I have tried many CBD places, and while they were ok this place is AMAZING! Josh and James who work behind the counter are both very knowledgeable and extremely polite. They have such a wide range of selections from CBD products, Delta 8 products, and let me tell you. The prices make it very affordable and Josh and James both makes the shopping experience there even more pleasurable. I believe James is the owner and is always willing to help with his knowledge base.The quality of all their products bar none are top shelf. I would highly recommend anyone to check this place out and give them a try.Thanks to Josh and James yall never fail to AMAZE ME!!

Really chill atmosphere, always welcomed and greeted respectfully. They have a good selection of glass, vapes, and CBD. Anytime I need to go to a head shop, this is where Ill go. They close earlier than most head shops, so if you need to grab something just remember to check the time! I have no complaints with any of the products Ive purchased from 380 Vapes. Shop atmosphere is unique and beautiful. Glass cases are always stocked and clean. The store is run by a wonderful man by the name Josh. He has fantastic customer service care. Very knowledgeable about every single item in stock. Many vape shop employees seem annoyed by questions and dont know much about what they are selling and often they are condescending to the customer...Josh makes you feel welcome and is ready for any single question you may have. They offer an amazing selection of glass, vape juice and supplies, CBC, Delta 8, 9 and 10, and novelties. Ive never seen a better smoke shop in my life. I give this shop 5☆ hands down. This is my vape shop for sure. Denton has a plethora of shops, but this puts all of them to shame. If you need vape or smoke supplies, I highly recommend you go to 380 Vapes!

Atmosphere in store Low background music The kind you can talk over and hear clearly what the other person is saying In other words you wont have to yell over the music to talk to the sales person2. Great shop but their disposables last less time than most other places for some reason.

I went driving through Texas for a trip while visiting some family and decided to stop in to check out each different type of mods as I haven’t had a chance to actually look at the one I wanted to surprise my cousin for his 21st birthday. I spoke with Josh and he was very patient and very knowledgeable on what was available and what would be the best option for my cousin. After probably 30 minutes of talking and going over the best option, I was able to find the perfect one. 10/10 I would definitely recommend to others.

Ive been visiting this shop for a few years now. The staff and owner have always been very polite and well informed on all of their products. Ive never had any issues with devices purchased from them, but if there was Im sure they would help in any way they can. Ive recommended 380 Vapes to friends and family, and will continue to due so. They have a wide variety of juices, mods, and coils. They always seem to have what I need. I will continue to shop here for a long time. Their prices are much more fair than some of the other vape shops in Denton.

The young lady at this store is no help at all I asked her questions about their kratom and CBD products only to be ignored I ask if my College Id would work. Then again ignored lazy costumer service and lack of knowledge of many products.

They sold me a very poorly made battery that broke apart after less than 24 hours of normal use. Tried to unscrew the tank and the battery housing came apart. And of course they back these quality products with a no return/no refund policy.

Friendly staff, great knowledge only when the owner is around. Prices are okay. Theyre not cutting edge vape technology. Just the basics.

I recently purchased a 2 bay battety charger and one the bays stopped charging. So i called 380 vapes and explained my situation. The guy on the other line told me maybe the batteries are messed up. I had just purchased a new set of samsung 18650 3500mah the day before. He asked me if there where any parts of the battery messed up. I told him i purchased them brand new. He told me all sales where final. I asked him i just wanted to exchange the defective equipment i purchased. He told me all he could do was give me a percentage of another i had to purchase. So now im stick with a brand new 2 bay charging unit that only charges one side. I told him no im ok i will not be coming to this establishment again....poor customer service my regular vape shop wouldve exchanged it no questions asked.
