. Was supposed to hear from Bauer today...NOTHING.Guys, I buy A LOT of guns and there are PLENTY of shops with MUCH BETTER customer service!!!...go elsewhere. This is a joke...and still no gun!? Bauer, you need to make this right ASAP!

I have done tons of business with Bauer Precision over the past couple years from firearms, parts, ammo and multiple NFA items and every transaction has been great I have even done multiple transfers with no issues. It is the only gun store I’ve ever been in where people actually know what they’re talking about and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell not to mention the fact that whatever your wanting to buy more than likely it’s in stock and if not they can get it for you in a timely manner. I have even been able to source multiple items from them they don’t normally carry and afterwards they would get set up as a vendor to start carrying that product. Not many businesses take customer service to that high of a level. I highly recommend doing business with Bauer Precision as I will continue to do so.

I bought a Glock 19 from Bauer Precision through Gunbroker on June 9th. They sent it priority mail uninsured. It never made it to my FFL holder. They are required to notify ATF of a lost or stolen gun from their inventory within 48 hours. After two months they still hadnt. Makes you wonder why they dont want ATF involved. Their communication went from weak to none. Dont let this happen to you. If you do business with this company you could lose your money like I did. BUYER BEWARE . You will see in their reply they claim to have refunded my money. This is false. I have received nothing from them but silence. They have $520 of mine and the gun I paid for. Fix this Bauer.
Ordered some products almost a month that were in stock. 2 weeks go by and I ask for the status, havent heard anything. Then an other week goes by. No answer. I told them this is terrible service and I want my order canceled. Sorry, dont care how busy you are. Answer your emails. Customer service is PART of being in business. If you cant figure out how to make time, I dont want to be your customer. I will not be back.
Have not had any luck so far. Ordered something 1 week ago plus. Received an email telling me it had shipped and gave me a tracking number as well. My item has not left the building and I cant seem to get in touch with anyone there. Ill give it another 24 hours then ask for a FULL refund. Hate to post stuff like this.I initiated a dispute with my bank. ZERO customer service. I would not do online business with this company period.
I accidentally ordered the wrong length barrel so I emailed them maybe an hour after receiving the shipping info. This was about 3 hours after ordering. They didnt get back to me until about 4 hours later via email. I figured since they had already sent out the shipping info I had to act fast so I called them about an hour after receiving the shipping info. The CS guy that answered said my package was in the loading bay ready to go out and he just barely stopped it. This was only 4 hours after ordering. He was able to replace the barrel with the one I meant to order and get it out the door right after that. Seriously impressed. Id rank that CS right up there with Trex Arms.
Honestly really disappointed. I was told my order would be taken care of and handled, ended up taking forever to ship, I called and emailed with no response for over a week, then when my order finally arrived it was missing items. Hopefully they respond faster than a whole week and get my missing item sent out to me.EDIT: Blake at Bauer Precision got my part started on its process to be shipped out, at the end of the day I got all of my items. The wait and communication process was frustrating, but it is what it is. They say they are hiring a dedicated employee to answer calls/emails so hopefully it improves in the near future.
This place is a joke!!! Nobody here cares after you pay for something. The communications are as poor as I’ve seen in any business let alone a FFL. I cant believe this place is still open. Weeks go by with no email or call back, my messages never get answered but they are great at taking my money. Will never spend another dollar here no matter what they are selling. This place is a joke and can’t believe they are still in business. Take your money elsewhere because they are not going to send you what you paid for and you will have to fight with the credit card company to get your money back. Purchased through gun broker and was unresponsive to email and texts about amount and shipping. Paid anyways without a response and then Bauer Precision printed the label and sat on it for days before sending it out. Again they got their money up front and then wouldnt answer the phone or emails just to sit on the item for days after they charge a premium for shipping. After I left negative feedback they left me negative feedback because I paid my bill within 24hrs. Poor poor work ethic and obviously having trouble running a business. Will never do business again and if you feel like getting the runaround after you give them your money this is the place. Poor business practices and unethically run gun shop. You guys should either close or get new workers that care. Beware of the entire outfit

I ordered my suppressor from Bauer on June 11 and my local SOT received it on August 14.Yes, it took a little more than two months to receive it, and I know some folks have experienced extended delays from Bauer with their online orders, but I can report that I did finally receive my order.It may have taken a little longer than I wouldve preferred, but I am trying to be patient and understanding with everyone during Covid, and I know Bauer is probably overwhelmed with orders.Im just glad I got my suppressor. I purchased a Geissele Rifle from Bauer Precision and paid for FedEx shipping. Bauer used USPS for shipping instead of FedEx which i selected and paid for. The rifle went missing right Ha from the local distribution center. The first employee told me “well you could’ve paid for FedEx” in a very snarky tone so that really set the mood.I had to make several calls per week and was repeatedly told things like “dont worry, it’ll turn up” “we cant do anything” etc etc. No one seemed able to tell me at what point they would do something and what the resolution would be.The rifle has now been missing for a month and declared lost by USPS but I am unable to get email or phone responses from the owner Brandon or his manager Blake. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and Brandon and Blake completely dodge the question.
Terrible Customer service. I emailed them twice and called multiple times with no answer after they sent me the completely wrong scope mount and have gotten zero response even after weeks of waiting. Would not recommend you order anything from them. Especially if its an expensive item.

I bought a suppressor from Bauer Precision and they confirmed that they had all the necessary information to mail it out to my dealer ASAP. I email them 4 weeks later and they said that they had a “glitch” in the system and sold them all. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Never buy from these guys!!

Ordered surefire warcomp for 556. Had no problem taking my money and yet to ship item out and it has been over a week. Called and talked to representative and said it would be out in two days. Well 4 days later and no package in the mail. Disappointed to say the leastUpdate, package is in the mail one week later
I would not recommend in store shopping with them. Their customer service sucks. We have been in there several times and no one asks if they can help you find anything. We went to see if someone could help us and all they did was point to where we could find the product.The next time we went we asked if they had a product and then shows us where it was and then walked way. Didnt even stick around for us to ask questions.I will diffently be going to a different company to buy my gun parts.
I ordered a Geissele MK8 handguard with the description of bundled with a low-profile Geissele Super Gas Block, a $59 value. Also photographed with the gas block and barrel nut wrench, but I only received the handguard. I sent an email and was told The handguards do not ship with those items - they must be purchased separately. If you read Geisseles website, its clearly stated. Which is funny because I ordered a Geissele MK14 from AimSurplus a month earlier and it did in fact include the gas block. False advertisement at its finest. If literally any other company on the internet had a 13 Geissele MK8 in DDC in stock I would have sent it back. I was also told Well see what we can do about getting you a gas block. That was 48 days ago, and still nothing.....Attached is a screenshot of the item description before they changed it. It was changed immediately after emailing them. I also highlighted the part where it clearly states whats included.
Ordered a Ballistic Advantage Hansen barrel from these guys and received it in great condition, and in TWO DAYS! Placed my order around 6:30 A.M. (PCT) and got shipping confirmation around 8:30! Live near the west coast so was very impressed with shipping speed. That was standard shipping also, no extra speed charges. Definitely will be doing business with them again in the future.

Edit: Finally reached someone by phone. Blake took care of me and had my suppressors shipped within 24 hrs. Thank you Blake! Because of his help I will remain a customer. For anyone else that is having problems reaching them by phone just keep calling. Eventually someone will answer, instead of sending you to voice mail then disconnecting the call. Also do not use the email contact on their web site. They will never respond! Use the ffl address that you are given when you order, that will greatly increase you chances of being assisted.Wish I could leave a lower review. They have 2 orders of mine that they have not shipped to my ffl. My ffl says they have given them info but the supressor was never shipped. They will not answer phone calls or their emails. Worst customer service I have ever had! I have been trying 1 order for 8 months and the other for 3. I cant even get ahold of anyone to have them cancel my orders. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!Edit: Finally reached them by phone yesterday. Talked to Blake who said that he would get everything fixed. He emailed ffl and cc me. When you walk into this shop youre greeted by the screech of a bald eagle and a high five of freedom.If you want to build an AR, buy a rifle, pistol, Suppressor or just a flash light. This is the place. They also have items in stock that most gun shops don’t. It’s nice to be able to see them in person.The owner and staff are helpful if you ask, and leave you to your shopping if you don’t.Cool place. Highly recommend.

Picked up a FFL transfer yesterday, was in and out! All went as it should.
Would NOT recommend ordering online. I placed an order about 3 weeks ago and have not received anything from them outside of an order confirmation and a charge to my card. I tried calling - no answers. Sent an email over the weekend and still have not received a response back. Ignoring customers is a shady way to conduct business and a good way to lose future business. A simple update from them would have been enough. Hopefully I see an order confirmation from them soon.EDIT: In response to owners reply - 6 days since writing the review and still nothing. Received a response to this negative review within hours of posting it, but still no reply to my emails or calls. I will be initiating a chargeback this week. Blaming current global situations is a poor excuse at this point. I really wanted to like these guys since it seems they carry a lot of the brands and stuff I like at good prices. Its a shame poor customer service will drive away future customers.
Great customer service. I was looking at an item online and was not sure if it was right for me so I gave them a call. I left a message and got a call back a few hours later. The man I spoke to was super helpful and polite. Went to the store the next day to purchase a suppressor and the process could not have been easier. They walk you through the process at the kiosk and now i just wait. I will definitely be back when I need quality parts and service.

Bauer Precision is a great company! I am in the process of purchasing my first suppressor and these guys made it a quick and easy transaction, even texted a buddy immediately after to head up there to get his as he was wondering how it was going to go. I tend to do a lot of research before making purchases and there is a reason I ended up going to Bauer Precision. I found that their service and product knowledge definitely supported my initial reason to give them a try and they will be getting my future business as well.
I ordered a muzzle device from Bauer Precision late in the evening online only to find out minutes later it was incorrect for my requirement. I called the next morning hoping to get this straightened out before the order shipped. My experience was excellent and I had a shipping conformation before I was off the call.Stores that sell anything related to firearms are so busy now experiencing probably the highest demand in history due to Covid and an upcoming election. I was expecting to speak to a not exceptionally friendly person to make my exchange and I had the opposite experience. I will be shopping here first in the future for things I need.
Bought my first gun here on a longtime friends recommendation. Brandon was super helpful in picking out the right parts for my needs, and knew more about the legal aspects of gun ownership than my attorney. Everyone at the store was surprisingly friendly, and I came out several thousand dollars cheaper than my research suggested I would be spending.No complaints about my purchase experience whatsoever.

I wish I knew about Bauer Precision a month ago. I have over $1500 in parts that I ordered from other retailers at the same time or before my order with Bauer, and many of these other retailers still havent given me tracking numbers, because politics are bad now or COVID.I ordered some miscellaneous Magpul parts from Bauers website after a random search because the two major places I looked were out of stock. I received my order more than halfway across the country in four days.That is Amazon-speed considering where I live.I will be going to Bauer first from now on.
Terrible service. Ordered a product on February 17th and it’s now April 5. I’ve tried using their online messaging service to address this issue multiple times without anyone reaching out to me. The “shipping label was created”, but that’s the end of tracking information. Avoid the frustration and buy elsewhere.
Made a $2500 SBR purchase on their website. Received no purchase confirmation email, email inquiry to them regarding my purchase went unacknowledged, multiple phone calls went unanswered, was unable to leave message because their system just hangs up automatically. I never received shipping or tracking information. Who does business this way? Disputed the charge with my CC company and was just charged back saying seller provided proof of delivery. Well, I never received tracking info, proof of delivery and I dont have the item.I received 2 voice messages from Jordan after disputing the charge but could never get through to him when I called back. I just got hung up on by their automated system every time.Very disorganized it would seem and certainly unprofessional they way they do business.

Im not really sure what the deal is with these guys, it seems like people in the store have had good experiences, my experience with an online order has not been good.I ordered an item over a month ago, Ive ordered stuff on the same day from other similar companies and it has all been received weeks ago.Whenever I call there is no answer, Ive emailed multiple times with no response, its been over a month and no updates after multiple requests and no product.I absolutely can not recommend this company, I understand that its likely they are getting lots of orders, and delays are not unexpected, but taking my money and ignoring me is a totally different thing.If you absolutely must order from this company, it may be best to use a credit card as you may need to file a chargeback if or when you do not receive your items.
Bauer Precision is the only dealer I use. Im a home based FFL and get things at dealer cost. I still buy everything with Brandon because of the treatment I get in store. The inventory count is staggering. Nowhere else can you get the selection of high end parts and product in store and in stock, and at great prices. Also, the special edition or low serial number items Ive bought here cant be found anywhere else. If you are looking for a lifelong dealer you can trust, look no further. This is it.
Ordered suppressor online (in stock) on 5-22 and went into the store a few days later to check it out and to tell them to add it to my silencer shop account. Didn’t happen, so emailed the next day to again add it to my silencer shop account. Didn’t happen, so I emailed again a few days later. Didn’t happen so I called and spoke with someone to add it to my account. Didn’t happen, so I emailed again and it didn’t happen. After two and a half weeks I emailed for the last time and told them to refund me. Didn’t happen, so I went through my credit card.I get they are very busy, it might take 1 minute to link my serial number to my silencer shop account. I even went into the store to confirm and it didn’t happen.Ironically answered my emails within a few days prior to purchase and very helpful. But once I purchased there was nothing but I will do it but it didn’t happen and no response.

Had been putting off a suppressor for a long while due to all the rumors out there. Bauer walked me through the process and made a few recommendations based on my needs. Within a half hour or so I was done with picking out a suppressor and the paper work. Super easy process they have. Now 5 months later I’ve got the tax stamp in hand and suppressor mounted. Best experience I could’ve ask for.
Great price on a hard to find suppressor; but the customer service was definitely lackluster. Multiple calls required and unanswered emails to prod them along the process. Can’t recommend getting anything from them online that has to be formed. The last email sent went unanswered for over a week, then my order suddenly shipped, still without an answer.....75 days after original purchase. (To be fair, my FFL didn’t get their SOT to them immediately, but it was within a week.)
Id like to first address the negative comments. It is normal to be frustrated about delays however many of the comments are 1 - 2 months old, which falls right in the middle of the pandemic. Being in supply-chain myself the COVD-19 pandemic has disrupted just about everything. So yes shipping times may be delayed, but we all have to be mindful of the challenges everyone faces.I for one am completely satisfied with the products from Bauer Precision and the communication and transparency. I had an order delayed I spoke with Brandon Personally and they gave me the complete run down of what was going on and my order did ship. I would encourage and recommend anyone to shop with confidence with Bauer Precision. Especially if you are looking for Q related products. (my favorite) I trust their honesty and they are all good people.I will continue to shop here for years to come.

Placed an order on the 24th of March for some mags and a safety selector. Besides the initial order confirmation my order has not been updated. Looking on their website it says Im awaiting fulfillment. Ive reached out to the company twice and have yielded nothing. Im unsure what to do at this point besides calling and spending time on hold, even though they say not to call. I just want an update on the order. I get shipping delays but Optics Planet at least let me down with notifications.
I placed an order on the 4th of June. I called left messages and sent emails numerous times to get an update. Almost 2 weeks later, I got a call from the owner stating hed check what was going on and call me back in 40 minutes, he never did. I called and sent another email again asking why I had not received the update I was promised, never received a call or a response to the email again. I finally sent an email asking them to cancel the order and still no word yet so I went ahead and contacted my bank regarding this transaction. I would not recommend this place. Their customer service and follow up to calls and emails have been the worst. Go somewhere else...
Ordered an AR handguard from Bauer that was listed as in stock. I never got an email saying that it had shipped but didnt notice until about a month later. Another site had the same handguard in stock for cheaper so I bought it there and asked Bauer Precision to refund me since they never even attempted to send it. They apologized and said that my order got lost in the warehouse or something to that affect. It then took them a whole 22 days to actually get me my refund, which is absolutely unacceptable. I normally like to give business to smaller shops but after my experience I wont be shopping here again.

Placed my order online Saturday 30 minutes before they closed. I had my order confirmation and tracking number within 20 minutes. My upper cane today, Tuesday. I wouldnt hesitate to order.feom these guys again.
The owner is there almost always. He is easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He has a good staff, most with law enforcement background. They will get you hooked up with you want and make good suggestions along the way. Suppressors take forever but not because of them!

Bought a silencer on June 4th 2020. Waited until July 14th 2020 and never received the silencer. I called and asked for a refund after getting the run around on why it’s taken 5 weeks or more. They sent me a confirmation email that my money was refunded on July 14th 2020. It’s is now July 29 2020 and the money has not been deposited back into my account yet. I’ve called 2 times about it and have got the run around both times. Buyer beware. I’ll never buy another thing from Bauer Precision again.
Disappointing experience to say the least.I placed an online order for an in-stock item on 5/31, and my FFL info was sent over on 6/1. A shipping label was automatically generated, but my item has been stuck in pre-shipping purgatory ever since. Over the next two weeks or so, I sent 3-4 emails to the contact address on the company website, and did not receive any response. Calling the store simply prompted me to send them an email.Earlier this week (3 weeks after placing my order without any updates), I submitted a query through the company website about my item - someone responded quickly and promised to look into the issue the next morning - but I did not receive a response back after this.A few days later, I submitted another query through the website, and again received a prompt response promising to look into the matter and get back to me. Again, this did not happen.At the time of writing this review (nearly 4 weeks after placing my order), I have not received any updates yet about my item and am not even sure that I will actually receive it at this point. I wouldnt mind delays with shipping, processing, etc during these crazy times, but the lack of communication and the lack of follow-up once I was eventually able to get in contact with someone have been extremely disappointing.

Whatever you do, dont order anything online from them. Waited weeks for a tracking number or something. Ended up emailing brandon and he responded the first couple of times but since then nothing... I just sent him a email asking for a refund so we will see how that ends up. Poor communication skill. Will not be purchasing anything again from Bauer Precision. If anybody needs parts/kits or recievers I would suggest primary arms, brownells or palmetto state armory.

Experiencing exactly the same pattern as all the other negative reviews when it comes to online sales. Do NOT buy online, you will be waiting months to get your item if at all, they will not respond unless you call local number(not number listed). Every time I am given an excuse, error in processing, people sick, or w/e bs excuse. Now it is delayed over a month from expected ship date. They say they will refund but dont trust the bs. Submitted this as fraud to AMEX and letting them handle this. Very sketchy business practices.
Ordered 2 muzzle brakes from Bauer Precision website on May 1st. I understand that sales have been overwhelming for many firearms businesses, and didnt expect shipping until later in May. Received tracking information on May 25th, gave it 7 days to activate on the USPS site, but never did. I sent an email requesting status follow up on June 1st, and got a reply from Brandon same day; saying to wait 24 hours for tracking update, sorry for the delay.Sent another status update request on June 4th, no reply.Sent another status update request on June 11th, no reply.Will not be ordering from Bauer Precision again.

My first experience with BP was getting educated on how to buy a suppressor. Brandon was very thorough, patient and helpful in making my decision. Since then, I’ve ordered stuff from him with lightning speed shipping.Now that amateur gun enthusiasts that have never lived through extreme demand periods are picking everyone’s inventory clean, I thought I’d go visit the shop as I live close by and BP only has A+ or better inventory to browse. Even though the owner is overworked with the current buying craze, he took the time to discuss my purchase with me and tell me how I made a very good decision because it was the same product Daniel Defense chose for their platform. I never would have selected this product had BP not had it. It fits my needs much better than what I went in there for. Cool.Bauer Precision carries no junk, they are Genuinely interested in your education, and they’ve always shipped to me promptly, and they deserve the highest marks available.

He keeps the most popular parts and a lot of new guns in stock and if he doesnt he can get just about anything you need. Truly a one stop shop.
Poor customer service. Doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t return phone messages or email messages. Won’t be purchasing from them again.
I went into the store on May 16th to purchase a silencer. They did not have it in stock so they ordered through silencer shop which I was told they had one at the time. When I would call silencer shop I was told they were on backorder. I visited the store at least once a week and called almost everyday and felt like I was getting the run around. I was told at the shop that there was a can with my name on it, but there really wasnt. This went on for just over a month. I finally got tired of babysitting the problem. I went in and asked for my money back. I paid cash. Was told I can get a refund or select another suppressor that was in stock. Really? What happened to the original one that was in stock?I took my money and went to another shop on June 19th. I wanted to support a local business, but in the end I got tired of having to constantly check in because the issue was not going to resolve itself for over a month.
Ordered an in stock handguard on April 2nd, here it is June 3rd, and still no updates or responses to my emails. Go somewhere elseUpdate: received a call from Brandon this morning. He apologized for letting my order slip through the cracks during the covid plandemic and wanted to make it right however he could. I opted for a refund only because the handguard I ordered was out of stock. I appreciate when a business can own up to their mistakes call me personally to apologize and make it right.
