Called up in the morning and talked to Donald to arrange a set of flowers for my wife to receive after work. She gets home well after normal delivery stops, but Donald went out and delivered them himself, despite somewhat poor directions from me from being a recent arrival myself. My wife was extremely pleased with both the aroma and appearance of the arrangement, and I was extremely pleased with the extra effort put in. Full points, will use for future flower needs.

I ordered a tulip bouquet for my daughters birthday online in the morning, and it was delivered on time that afternoon. It was artfully arranged (just as represented in the picture on the website) and my daughter LOVED it.The card was held in place by a strong stem/natural wooden stick rather than a piece of plastic, which was a nice touch.

Rip off! I was so bummed to spend $150.00 for a bouquet that literally was tiny! 2 orchids, 3 white roses, 3 yellow roses, 4 tulips, one small hydrangea, and several green pom pom flowers. I hesitate to buy from florists that I dont know or did not get a recommendation from. The arrangement was very pretty and well put together but it was so small it was shocking how expensive it was. I order flowers all over the country and that was the smallest arrangement ever for the price. I would say it was worth $65.00.

The delivery was on time, beautiful and reflective of my preferences. It is always good to find a florist that can you trust in a new area and I would definitely use them again.

We found the web site easy to use and selected a lovely, elegant arrangement to send to a relative celebrating a milestone at work. We placed the order a week ahead. It was delivered as we asked, during business hours and to the right office. We got an email confirmation of the delivery as well. Our relative was quite pleased and surprised. She said her office mates were jealous. Funny! We are grateful for the good service and the ability to send a longer, more personal greeting with the flowers, which made them all the more special. The Twisted Tulip, delivered every bouquet on time, some were even more beautiful than the photos. All of this was so important to me as these were business gifts for the year. Last year I used a very well known boutique flower shop in Cherry Creek and they completely messed up my order, did not send on the day I requested, did not put the cards I painstakingly filled out for each client with the delivery and I believe, hurt my business. Twisted Tulip made me look like a star and all clients were so pleased with their arrangements they received! I highly, highly recommend Twisted Tulip!

Really disappointed by the size and flowers on the arrangements, spent $120 at The Twisted Tulip compared to another flower shop (A Blue Moon Floral) down the street for $40. 1st is A Blue Moon Floral and second is The Twisted Tulip. (To the same person, same day.)

A great shop, right in the heart of Cherry Creek! They did a fantastic job on a large funeral spray. They delivered everything they promised, and more!They are very community oriented; they donated a gift certificate to The Global Down Syndrome Foundation, located here in Cherry Creek. The certificate will be sold at a silent auction next month at The Foundations annual fundraiser titled Be Beautiful, Be Yourself held at the Sheraton Denver.

My visit to the Twisted Tulip today was amazing!!! Pamela was able to listen to my ideas and guide me. Every step of the she gave me options that helped me decide...and I left choosing both a silk arrangement (will pick up in a few days) and a live fresh floral arrangement that I am so enjoying. I really wish I could freeze this arrangement in time. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I must however highlight the skill and artfulness of her arrangement. Loving it, thank you.

Extreamly disappointed.Being a personal assistant, I am asked to do all different tasks. One of those takes recently was to purchase flowers to be delivered to my bosss significant other for Valentines day. When I called, I talked to a really kind and personable person. I was put on hold and the new individual on the other end of the phone couldnt hear me. I had to repeat my information 5 times. Per my bosss request, I told this person that I wanted something that was larger than life and that was going to draw attention and out do any other bouquet this holiday. I asked her if she heard me. Larger than life is what we will deliver! What was delivered was quite the opposite. It is beautiful, but nothing that I had asked for or what my boss wanted for his significant other. It was so small and a bit lame.If you are good with flowers and have an eye for the aesthetic, I would reccomend doing it yourself and skip this place!

I came in and asked for a rose. I followed the lady to the back and i saw her skip the younger and better looking roses and grab the two ugliest ones. She asked me which one i wanted of the two, so of course i picked the one that was less ugly. Then proceeded to charge me 8 dollars for said rose. Don’t make the same mistake i did and ask for the better ones.

I received the most beautiful arrangement from The Twisted Tulip, ordered by my out of state parents for my birthday. As no one answered the door when they were delivered, a very professional sounding delivery man called me on my cell phone to let me know he was there, which I much appreciated because temperatures were over 100 degrees here on the date of delivery and he wanted to make sure someone would be able to put them inside. My mom said that the person who she ordered from could not have been more friendly, helpful, and pleasant and when I sent her a picture of what I received she said it was exactly what she had requested to be sent. I could not be happier with my arrangement and know where I will be ordering flowers from going forward!

Although the arrangements are very pretty, there is a problem of access at this store. I cannot climb those stairs easily. if there is a ramp, I dont know where it is located. I wanted to go in and use my credit but was deterred by the stairs. Parking is also a great issue. Very hard to park close by and then there are the stairs.

Wow, I received service that goes beyond what can be expected of any flower shop. Not only did they accommodate my last minute special requests, they also delivered the same flowers twice! If you enjoy gambling or games of chance, this is the florist for you! My goal was to arrange for an almost $600 order for flowers for my sons rehearsal dinner. Its such a long confusing and frustrating story dealing with these owners, new since January, that it would take too long to go into the details here. Basically, despite working with the female owner for an hour well ahead of when I needed the flowers, they had no idea of who I was or of my order...twice! The clincher was when the male owner left me an email at 9PM the night before our dinner wondering if we needed the flowers tomorrow or in a week. Just a touch stressful! The designer is great, but the shop owners are rude, unprofessional, unreliable, disorganized, and did I mention, rude?

I ordered a special arrangement from House of Flowers to tell a special someone how special she is. Her response was ...the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. House of Flowers in Aurora is now my go to florist. They are helpful, courteous, and deliver great quality. Thanks.

Flowers are expensive and I get that, but this place is super overpriced. Really nice people and the arrangement is pretty, but WAY too small for the price they are asking.

Several flowers came dead, called the place, owner got on and she wanted photos and gave a third degree. Very strange, they have no accountability. They could have picked up the flowers and replaced. Interaction was negative and overall poor customer service. Informed my company never to use them again. Also, overpriced, they claim each rose is $7.00 at cost king Soopers you can get a 12 roses for $10.00. I would not recommend this place, overpriced, too much hassle, not customer friendly. No refunds, no replacements, dead flowers you need photos, and an interrogation. Proflowers are amazing consider them.

Absolutely lovely, creative arrangement. Quick delivery and easy on line ordering.

An out of town relative found the Twisted Tulip online and called to have a large, $170 arrangement delivered to us as a thank you. Fortunately, when the flowers arrived we sent the relative a photo of the arrangement – having no idea what they had ordered and thought was being delivered. It was a small set of approximately six flowers, three of which were white roses. The arrangement they had selected and paid for was very large and included a dozen white roses among other flowers. When the relative called to ask what had happened she was first told that the delivery was accurate. It was only after our photo was sent to the shop that they admitted a mistake but blamed it on the delivery man - even though the card with our name on it was stapled to the wrapping. They clearly tried to get away with sending a small, cheaper version of the arrangement and had not anticipated that they would be busted by a picture. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR CALL IN OR ON LINE ORDERS!!
