The company is tailored for businesses, but supply individuals with reasonably priced equipment, repair services, and supplies. I would rate it higher, but I get the feeling that I am wasting their time when I walk in for warranty-related repairs or supplies. Customer service seems reserved for big ticket sales or repeat business clients. Be prepared to wait and to be greeted. If I was a business owner in the industry, this would be go-to supply store. The repair services are on point, there is a dedicated service desk and representative, and the repair staff are very knowledgeable.

They are my local Stihl dealership. They always seem to have what I need in stock. I needed some change for my pole saw and my chainsaw. They had them.
