I was very impressed by the work done at BumperDoc. We had a dented and scratched bumper that needed to be restored to its original form, and they took care of it quickly and inexpensively. The quote was significantly less than the competition, and you cant even tell where the scratch took place now. I was very impressed. Just a place for bumper repairing, dont expect more. Can you image that I need to wait for more than 2 weeks for frame and condenser? Will never back.Update: They told me to spend 400 dollars more to replace bumper cover but I refused, big crack left in both side. My Friend help me to fix the bumper cover very well, I dont need to buy a new cover at all. It seems that they didnt fix very well.

It was a nice treat to work with honest owners directly. Had to make multiple visits due to forgetting total list of repairs. In their defense it was during an unusual busy season of hail damage repairs.

I have not used Bumper Doc as of yet for repairs because Im waiting on the insurance company but I went in for an estimate and I found the employees and the owner to be very kind, cooperative and willing to provide the best service possible. Im 70 years old and as a previous life as an Insurance Adjuster I have seen 100s of body shops. If you have been in one, you will find they are generally filthy inside especially in the work area. This facility was as clean as a whistle. No sanding dust or any other kind of dirt/dust was on the customer service entrance or in the body shop work area. I was impressed.

Took my car in to have the bumper fixed they do good work. I took off one star because I was quoted 2 days for repair I gave them an extra 2 days because I was going to be out of town but still wasnt ready when I got back and had to wait for an hour or so before it was ready. Overall though it was a pleasant experience other than the hiccup at the end.

Arthur and his staff are amazing. My Hyundai Sonata had a rear bumper damaged in a parking lot altercation. I talked with my Insurance guy and he highly recommended BumperDoc which would be about 1/2 the cost of a collision center bumper repair and repaint. Got scraped on front bumper of my car. Brought it to Arthur and Linda at BumperDoc here, they have been fantastic from the start to finish. I had some issues with the initial job, it started peeling in the area that was scraped. When I brought it back to them with this problem they are all over it and scheduled me right back in to have it fixed under warranty. Had it redone and its been perfect since (about 3-4 weeks). Thank you both and I would recommend taking your car to them for any cosmetic work!

This is the worst place you could choose to get your car repaired. Here is my reasoning based on experience.A. I took my car here to get repaired after an accident that was not my fault. I did all the leg work with the insurance company they did not help one bit.B. After finally getting my car to be worked on it took 45 days to receive my vehicle back.C. The vehicle had several issues when I got it back. Traction control, Check Engine, and ABS lights on. As well as a clunking noise which is related the power steering work I had done.D. They keep giving me the run around about the sensors and noise then refused to do a re-estimate to USAA for the additional issues. I spent another month dealing with this so far.E. They lost a screw and its missing for my air intake. They re-used a bad part.F. They do not have a receptionist to answer the phone and it is very difficult to get a hold of someone. They are understaffed and dont care how it affects the customers.The gentlemen named ART is a liar and a scam artist. He also discriminated against my Wife because she speaks poor English. Beware doing business here.

Very helpful and friendly staff now with the good stuff on to the ugly and bad. Ugly the way my vehicle looked when I got it back from them covered with dust all over the outside not washed off and dirt hand prints on my leather interior. The bad there quality of work and time it took them to do it. Ive given you the facts now you decide what to do with them remember knowledge is power!!

This was seriously the best service I have ever received during the horrible time when getting in an accident!I got in an accident and damaged my BMW really badly. I was worried about who could do the work to make sure that the car looked like new. Not only did the owners Arthur and Linda make the car look just as good as when BMW manufactured it, they provided really good customer services as well. All I had to do was bring my car to them and the rest was history. They even coordinated everything with my insurance company so that I didn’t have to lift a finger with a bunch of paperwork!!! I have never had a process for such a horrible incident be so simple and easy.If you need any kind of car repair BumperDoc is the place!!!!! Highly recommended.

Absolutely incompetent. Took forever and broke the radiator in my car, which they then tried to cover up by sealing the piece that connects to the hose.

Arthur and his team are the best! He has worked on a number of vehicles for me and my friends, from complete interiors on regular cars, to making a black vehicle (we all know how they can get) looking brand new! He can do anything from fixing scratched rims, washing the interior and exterior of a vehicle, paint, hail, door dings, or anything else your vehicle need cosmetically. Couldnt recommend them enough!

If I could rate this shop 0 stars I would. I have been waiting three weeks for my car to be fixed... insurance covered the damages of a hit and run. I went in yesterday and the owner straight up lies to me that he lost the key. He hadnt made any repairs and then refuses to cover he rental after theee weeks of waiting on him with every excuse in the book. From a family member dying to we are really busy... Im pregnant and have a two year old and these people did not handle this situation good at all and hope that they can correct their mistakes and tendencies to lie.
