I had a good experience with Israel from the service department. I had an issue with my rear tire. He arranged to quickly order a replacement and was able to get the cost of the labor covered.

Great service staff. I brought my bike up there for some warranty work and while it was in there they found out that my steering damper was leaking and so they also replaced that under warranty for free too. Kudos for finding that and thank you for your great service and Paul the BMW tech.

Was on the market for a dual sport, so I called with a few questions, then was sent to someone very knowledgeable about dual sports and naked sports bikes. To make a long story short, the service was great, laid out all of my financial options, and next thing you knew, I was out with a brand new bike within an hour! These guys are great, and they also have a huge selection of parts and accessories.

Rookie salesman spoiled first experience. Called ahead to arrange test riding an Aprilia and a BMW. When I got there I was told that I couldnt ride the Aprila at all because it was a sport bike and that If I was really serious about the BMW he would get with his boss.Considering that the price on the BMW was full retail plus shipping and dealer prep I walked.Two stars for good inventory and everyones a rookie at some point in time. The guy was not jerky at all, just ineffective.
