DONT.I baught my very first car here as a 18 year old straight out of school. It was a 2003 yellow subaru impreza WRX. By far the WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER the CAR had FRAME DAMAGE. it was also MISSING all the CATALYTIC CONVERTERS. After 5280 took some responsibility for selling me a JUNK car. They agreed to pay for repairs on the CATALYTIC CONVERTERS. I gave them the car and it took them 1 WEEK to give it back to me. And When it was given back to me it had a MISFIRE ON CYLINDER 4. I eventually got the car running since I didnt want to deal with a UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP.LEARN FROM OTHERS MISTAKES...DONT LEARN FROM YOUR OWN.Car ran for less then a year! Put in over 5k into it over the last 3 years and it still not running.

I was sold a well-disguised junk vehicleI’ve been sold a vehicle that was supposed to be in “excellent condition,” as described in writing by 5280 Imports. I was also repeatedly assured by the salesperson that the vehicle was carefully inspected and that it had zero problems. A few days after the purchase it surfaced that the vehicle was in desperate need of very serious repairs, totaling over $8,000. Without most of the repairs the vehicle would’ve become inoperable within a few days after the purchase. Upon closer inspection at home, I also discovered that the vehicle has been superficially cleaned by 5280 Imports but the garbage I later discovered deep under the seats would’ve been a clear indicator for 5280 Imports that the vehicle was not well taken care of at all, contrary to what I was told by the salesperson.When I was finally able to reach the owner with a question of how 5280 Imports could assist, he ended a very short conversation with “too bad.”

My wife just bought a 2008 Chevy Equinox and the service was great and the car runs like a dream. They were upfront with everything about this car every ding scratch they even paid for a part that needed to be replaced on it. we had a unique circumstance buying the car and the guys helped her through it to find a way we could buy this car. The only reason why this is 4 instead of 5 is because the Lot is really cramped but this honestly is a small complaint in a otherwise awesome experience! Buy your car from here!!

These people are really good at scamming you. The vehicle my son bought is not roadworthy. We were told the vehicle is in perfect operating condition and when the car transporter company delivered it the vehicle couldnt idle correctly there is no way this vehicle passed emissions the electrical is non-functional. They really took advantage of my 17 year old son and his mother with this vehicle purchase because they cant even afford to have it repaired now.

Purchased a 08 gmc denali nice vehicle on the out side but under the hood looked like a rust bucket dealer said they were ganna fix a couple things on the vehicle and keep the truck for 1week and did not do nothing with car

This place is trash. They will sell you a car and not tell you about issues with the car. They swear up and down that they are in good condition, and than act surprised when you bring it back less than a week later with an issue that someone who doesnt know anything about cars can see so easily. On top of that they want to charge you to fix the issue that they knew about when they sold it to you. How are you going to charge me to fix something that existed in the car before I bought it? Do not buy from this place at all, unless you like dropping 7,000 on a broken car.

I would never purchase another vehicle from here again! These groups of guys are scam artists. Was told the vehicle I was interested in had no issues besides ball joints. Once I took it in to be repaired as they had agreed to . Shortly after that I had took it to bmw for another issue and was told joints were never done. So I called them and tried to resolve it and they said they would get back to me after a while of never responding back to me I decided to do it myself . It’s jusg been problem after problem since purchase! Same thing happend to my wife’s moms car and her grandmas car that they had purchased from there! If your looking for honest help this isn’t the place !

Edgar was awesome! I purchasd a 99 land cruiser about a month back from here and Edgar didnt try to hide any of the cars blemishes or faults. I felt like he wanted me to know what I was getting into with this vehicle. I appreciated that a lot. And besides for the gentleman with the 4runner that had the problems. !!!! SCAM ARTISTS !!!!Bought a Toyota 4Runner on Jun 3rd. Emergency brake light was stuck on.... failed emissions. While in their shop for two weeks to fix said brake light they caused irreparable damage to the instrument counsel causing my speedometer to read 15mph UNDER where I actually am and my gas gauge to fail. They refuse to fix the damage or claim responsibility for selling me a vehicle without a working SPEEDOMETER!!!! Its been over a month and half and Ive only been able to drive my vehicle for maybe a week.Im now in the process of filing complaints with the Dealer Board and Im looking at possible legal action...STAY AWAY or get everything checked by a private mechanic. Youve been warned.

I know when you buy a used car you buy it as-is you run the risk of the car crapping out on you as soon as you drive off the lot. Having said that, I specifically asked them if my 04 4runner had a timing chain or belt. I thought it was a belt but they were insistent on the fact it was a chain. Its a belt that needs to be replaced. I also needed to replace the brake pads, rotors and calibers in the front. I initially thought I got a hood price for the car but ended up spending $2500 after I bought it to have it running decently....I bit frustrated and annoyed

Great place! Friendly staff! I had more than a few hiccups with my credit...my income..etc. And they completely worked with me and helped me get into a car that I like. Angel, in particular was AMAZING. Kind, honest, understanding, empathetic to MY PARTICULAR situation and non-judgemental. The cars are great, affordably priced and they work with you financially. Having a minor issue with a ball joint in my vehicle (which could happen with any car) and they are going to fix it for me, this is legit an honest and morally sound car lot. Thanks so much Angel!

This place is a joke. The “boss” Mario lies to you acts like he is some friendly owner; but can’t even answer my questions or listen to what I needed to say. The company can’t keep their own paperwork straight or employees which caused them to backtrack my cars paperwork for dang near 3 and a half months. Causing me time and money from work and at the DMV. From everything to the lies about “rules and how things go” to the way I was treated, this place is a joke.

Advertised as being a private owner. Then I was told the car had AC, which it did not and a different motor than was in the car, smaller of course. This private party posts misleading ads to get you on their lot. Then even after seeing that the car is not as advertised, with their own eyes, still refused to even come down to a price that reflected the car on their lot and not the one in their advertisement. This is as dirty as it comes.

Thought id never be able to drive something nice again, but 5280 imports got me taken care of . Edgar was very good at helping & understanding my situation . I am definetly satisfied and happy to be driving again . I would definetly recommend this place to everyone ! I paid off one car now back again to pay off new !! This place is dope

I purchased a car cash and was told they would make sure the check engine light was off for me for months i tried to contact them and get it fixed they took it once and told me it was a valve they had to order it i never heard from them after all the messages ive left i took it to a auto mechanic they told me it was the transmission and the valve. Now here Iam paying $5,000 to fix the transmission.. I would never refer anyone on the bus to this dealership they are rip offs

I personally do not recommend this dealership to any one who is looking for a reliable working vehicle . My dad was recommended to this place by a friend of the company because he thought they would work with him to get a good car for a good price not for an Audi that once he drove off the lot had the engine light turn on but also had many issues (to many to be named ) he gave the people multiple chances to fix the issues . This was after multiple arguments and excuses made by the people who sold him this pos. This place has horrible customer service . My dad is a handicap hard working vet who had a little money to spend on a reliable car or so he was lied to when we came to this place . the company continued to ignore multiple attempts at solving the problems with my dad they reached out to my dad via facebook saying they want to get things right and set up a date to see if they can help out but then of course after no response they continue to ignore him after my dad bugged them for weeks to months, Now my dad is giving the pos back to the bank and will have to deal with the bullshit this crappy service company put on him. To be honest this is a great example of why I dont recommend this place and to avoid business here, they are rude, unreliable, untrustworthy and a sorry excuse for a company . Lesson learned go else where .
