Went to several muffler shops in Lewisville and nobody was available to do a quick muffler swap, and one shop wanted to charge me $200. Showed up to Hercules this afternoon and they had my truck on the rack within a few mins and were down in less than 30min. Great pricing and service, will definitely come back and highly recommend them!

I have been taking my Vehicle to Hercules for years now. The waiting area is so Nicely Nostalgic. The service area is Neat and well kept. Those Guys are very Professional and respectfully Polite. I really Love this Establishment.

The dealership told me they had to replace the whole catalytic converter with a crack that could have been easily been repaired and charging a arm and leg to do it also. So we found out about this place and alex and team fix the crack in no time. Good people!!

Had my wifes car inspected here. Very convienent location, customer service was extremely pleasant and the car was inspected quickly.

Sometimes I have to wait a short time to get my inspection. The employees are always nice. I use them for all my state inspections. When I find a place that treats me right, Ill drive across town even when theres many stations closer to where I live.

Very good customer services,fare and upfront. They do very good work, the work that was done on my front suspension turn out great.

Had a sudden problem with a pipe on my muffler on a Sat afternoon, needed fixed by Mon AM (business trip). Called up, brought it over, all fixed in 90 min. Reasonable price, great work, great service, good guys. Dont go to the nationwide franchises, go to local guys who dont have to read from a script. 5 stars to these guys!

I took a friend here. This shop will charge all they possibly can to replace a simple headlight. After the quote of over $1,000, I took her to the Auto Zone and replaced it for under $30 using a Swiss army knife screwdriver. Took us about 7 minutes to replace it.

I took in my pickup to have tail pipe welded for the second time as there welds had broken again. They charged me and give me there guarantee that this time weld would hold at least tw0 blocks from shop.

I was really confused. My friend got his muffler deleted there and recommended me to do the same. When I called the shop the guy on the phone said they dont do muffler deletes and was very dull.

These guys are great, fast and professional. I had to replace the catalyst of my car on another mechanic shop, but they did not weld it correctly. However, when I come to Hercules, they welded it again filling out the wholes with no charge at all. I would go back to them again whenever I got problem.

Went to install a muffler on my honda accord not even a month the muffler falls to the ground. cause ( welding was poorly done) they overcharged me and I regret going there, never again please people do not go there they are not professional in any way.

Took my car to get an exhaust leak fixed and immediately the whole staff were acting like dick heads and then the fat guy that tried to fix the exhaust leak welded a hole straight through my muffler and when I asked for a refund he refused and was proud of his failure of a job. Avoid this place these people are scum
