I apparently won $10,000 through a mail flyer, lets see that be fulfilled with just a watching a demo and not making a purchase. Then I will update my rating. As expected I was never contacted about the flyer so rating remains, unethical and shady business.

EXTREMELY RUDE. Also seem like sketchy frauds and straight up liars. My 1st interaction was via a Facebook drawing; they said I won and to call back. Then they said I didnt actually win the drawing, Id won a daily drawing for $100 gas or grocery card in a daily drawing. NOT. I won a chance for them to come demonstrate an air purifier. I explained Im offgrid and dont use as many electrical devices as others, and that it was disappointing that it sounded like I didnt win a drawing but just a marketing ploy. The lady got super rude and said, Well its not our fault you dont have electric! and hung up on me. Guess I won a waste of my time and rude people. Im sure since it was the marketing department they will delete THIS right away.

I thought to myself you never know until you try, so I tried and it and so very glad that I did, well worth my time and families health!! My only complaint would be time frame took about an hour I thought it would be shorter. But still worth every minute.

I bought a machine in 2004, today I needed a switch, they were closing told them I would be there in 20 minutes not only did they wait for me the switch was free. This is not the first time Ive had great service time and time ago they just wow me. 5 star company we would highly recommend.

Watched a demo, didnt buy got a great prize and no pressure. Showed me a great product would spend 45 min for another prize.

I went to a golf show in the Denver area and filled out one of those small entry forms to win a gift, I heard from the company about 3 weeks later and had one a small price. They came to my home and showed us a small demonstration it was enjoyable and was definitely interesting I was shocked at the things they had to say and show me, ill wrap it up with amazing products!! Mnay times calls are scams and very frustrating Im glad that I took this one, recently I had a demostartion shown to me and the product was phenomenal with all that the world is going through my suggestion would be to take a look.

Was told the product was a 100% tax right off. Asked even if we couldnt itemize would it still be and he said yes.After the demonstration of the product we said we couldnt afford the $3777.90. Not now with just buying a house and a baby on the way. Was told that the product was a 100% right off. We asked even if we couldnt itemize it was still a 100% right off. Was told yes. Government considers it a class II medical device and it is a 100% right off no matter what. He even told us about other people saying they couldnt afford it either until they were told about the 100% right off at tax time. And then they went ahead and ordered like we did. We feel that this statement was not right and should have never been used in selling the product. We feel taken advantage of and feel we were lied to and mislead just to get a sale. When we contacted the company and talked to the owner he said it was our fault for not checking on the salesmans statement about the tax right off. And its not company policy for salesman to say this. Come to find out it is against the law. The whole conversation was about how it was our fault and he wasnt willing to help out in any way.

Got a call saying I won a weekly prize drawing from a sweepstakes I entered at a mall was told that they could give me a bonus prize if they could get the interview done and the demonstration done within the hour I agreed then decided to research the company theres enough complaints on this phone number on multiple websites that I decided to cancel the demo. I attempted to call back multiple times no one answered finally the woman that originally called me answered she was so angry and upset that I didnt want to do the with the demonstration that she hung up on me I called the main company business and low and behold the same woman answered upset again so dont waste your time the other people on multiple website to report a negative high pressure sales tactics and unprofessionalism were right apparently

Had a gentleman come to my home and show me a complementary demonstration and it was very enjoyable and he was very kind and understanding.

I had dealing with this company about 10 years ago and they we just starting our and struggling, I recently needed some customer service and let me make clear that they have uped their game one call and I was more than satisfied with each step of getting my situation corrected KUDOS to Western Health.

I dealt with this company a few years ago and they have really uped there game. I had no problem with receiving the service I deserve. Made a call and the same day my problem was resolved.

The company called, I said up an appt much to my wifes disliking and we had someone come out and show us and air filteraration system long story short we ended up purchasing it and we are very happy with the equipment and also we got 50 free dollars in gas!

Received a call that I registered to win a car awhile back and that I didnt win a car but I was a daily winner of a $50 gas card. I was asked to have a demo of an air filtration system in vacuum in my home and I will receive the gas card. Turns out the air system and vacuum are ridiculously overpriced and the gas card is a scam. Dont mess with these low lifes.

Received a card in the mail that I won a prize, my wife called and all we needed to do was fill out questionnaire for air filtration unit demo and we would get some prizes. Short story we wasted about 1 hour and never got any prizes as the guy took off. Long story a guy showed up and showed us a filter queen air filter system, then showed us a filter queen air vacuum. Then went on pushing how we should not live in this type of dirt. He talked about how great the company was, and if we traded in our old vacuum we could save $1000 making the price for both ~$3600. We told him we did not want it, he asked for wet paper towel to clean up and left dirty wet paper towel on the floor. Then said he would be right back with the prizes, but instead he loaded up his car and took off. So it was a bait and switch.

Theyre a scam company. No prizes. Rude woman answers her cell phone. Probably a hacking company or someone who was hired to give leads to another company for homeowners phone numbers. SCAM.

Again, rude woman answers phone. Asks if you are the homeowner and what city you are in. Extremely unprofessional and told her just that. She hung up on me. Should be reported to BBB.
