Very disappointed with the experience we had. We stopped at the store looking to buy bedroom furniture for the home we just purchased. We found a set we really liked and called a salesperson over to ask about options on the furniture. He took some information and came back with a quote that was pretty high. My husband and I started talking about it and the salesperson disappeared. We stood waiting for 20 minutes and he never came back, so we left. We only saw one other person shopping in the store and two other salespeople at the desk, neither of whom came over to assist us. We went down the road to Modern Bungalow and spent our money there. This is definitely not a store we will be going back to.

When my girlfriend and I decided to purchase a full set of bedroom furniture, we shopped around a lot. We went to at least 8 different stores, (including some high-end ones in Cherry Creek North,) and we did considerable research online. There were several factors that led us to our purchase at Amish Furniture Gallery.The first is the quality and beauty of their products. Immediately upon walking into their showroom, we had a visceral reaction to the furniture: Each piece is a work of art. The designs are simple and understated, and the styles range from classic to contemporary. The grain of the wood is stunning, and the entire store smells like fresh cut lumber. There is a remarkable selection onsite in their showroom, and given that they will custom build any piece with whichever combination of wood and stain you choose, the possibilities are seemingly endless. The construction is unlike anything else we saw. All of the drawers are flawlessly dovetailed and they open and close smoothly. The attention to detail is obvious. And that wasn’t just the showroom pieces—the pieces that we actually purchased are equally perfect and striking.The second reason we chose to purchase our furniture from Amish Furniture Gallery is the value. We priced similar bedroom sets elsewhere, and found that we could certainly spend maybe 15% or so *less* but when we thought about the quality of what we were buying, the choice was obvious. What we’d get at that lower price point didn’t seem like it would last very long—the construction seemed flimsy, haphazard, and inconsistent. In contrast, the quality and craftsmanship that goes into Amish’s all hand-made furniture is impeccable. We expect to have these pieces for the rest of our lives and then pass them down to our children: We consider them heirlooms.The final reason we elected to spend our money at Amish Furniture Gallery is the service. We are not the easiest customers, and are very careful and particular. We came to the store on three separate occasions before buying, if that gives you any indication… Willy was the perfect salesman—there was no hard sell, no hurry-up-and-buy vibe, or anything like that. He was friendly, and he answered all of our questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. He was attentive, but he didn’t hound or pressure us—he gave us space when we needed to talk privately. Thank you, Willy, for helping us get exactly what we were looking for, and for being so responsive during all of our communication.Our furniture was delivered this week, and suffice to say, we are thrilled. Again, each and every piece of their furniture is truly a work of art. I simply cannot recommend Amish Furniture Gallery enough: Their products, their value, their service are far superior to any of their competitors. If you’re in the market from some gorgeous furniture, look no further.
