Made a rental for ten tents on 10/10 to be checked out on 10/19 i came back into the office a few times for other questions, but when i came to pick up the tents and head to the campsite I was told that we must set up all ten tents. This is a fair procedure but couldnt this have been handled when i came in on 10/10 or the other times during the prior week? Tbh it didnt take terribly long but they had three opportunities other than this last minute to go over this with me or at least tell me it is mandatory. Would not choose this experience again i will make sure to set the rentals up the day i rent them next year.(I am writing this review primarily to inform anyone who is considering renting from unt rec about this problem, because im concerned that the staff will continue to fail to inform customers about this procedure.)
